When the variable-pitch bearing protection sealing ring 1 is installed, an operating tool with a roller structure can be used for rolling along the upper surface of the boss 11, the variable-pitch bearing protection sealing ring 1 is compacted, the variable-pitch bearing protection sealing ring 1 is tightly abutted to the related parts of the variable-pitch bearing inner ring 3 and the variable-pitch bearing outer ring 2, and then the sealing effect of the variable-pitch bearing protection sealing ring 1 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 5, an embedded groove 21, an oil retainer ring 22, a sealing friction groove 23 and a V-shaped groove are arranged on the outer ring 2 of the pitch-variable bearing and respectively and tightly abutted against each part of the protective sealing ring 1 of the pitch-variable bearing, so that the effect of preventing the waste lubricating grease in the pitch-variable bearing from leaking outwards is achieved.
As shown in fig. 6, an embedding groove 31, an oil deflector ring 32, a sealing friction groove 33 and a V-shaped groove are arranged on the inner ring 3 of the pitch bearing and respectively and tightly abutted against each part of the protective sealing ring 1 of the pitch bearing, so that the effect of preventing the waste lubricating grease in the pitch bearing from leaking outwards is achieved.
In conclusion, the variable pitch bearing of the wind generating set and the protective sealing ring thereof are provided, the sealing ring is provided with the main sealing body, the boss, the plurality of oil sealing lips, the plurality of straight sealing lips and the dust preventing lip, the pressure resistance is strong, the sealing effect is good, and the leakage of lubricating grease in the bearing can be avoided. The protective sealing ring adopts a dust lip, a plurality of oil sealing lips and a plurality of straight sealing lips, so that the leakage resistance of lubricating grease in the variable-pitch bearing to the outside is increased, the protection is set layer by layer, and the leakage of the lubricating grease can be effectively avoided; when the variable-pitch bearing is in the operation process, the sealing structure of the protective sealing ring can promote waste lubricating grease in the bearing to be discharged from the grease discharging hole of the bearing, so that the normal operation of the variable-pitch bearing is ensured.

Claims (10)

1. A variable-pitch bearing protection sealing ring of a wind generating set is characterized by comprising a main sealing body, a boss, a dust lip, a plurality of oil sealing lips and a plurality of straight sealing lips; the main sealing body is integrally formed with the boss, the dust lip, the plurality of oil sealing lips and the plurality of straight sealing lips;
the lug boss and the dust lip are positioned on the same side of the main sealing body at a certain interval;
the plurality of straight sealing lips are positioned on the other side of the main sealing body and are separated by at least one oil sealing lip;
the multi-channel oil sealing lip is in sealing and abutting connection with a first bearing ring and a second bearing ring of the variable pitch bearing.

The wind generating set variable pitch bearing protective seal ring according to claim 1, wherein a first oil sealing lip of the plurality of oil sealing lips is located on the other side of the main seal body and is of an inclined rectangular structure, the outer side face of the first oil sealing lip is a convex arc face, the front end of the first oil sealing lip is tightly abutted against a groove in the outer circular surface of the first bearing ring, and the tail end of the first oil sealing lip is tightly abutted against the inner circular surface of the second bearing ring.

The wind generating set pitch bearing protective sealing ring according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a second oil sealing lip and a third oil sealing lip of the plurality of oil sealing lips are located at one end of the primary sealing body and tightly abut against a sealing friction groove on the outer circumferential surface of the first bearing ring, and the shape of the second oil sealing lip and the shape of the third oil sealing lip are matched with the shape of the sealing friction groove.

The wind generating set pitch bearing protective sealing ring according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a fourth oil sealing lip and a fifth oil sealing lip of the plurality of oil sealing lips are positioned between the first straight sealing lip, the second straight sealing lip and the third straight sealing lip, are used for separating the three straight sealing lips and are in contact with the embedded groove of the second bearing ring.
5. The protective sealing ring for the pitch bearing of the wind generating set according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the dustproof lip is in a shape of a fin, and the tail end of the dustproof lip is tightly abutted with the outer circular surface of the first bearing ring.

The wind generating set pitch bearing protective seal ring according to claim 4, wherein a first straight seal lip of the plurality of straight seal lips is located between the first oil seal lip and the fourth oil seal lip and is in contact with the upper surface of the second bearing ring oil slinger.
7. The wind generating set pitch bearing protective seal ring according to claim 6, wherein a second straight seal lip of the plurality of straight seal lips is positioned between a fourth oil seal lip and a fifth oil seal lip and is in contact with the upper surface of a second bearing sleeve; and a third straight sealing lip of the plurality of straight sealing lips is positioned on the other side of the fifth oil sealing lip and is in contact with the upper surface of the second bearing sleeve.
8. The protective seal ring for the pitch bearing of the wind generating set according to claim 1, wherein the boss is I-shaped in shape, and the upper surface of the boss is planar and is spaced from the dust lip to leave an operating space for a tool.
9. The wind generating set pitch bearing protective seal ring according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the first bearing ring and the second bearing ring are a pitch bearing inner ring and a pitch bearing outer ring, respectively;
or the first bearing ring and the second bearing ring are a variable pitch bearing outer ring and a variable pitch bearing inner ring respectively.
10. A variable-pitch bearing of a wind generating set is characterized by comprising a first variable-pitch bearing ring, a second variable-pitch bearing ring and a variable-pitch bearing protection sealing ring arranged between the first variable-pitch bearing ring and the second variable-pitch bearing ring;
one end of the first variable-pitch bearing ring is provided with an embedded groove and an oil retainer ring, and the other end of the first variable-pitch bearing ring is provided with a sealing friction groove and a groove;
one end of the second variable-pitch bearing ring, which corresponds to one end of the first variable-pitch bearing ring, is provided with a sealing friction groove and a groove, and the other end of the second variable-pitch bearing ring, which corresponds to the other end of the first variable-pitch bearing ring, is provided with an embedded groove and an oil retainer ring;
the pitch bearing protection sealing ring of the wind generating set according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
