All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the lock 900 is preferably used to lock the supporting plate 810 of the tablet computer 800, however, in different embodiments, the lock 900 may be used to lock other objects having a plate structure.
As shown in fig. 2A to 2C, the lock 900 includes a base 100, a housing 200, a lock cylinder 300, and a driving member 400. The base 100 includes a base engaging surface 110 and a locking element 120, wherein the base engaging surface 110 preferably extends from one end 101 of the base 100 to the other end 102 of the base 100 in a manner parallel to the X-Y plane. On the other hand, the base 100 is recessed from one end 101 to form a base engaging surface 110 parallel to the X-Y axis plane, and extends to the other end 102 to a stop surface 103. The locking member 120 is disposed at a position other than the bottom engaging surface 110 of the base 100 and extends along the extending direction of the Z-axis. Wherein the X, Y, and Z axes are orthogonal. Further, the locking element 120 is disposed adjacent to the other end 102 of the base 100 and is perpendicular to the bottom engaging surface 110.
As shown in fig. 2A to 2C, the housing 200 is disposed at one side of the base 100 and can move along the extending direction of the Z axis relative to the base 100, and the housing 200 includes a first side 210 and a housing engaging surface 220. The first side 210 has a first side opening 211, and the housing engaging surface 220 extends from one end 201 of the housing 200 to the other end 202 of the housing 200 in a manner parallel to the X-Y plane, and forms a U-shaped groove 130 together with the housing engaging surface 110. Further, the U-shaped slot 130 is entirely open along the extending direction of the Y-axis, so that the sheet-like object to be locked can be inserted between the housing engaging surface 220 and the seat engaging surface 110 of the U-shaped slot 130 along a plane parallel to the X-Y axis. The lock 900 further includes a first elastic member 510 disposed between the base 100 and the housing 200, preferably sleeved on the locking member 120, for providing an elastic force along the extending direction of the Z-axis.
As shown in fig. 2A to 2C, the lock cylinder 300 is disposed in the housing 200 to limit the movement of the housing 200 relative to the lock 120, so as to limit the movement of the housing 200 relative to the seat 100. The lock cylinder 300 may be a combination lock cylinder, a key lock cylinder or other types of lock cylinders, and the driving member 400 is disposed in the housing 200 and has an operating end 410 and a driving end 420. The operation end 410 can extend out of the housing 200 through the first side opening 211, and the driving member 400 can move along the extending direction of the Y-axis, so that the driving end 420 can release the restriction of the movement of the housing 200 by the lock cylinder 300. The lock 900 further includes a second elastic member 520 disposed in the lock cylinder 300 for providing elastic force along the extending direction of the Y-axis.
More specifically, in the embodiment shown in fig. 2A-2C, the lock cylinder 300 is a combination lock cylinder. The lock core 300 has a lock shaft rod 310, the lock shaft rod 310 has an engaging end 311 facing the lock member 120, and the lock shaft rod 310 can move along the extending direction of the Y-axis to engage the engaging end 311 with the lock member 200. The driving member 400 can move along the extending direction of the Y axis, so that the driving end 420 abuts against the lock shaft rod 310, and drives the lock shaft rod 310 to move along the extending direction of the Y axis to release the engagement between the engaging end 311 and the locking member 120. The locking element 120 has an engaging portion 123 on a side facing the locking shaft 310, and the locking shaft 310 can move along the extending direction of the Y-axis to engage the engaging end 311 with the engaging portion 123. In different embodiments, the engaging portion 123 may be provided in different shapes, or the engaging portion 123 may not be provided and the engaging effect is achieved simply by the friction force generated when the engaging end 311 abuts against the surface of the locking element 120.
Further, the seat engaging surface 110 and the housing engaging surface 220 are not limited to extending parallel to the X-Y plane, the lock 120 is not limited to moving in the direction in which the Z axis extends, and the lock shaft rod 310 and the driver 400 are not limited to moving in the direction in which the Y axis extends, in consideration of design, manufacturing, use, and the like.
The operation of the lock 900 is further described below.
As shown in fig. 3A and 3B, before the user uses the lock device 800 to lock, because the first elastic element 510 provides an elastic force to the housing 200 along the first direction 610, the housing 200 moves relative to the seat 100 along the first direction 610, so that the housing engaging surface 220 is far away from the seat engaging surface 110, that is, the space inside the U-shaped groove 130 is increased. Thus, the lock 800 can be placed on the support plate 810 at a position to be locked as shown in fig. 1, that is, the support plate 810 is inserted into the U-shaped groove 130. At this time, the lock cylinder 300 is in the unlocked state, and the lock shaft rod 310 can move in the extending direction of the Y-axis. Wherein the first direction 610 is parallel to the extension direction of the Z-axis.
As shown in fig. 4A and 4B, when the user presses the housing 200 along the second direction 620, the housing 200 moves along the second direction 620 relative to the base 100, so that the housing engaging surface 220 approaches the base engaging surface 110, that is, the space inside the U-shaped groove 130 is reduced, thereby achieving the effect of clamping the object in the U-shaped groove 130. At this time, the locking element 120 exposes the engaging portion 123 from the engaging end 311, and since the second elastic element 520 provides an elastic force to the locking shaft 310 along the third direction 630, the locking shaft 310 advances along the third direction 630 to make the engaging end 311 enter the engaging portion 123 to engage with it. If the user further rotates the print wheel to lock the lock core 300, the engaging end 311 is engaged with the engaging portion 123, so as to clamp and fix the lock 800 to the supporting piece 810 at the position to be locked as shown in fig. 1. At this time, the operation end 410 protrudes out of the housing 200 from the first side opening 211. The second direction 620 is parallel to the extending direction of the Z axis, and the third direction is parallel to the extending direction of the Y axis.
As shown in fig. 5A and 5B, if the user wants to release the locking, for example, the print wheel is rotated to unlock the lock cylinder 300, and then the driving end 420 is pressed along the fourth direction 640, so that the driving member 400 moves along the fourth direction 640, and the driving end 420 drives the engaging end 311 to separate from the engaging portion 123, so as to release the restriction of the lock cylinder 300 on the movement of the housing 200. Thus, by the elastic force provided by the first elastic element 510 to the housing 200 along the first direction 620, the housing engaging surface 220 can be far away from the housing engaging surface 110 as shown in fig. 3A and 3B, thereby releasing the clamping of the object in the U-shaped groove 130. Wherein the fourth direction 640 is parallel to the extension direction of the Y-axis.
As shown in fig. 2A, the top 280 of the housing 200 may have a number window 281 for displaying the characters of the print wheel 380 of the lock core 300, so as to facilitate the user to recognize the rotation position of the print wheel 380. As shown in fig. 3A to 5B, the fastening surface of the base body can have a protrusion 140 adjacent to the opening of the U-shaped groove to increase the clamping effect on the object.
The lock of the invention has the advantages that: the anti-theft lock hole can be matched with a relatively thin electronic product which is inconvenient to arrange, the size is small, the carrying is convenient, and the possibility of theft or stealing of the relatively thin electronic product such as a tablet personal computer can be effectively reduced.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications of equivalent structures or equivalent processes performed by the present invention in the specification or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields are included in the scope of the present invention.
