one end of the baffle 15 is fixedly provided with a material baffle 18 through a bolt, the material baffle 18 is of an arc structure, the arc of the material baffle 18 is matched with the structure of the cleaning fluted disc 14, and the bottom end of the material baffle 18 extends to the feeding position of the material trough plate 6, so that the material baffle 18 is matched with the baffle 15 and the gear plate 17, the workpiece can be ensured to smoothly rotate into the cleaning box 10 along with the cleaning fluted disc 14 after rotating into the tooth slot of the cleaning fluted disc 14, the workpiece is prevented from falling in the rotating process, and the sand blasting cleaning efficiency of the workpiece is improved; The quenching process of nickel chromium molybdenum infinite chilled cast iron according to claim 1, wherein in the first step, the workpieces in the box furnace are arranged in a single layer, the gap between the workpieces is 10-30mm, the temperature in the box furnace is 730-750 ℃, and the holding time is 2-3 hours.
3. The quenching process of NiCrMoMo infinitely chilled cast iron according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the cold treatment in step two is-40 to-30 ℃, the holding time is 2 to 3 hours, the tempering temperature is 730 and 750 ℃, and the holding time is 2 to 3 hours.

The quenching process of nickel-chromium-molybdenum infinite chilled cast iron according to claim 1, wherein the sand blasting mechanism in the third step comprises a feeding trough plate (6), a first belt (7), a driving motor (8), a first rotating wheel (9), a cleaning box (10), a funnel (11), a cleaning fluted disc (14), a baffle plate (15), a second belt (24), a second rotating wheel (25), a fixed seat (26) and a third rotating wheel (27), wherein the feeding trough plate (6) is fixedly connected with the protective cover (3) through bolts, one end of the feeding trough plate (6) penetrates through the protective cover (3) and extends towards the bottom end of the protective cover (3), the cleaning fluted disc (14) is arranged at one end of the feeding trough plate (6), the distance between the feeding trough plate (6) and the cleaning fluted disc (14) is smaller than the width of a workpiece, and a fixing plate (5) is fixedly arranged at one end of the protective cover (3) through bolts, the fixing plate (5) is fixedly connected with the second support (2) through bolts, and the second support (2) is fixedly connected with the first support (1) through bolts.
