Abstract

The invention provides an asphalt modified ECM waterproof coiled material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-95 parts of high molecular polymer, 5-30 parts of asphalt, 5-10 parts of reinforcing agent, 0.5-1 part of antioxidant and 0.5-1 part of light stabilizer. According to the asphalt modified ECM waterproof roll, EVA and asphalt are blended, and the asphalt is used as a modifier to modify a high molecular polymer, so that the flexibility, the corrosion resistance, the weather resistance, the compatibility with asphalt mastic and the construction reliability of the EVA are further improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of building waterproof coiled materials, and particularly relates to an asphalt modified ECM waterproof coiled material and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The ECB waterproof material in the current market adopts polyethylene as a waterproof base material, and a mode of coating modified asphalt on a single surface or double surfaces is adopted to prepare a waterproof coiled material. The existing high polymer waterproof coiled material is still insufficient in flexibility and welding reliability, the EVA high polymer waterproof coiled material is still insufficient in weather resistance and corrosion resistance, and the PE base material and asphalt cement are poor in compounding performance.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide an asphalt modified ECM waterproof roll and a preparation method thereof, which have strong corrosion resistance and longer service life.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:

further, the high molecular polymer is at least one of Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), ethylene-propylene rubber (EPDM), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), polyolefin elastomer (POE), or styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SBS).
Further, the high molecular polymer comprises a first part of high molecular polymer and a second part of high molecular polymer, and the mass ratio of the first part of high molecular polymer to the second part of high molecular polymer is 7: 1.
Further, the first part of high molecular polymer is ethylene-vinyl acetate; the second part of high molecular polymer is at least one of polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene propylene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, polyolefin elastomer or styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer.
Further, the asphalt is petroleum asphalt; preferably, the asphalt is 70# asphalt.
Further, the antioxidant is at least one of antioxidant 1010, antioxidant 1076 or antioxidant B225; the light stabilizer is at least one of light stabilizer 2020, light stabilizer UV531 or light stabilizer UV 326; the reinforcing agent is dicumyl peroxide (DCP).
Further, the waterproof coiled material also comprises 10-20 parts of filler; the filler is at least one of calcium carbonate, white carbon black or argil.
The preparation method of the asphalt modified ECM waterproof roll comprises the following steps:
(1) pre-emulsifying asphalt, and then preparing asphalt powder after spray drying;
(2) mixing and granulating asphalt powder, a reinforcing agent, an antioxidant, a light stabilizer and a first part of high molecular polymer to obtain ECM particles;
(3) and mixing the ECM particles with a second part of high molecular polymer, and extruding to prepare the ECM waterproof roll.
Further, the inlet temperature of the spray drying step in the step (1) is 150-170 ℃, and the outlet temperature is 75-80 ℃; the temperature of the granulation step in the step (2) is 170-190 ℃; the extrusion step in the step (3) adopts a single-screw extruder and a three-roll setting machine, and the temperature of the single-screw extruder is 170-190 ℃.
The method mixes and granulates the asphalt and part of the polymer with good compatibility, is beneficial to mixing with other high molecular polymer particles, is directly supplied to an extruder, can pre-blend the polymer, and has flexible specification of the produced product.
The preparation method of the asphalt modified ECM waterproof roll comprises the following steps:
(1) pre-emulsifying asphalt, and then preparing asphalt powder after spray drying;
(2) mixing and granulating asphalt powder, a reinforcing agent, an antioxidant, a light stabilizer and a high molecular polymer to obtain ECM particles;
(3) extruding the ECM particles to prepare the ECM waterproof roll.
The inlet temperature of the spray drying step in the step (1) is 150-170 ℃, and the outlet temperature is 75-80 ℃; the temperature of the granulation step in the step (2) is 170-190 ℃; the extrusion step in the step (3) adopts a single-screw extruder and a three-roll setting machine, and the temperature of the single-screw extruder is 170-190 ℃.
The application method of the asphalt modified ECM waterproof roll respectively comprises the following steps:
(1) laying the ECM waterproof coiled material on the surface of the base layer in an empty way, and constructing the overlapped edges in a hot air welding mode;
(2) when the ECM waterproof roll is used as a base material, hot-melt self-adhesive glue is coated on one surface or two surfaces of the ECM waterproof roll to prepare a self-adhesive ECM waterproof roll, or sand grains are sprayed after the hot-melt self-adhesive glue is coated on one surface of the ECM waterproof roll to prepare a pre-laid reverse-adhesion ECM waterproof roll which is used, and the lap joint edges are constructed in a hot air welding mode.
The ECM waterproof roll is a high-molecular waterproof roll prepared by taking ethylene-vinyl acetate or various polymers as main components and asphalt as a modifier.
Compared with the prior art, the asphalt modified ECM waterproof roll and the preparation method thereof have the following advantages:
(1) according to the asphalt modified ECM waterproof roll, EVA and asphalt are blended, and the asphalt is used as a modifier to modify a high molecular polymer, so that the flexibility, the corrosion resistance, the weather resistance, the compatibility with asphalt mastic and the construction reliability of the EVA are further improved.
(2) The asphalt modified ECM waterproof coiled material has the advantages of strong corrosion resistance, longer service life, good bonding property with asphalt, soft product and good low-temperature toughness, and is particularly suitable for waterproof engineering of asphalt roads and bridges.
(3) The preparation method of the asphalt modified ECM waterproof roll adopts a blending mode of asphalt and polymer and a granulation and powder preparation mixing process, so that the mixing is more uniform.
Detailed Description
Unless defined otherwise, technical terms used in the following examples have the same meanings as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention belongs. The test reagents used in the following examples, unless otherwise specified, are all conventional biochemical reagents; the experimental methods are conventional methods unless otherwise specified.
The EVA adopted in the embodiment of the invention is Y2022, the PE is LLDPE7042, the PP is LLDPE7042, the EPDM is Tao's 3745, the reinforcing agent is DCP, the antioxidant is antioxidant 1010, the light stabilizer 2020, and the filler is calcium carbonate.
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.
Example 1
An asphalt modified ECM waterproof coiled material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 parts of EVA, 30 parts of asphalt, 8 parts of reinforcing agent, 0.6 part of antioxidant and 0.7 part of light stabilizer.
The preparation method of the asphalt modified ECM waterproof roll comprises the following steps:
(1) pre-emulsifying asphalt, and then performing spray drying to prepare asphalt powder, wherein the inlet temperature of the spray drying is 160 ℃, and the outlet temperature of the spray drying is 75 ℃;
(2) mixing asphalt powder with a reinforcing agent, an antioxidant, a light stabilizer and EVA, and granulating at 170 ℃ to obtain ECM granules;
(3) extruding the ECM particles at 190 ℃ to prepare the ECM waterproof roll.
Example 2
An asphalt modified ECM waterproof coiled material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of EVA, 10 parts of PE, 20 parts of asphalt, 6 parts of reinforcing agent, 0.6 part of antioxidant and 0.7 part of light stabilizer.
The preparation method of the asphalt modified ECM waterproof roll comprises the following steps:
(1) pre-emulsifying asphalt, and then performing spray drying to prepare asphalt powder, wherein the inlet temperature of the spray drying is 160 ℃, and the outlet temperature of the spray drying is 75 ℃;
(2) mixing asphalt powder with a reinforcing agent, an antioxidant, a light stabilizer and EVA, and granulating at 170 ℃ to obtain ECM granules;
(3) extruding the ECM particles at 190 ℃ to prepare the ECM waterproof roll.
Example 3
An asphalt modified ECM waterproof coiled material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 parts of EVA, 10 parts of PP, 20 parts of asphalt, 5 parts of reinforcing agent, 0.6 part of antioxidant, 0.7 part of light stabilizer and 10 parts of calcium carbonate.
The preparation method of the asphalt modified ECM waterproof roll comprises the following steps:
(1) pre-emulsifying asphalt, and then performing spray drying to prepare asphalt powder, wherein the inlet temperature of the spray drying is 160 ℃, and the outlet temperature of the spray drying is 75 ℃;
(2) mixing asphalt powder with a reinforcing agent, an antioxidant, a light stabilizer and EVA, and granulating at 170 ℃ to obtain ECM granules;
(3) extruding the ECM particles at 190 ℃ to prepare the ECM waterproof roll.
Example 4
An asphalt modified ECM waterproof coiled material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 parts of EVA, 10 parts of EPDM, 20 parts of asphalt, 6 parts of reinforcing agent, 0.6 part of antioxidant and 0.7 part of light stabilizer.
The preparation method of the asphalt modified ECM waterproof roll comprises the following steps:
(1) pre-emulsifying asphalt, and then performing spray drying to prepare asphalt powder, wherein the inlet temperature of the spray drying is 160 ℃, and the outlet temperature of the spray drying is 75 ℃;
(2) mixing asphalt powder with a reinforcing agent, an antioxidant, a light stabilizer and EVA, and granulating at 170 ℃ to obtain ECM granules;
(3) extruding the ECM particles at 190 ℃ to prepare the ECM waterproof roll.
Example 5
An asphalt modified ECM waterproof coiled material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 parts of EVA, 10 parts of POE, 10 parts of asphalt, 5 parts of reinforcing agent, 0.6 part of antioxidant and 0.71 part of light stabilizer.
The preparation method of the asphalt modified ECM waterproof roll comprises the following steps:
(1) pre-emulsifying asphalt, and then performing spray drying to prepare asphalt powder, wherein the inlet temperature of the spray drying is 160 ℃, and the outlet temperature of the spray drying is 75 ℃;
(2) mixing asphalt powder with a reinforcing agent, an antioxidant, a light stabilizer and EVA, and granulating at 170 ℃ to obtain ECM granules;
(3) extruding the ECM particles at 190 ℃ to prepare the ECM waterproof roll.
