Description

Citrate soluble granular fertilizer and preparation process thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural fertilizers, and particularly relates to a citrate soluble granular fertilizer and a preparation process thereof.
Background
Mineral fertilizers are generally classified into water-soluble fertilizers and citrate-soluble fertilizers, and citrate-soluble fertilizers are generally insoluble in water but soluble in an aqueous solution of 2% citric acid, and since citric acid is called citric acid in japan, fertilizers soluble in an aqueous solution of 2% citric acid are also called citrate-soluble fertilizers. For example, calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizers produced from phosphate ores by high-temperature melting, potassium calcium silicon magnesium fertilizers produced from potassium ores by high-temperature melting, silicon calcium fertilizers produced from blast furnace water-quenched slag by iron ore smelting, silicon calcium fertilizers produced from yellow phosphorus slag discharged in the process of producing yellow phosphorus by the phosphate ore thermal method, silicon calcium magnesium fertilizers produced from slag by producing magnesium metal by the dolomite Pidgeon method, and the like are mostly applied in the form of fine powder (more than 80 meshes). The granular fertilizer is gradually replaced by granular fertilizer because the granules are very fine and cannot be mechanically fertilized, the spreading is scattered along with wind, the loss is large, the environment is polluted, the labor intensity is high, the requirement of agricultural production cannot be met, and the granular fertilizer is formed into very hard granules after being granulated by water or a binder, so that the granules are more difficult to dissolve in water and cannot be absorbed by plants.
Therefore, a material which can make the fine powdery citrate soluble fertilizer cohere into granules with certain strength, is not easy to crush in the process of storage or transportation, and can make the granular citrate soluble fertilizer quickly disintegrate or disperse when meeting water or tide, namely citrate soluble granular fertilizer disintegrating material, is needed to be selected.
The invention patent CN201610599045.4 discloses a granulation disintegrating agent for producing round-grained mineral fertilizer, wherein the disintegrating material comprises bentonite, attapulgite, and derivatives of acetyl lignin, methyl lignin, halogenated lignin, sulfonated lignin, nitrated lignin, etc. which are respectively obtained after acetylation, methylation, halogenation, sulfonation and nitration of lignin. However, the bentonite and the attapulgite are viscous and insoluble in water, are commonly used as granulating agents of water-soluble compound fertilizers, have the functions of increasing the strength of the compound fertilizers, do not have the function of disintegration, and do not contain nutrient elements required by plant growth; however, although some organic substances are contained in the lignin, such as acetyl lignin, methyl lignin, halogenated lignin, sulfonated lignin, and nitrated lignin, they are hardly soluble in water and hardly absorbed by plants, and are expensive.
The invention patent CN201711335268.0 discloses a disintegrating magnesium-containing granular fertilizer and a preparation method thereof, wherein the used materials comprise brucite powder, dolomite powder, magnesium sulfate monohydrate, magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate, magnesium chloride and organic acid solution (formic acid, acetic acid, oxalic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid and dimeric aspartic acid). Among inorganic materials, brucite powder, dolomite powder and magnesium oxide are all insoluble in water, magnesium carbonate is slightly soluble in water and is difficult to absorb and utilize by plants, and basically, the brucite powder, dolomite powder and magnesium oxide are ineffective components, magnesium chloride is soluble in water, but the content of chloride ions is high, many plants are contra-chlorinated, and the application is limited; among organic materials, formic acid, acetic acid, oxalic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid and dimeric aspartic acid are ineffective components, cannot be absorbed and utilized by plants, and are high in price.
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the technical staff in the field is how to provide a citrate soluble granulated fertilizer which is convenient for mechanical fertilization and contains nutrient elements required by plant growth and has disintegration property and a preparation process thereof.
