Technical Field
The invention relates to a material homogenizing device, in particular to a head material homogenizing device of a belt conveyor and a belt conveyor conveying system.
Background
In a belt conveyor system, materials are accumulated in the middle of the belt due to the groove angle of the belt. When the belt-conveyed materials enter a vibrating screen of a screening system or a double-roller crusher of a fuel crushing system, the materials are accumulated in the middle of the vibrating screen and the double-roller crusher, and the production capacity of the vibrating screen and the double-roller crusher cannot be fully exerted. 4. The material homogenizing device operates when the conveying belt conveys materials, and can obviously improve the output of subsequent equipment (such as a double-roller crusher, a four-roller crusher and a vibrating screen).

The adjusting rod is arranged on the outer wall of the box body, an adjusting pin shaft is installed at the bottom of the refining baffle, and the adjusting pin shaft penetrates through the outer wall of the box body to be connected with the adjusting rod. The refining baffle comprises a first material distributing plate and a second material distributing plate which are symmetrically arranged, the top end of the first material distributing plate is hinged with the top end of the second material distributing plate, and relative rotation at a hinged point can be realized; the first material distributing plate and the second material distributing plate are connected with the inner wall of the box body through rotating shafts at the hinged points. At least two adjusting rods are correspondingly arranged on each material homogenizing baffle, the two adjusting rods are respectively connected with the bottom ends, far away from the hinged point, of the first material distributing plate and the second material distributing plate, and the first material distributing plate and the second material distributing plate form an inverted V-shaped structure. The adjusting rods are two and are respectively connected with the other ends, far away from the hinged point, of the first material distributing plate and the second material distributing plate. And the bottom parts of the first material distributing plate and the second material distributing plate are both provided with adjusting pin shafts, and the adjusting pin shafts penetrate through the box body and are fixedly connected with the adjusting rods. The box is funnel-shaped structure. The adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting hand wheel, the adjusting hand wheel is in threaded connection with the adjusting rod to form a screw transmission structure, and the adjusting hand wheel is used for controlling the effective length of the adjusting rod so as to control the opening degree of the material distributing baffle.

A belt conveyor system comprising a conveyor belt and a refining apparatus as described in example 1, the refining apparatus being disposed above the conveyor belt, material being conveyed onto the conveyor belt by the refining apparatus.
Example 3
Two material distributing baffle plates 3 are arranged on a box body 4 through a supporting pin shaft 1, and the supporting pin shaft 1 is locked by a nut M30. An adjusting pin shaft 5 is arranged at the bottom of the material separating baffle 3, two sides of the adjusting pin shaft 5 penetrate out of the box body 4, an adjusting pull rod 8 is respectively arranged at two sides, and the adjusting pull rod 8 is locked by a nut 6. The small pin shaft 9 is arranged in a support of the box body 4 and is locked by a washer 10 and a nut 11, the adjusting pull rod 8 penetrates through a hole at the end part of the small pin shaft 9, and the length of the adjusting pull rod 8 is controlled by the adjusting hand wheel 7, so that the angle adjustment of the material distributing baffle plate 3 is realized. The box adopts the funnel structure can make the refining device present for the refining funnel.
The working principle of the material homogenizing funnel is as follows:
two symmetrical adjusting baffles are arranged inside the material homogenizing funnel, incoming materials of the belt conveyor are all material piles with arched middle parts, and the central incoming materials are distributed to two sides by the two baffles. In order to prevent the material-free area from being formed at the lower part of the baffle, a splayed material flowing area is arranged on the material distributing baffle, and the structure is shown in figure 2. So that the lower part of the baffle plate can also have uniform material distribution.
In actual production, the belt speed of the belt conveyor for incoming materials is fast or slow, the headstock of the belt conveyor is high or low, the initial speed of the materials entering the material distribution hopper is different, the material gathering modes are different, the material distribution baffle at the moment needs to be adjusted according to the characteristics of the incoming materials, and the materials can be uniformly distributed to the next procedure. The adjusting hand wheel is connected with the adjusting pull rod in a threaded manner by rotating the adjusting hand wheel, and the whole adjusting pull rod is of a full-thread structure. The effective length of the pull rod is controlled by adjusting the hand wheel, so that the opening degree of the material distribution baffle is controlled, and the uniformity of materials is controlled.
The two material distributing baffles are of symmetrical structures, and the wear-resistant layer is welded on the surface of the two material distributing baffles and can resist material erosion. When the front surface of the material distributing baffle plate is seriously worn, the two baffle plates can be exchanged, and the back surface becomes a material facing surface and can be continuously used until the two surfaces are completely failed.
The two baffles can realize stepless adjustment, and can be adjusted at will within the range of 2-50 degrees, thereby realizing the material refining function under various working conditions, and the adjustment is convenient and simple.
