The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the driving motor 20 works, the rotating shaft 19 is driven to rotate, so that the driving bevel gear 18 is driven to rotate, the driven bevel gear 17 is driven to rotate, the rotating screw rod 4 is driven to rotate, the lifting sleeve 9 is driven to move upwards under the action of the connecting rod 10, and meanwhile, the left sliding sleeve 7 and the right sliding sleeve 8 slide upwards along the left sliding rod 5 and the right sliding rod 6 respectively, so that the left sliding connecting rod 12 and the right sliding connecting rod 13 are driven to slide upwards, and the placing table 14 is driven to move upwards.
