In a second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the tool box includes: the box body 7 provided with the accommodating area 80, the box cover 8 for opening or closing the accommodating area 80, and the hinge parts 9 respectively hinged with the box cover 8 and the box body 7. A receiving groove 700 into which the hinge 9 is fitted is formed in any side wall of the case 7. The hinge 9 is reversible relative to the case 7 about the hinge end with the case 7, and the lid 8 is reversible relative to the hinge 9 about the hinge end with the hinge 9, in the same direction as the case when it is desired to completely open or close the receiving area 80. When the accommodating area 80 needs to be completely opened, the hinge 9 turns away from the box body 7 around the hinge end of the box body 7, and meanwhile, the box cover 8 is driven to turn away from the box body 7, so that the accommodating area 80 is gradually opened. After the hinge 9 is turned away from the case 7 to the limit position, the hinge 9 abuts against the side wall of the receiving groove 700 to limit the continued turning of the hinge 9, and at this time, the lid 8 may be turned around the hinge end of the hinge 9 in a direction away from the case 7 until the receiving area 80 is completely opened. When it is desired to completely close the receiving area 80, the lid 8 is flipped around the hinge end with the hinge 9 towards the box body 7. After the lid 8 rotates to a certain position around the hinge end with the hinge member 9, the lid 8 pulls the hinge member 9 to turn around the hinge end with the box body 7 continuously towards the direction of the box body 7 until the lid 8 completely closes the accommodating area 80, and the hinge member 9 is also embedded into the accommodating groove 700. In actual use, the connecting shaft 71 is fixed in the accommodating groove 700, and the connecting shaft 71 passes through the hinge 9 to realize the mutual hinge between the hinge 9 and the box body 8. The tool box is further provided with a hinge shaft 81, and the hinge shaft 81 penetrates through the hinge 9 and is fixed to the box cover 8 at both ends, so that the hinge 9 and the box cover 8 are hinged to each other.
It is apparent from the above that, due to the provision of the case body 7, the case cover 8 and the hinge 9, the case body 7 is provided with the accommodating area 80, the case cover 8 opens or closes the accommodating area 80, the case body 7 is provided with the accommodating groove 700 on any side wall thereof, and the hinge 9 is embedded in the accommodating groove 700. The hinge 9 is hinged to the lid 8 and the case 7, the hinge 9 being tiltable relative to the case 7 about the hinge end with the case 7, the lid 8 being tiltable relative to the hinge 9 about the hinge end with the hinge 9, so that the lid 8 can be flipped relative to the case 7, and the receiving area 80 can be opened or closed. And during the complete opening or closing of the receiving area 80, the lid 8 is turned with respect to the hinge 9 about the hinge end with the hinge 9 in the same direction as the hinge 9 is turned about the hinge end with the case 7. When the accommodating area 80 needs to be completely opened, the hinge 9 turns over to drive the box cover 8 to turn over, and then the box cover 8 turns over around the hinge 9 in a direction away from the box body 7, so that the accommodating area 80 can be opened more. Due to the arrangement of the accommodating groove 700, after the box cover 8 completely seals the accommodating area 80, the hinge piece 9 can be embedded in the accommodating groove 700, so that the side wall of the box body 7 is smoother, the whole structure is more compact, and the whole volume of the box body 7 is smaller under the condition that the inner space of the box body 7 is unchanged.
Further, the overturning angle of the box cover 8 overturning towards the direction far away from the box body 7 is larger than the overturning angle of the hinge piece 9 overturning away from the box body 7, so that the accommodating area 80 is opened to a greater extent, and the box body 7 is opened better.
In addition, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the tool box further includes: a boss 90 connected to the hinge 9, the boss 90 being provided at an end of the hinge 9 adjacent to the lid 8. When the box cover 8 seals the accommodating area 80, the box cover 8 turns towards the box body 7, and after the box cover 8 turns to a certain position, the box cover 8 abuts against the boss 90 to push the boss 90 to turn towards the box body 7 together. And the boss 90 is connected with the hinge member 9, the boss 90 is pushed to drive the hinge member 9 to be pushed, the hinge member 9 is overturned along with the box cover 8 towards the box body 7 until the box cover 8 completely seals the accommodating area 80, and the hinge member 9 also enters the accommodating groove 700. By the arrangement of the boss 90, the lid 8 is facilitated to completely close the accommodating area 80. The accommodating area 80 is provided with a tool accommodating position, and the tool accommodating position can be designed according to the appearance of a tool to be placed, so that various tools can be directly embedded into the corresponding tool accommodating position, and the tools are not easy to shift in the box body.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the tool box further includes a buckle 100 for closing the lock fixation receiving area 80.

Claims (14)

1. A kit, comprising: the box body is provided with an upper layer containing area and a lower layer containing area, a first box cover for opening or closing the upper layer containing area, a second box cover for opening or closing the lower layer containing area, a first hinging piece hinged with the first box cover and the box body respectively, and a second hinging piece hinged with the second box cover and the box body respectively, wherein the upper layer containing area and the lower layer containing area are oppositely arranged; one end of the first hinge piece is hinged with the first box cover, and the other end of the first hinge piece is hinged with the box body; one end of the second hinge piece is hinged with the second box cover, and the other end of the second hinge piece is hinged with the box body;
a storage groove for embedding the first hinge piece and the second hinge piece is formed in any side wall of the box body, when the first box cover and the second box cover are covered, the first hinge piece and the second hinge piece are embedded in the storage groove, a connecting shaft is arranged in the storage groove, and the first hinge piece and the second hinge piece are hinged with the box body through the connecting shaft; the first hinge piece and the second hinge piece are respectively overturned relative to the box body around the hinge ends of the first hinge piece or the second hinge piece and the box body;
the first box cover is used for gradually opening the upper layer accommodating area when the first box cover turns over in a direction away from the box body, and the first box cover turns over around the hinge ends of the first box cover and the first hinge piece relative to the first hinge piece and is the same as the first hinge piece in a turning direction around the hinge ends of the first hinge piece and the box body relative to the box body;
the second box cover is used for gradually opening the lower layer accommodating area when the second box cover turns over in the direction far away from the box body, and the second box cover turns over around the second box cover and the hinged end of the second hinge piece relative to the second hinge piece and is the same as the second hinge piece around the second hinge piece and the hinged end of the box body relative to the turning direction of the box body.
