The cement ball mill with the anti-blocking function is long in service life and comprises a main body (1), a base (6), a power device (7) and two mounting bearings (2), wherein the main body (1) is cylindrical, the two ends of the main body (1) are fixedly connected with inner rings of the mounting bearings (2), outer rings of the two mounting bearings (2) are fixedly connected with the base (6), the power device (7) is arranged on the base (6), the power device (7) is in transmission connection with the main body (1), the cement ball mill is characterized by further comprising two vibration mechanisms and at least two buffer mechanisms, the two vibration mechanisms are respectively connected with one sides, far away from the base (6), of the outer rings of the two mounting bearings (2), and the buffer mechanisms are uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the periphery of the main body (1) around the axis circumference of the main body (1);
the buffer mechanism comprises a guide rail (15), a lining plate (9), two sliding sleeves (11), two springs (17), two sliding rods (12), two fixed blocks (8) and at least two buffer components, wherein the axes of the sliding rods (12) are perpendicular to and intersected with the main line of the main body (1), one ends of the two sliding rods (12) close to the axes of the main body (1) are respectively fixedly connected with the inner walls of the two ends of the main body (1) through the fixed blocks (8), the other ends of the two sliding rods (12) are respectively fixedly connected with the inner wall of one side of the main body (1), the two sliding rods (12) respectively penetrate through the two sliding sleeves (11), the sliding sleeves (11) are slidably connected with the sliding rods (12), one ends of the sliding rods (12) far away from the axes of the main body (1) are fixedly connected with the sliding sleeves (11) through the springs (17), and the springs (17) are in a, the lining plate (9) is parallel to the axis of the main body (1), two ends of the lining plate (9) are respectively and fixedly connected with the two sliding sleeves (11), the guide rail (15) is parallel to the axis of the main body (1), the guide rail (15) is arranged on one side, far away from the axis of the main body (1), of the lining plate (9), the guide rail (15) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the main body (1), all the buffering components are arranged on the lining plate (9), and all the buffering components are connected with the guide rail (15);
vibration mechanism includes dwang (3), strikes piece (4), supporting wheel (18) and two at least lugs (5), the one side of keeping away from base (6) of one end and installation bearing (2) of dwang (3) is articulated, the other end and the piece (4) fixed connection of striking of dwang (3), the supporting wheel (18) are installed in the one side that is close to main part (1) at the middle part of dwang (3), and each lug (5) evenly set up in the periphery of main part (1) around the axis circumference of main part (1), supporting wheel (18) and each lug (5) are in the coplanar, supporting wheel (18) and main part (1) roll connection.

The cement ball mill with the anti-blocking function and the long service life as claimed in claim 1, wherein a control box is arranged on an outer ring of one of the mounting bearings (2), a PLC is arranged inside the control box, a display screen and at least two control keys are arranged on the control box, and the display screen and each control key are electrically connected with the PLC.

The cement ball mill with anti-blocking function having long service life according to claim 1, the buffer component comprises an elastic rope (14), two sliding blocks (16) and two transmission rods (10), one sides of the two sliding blocks (16) close to the guide rail (15) are respectively provided with a sliding groove (19), the sliding groove (19) is matched with the guide rail (15), the guide rail (15) is arranged in the sliding groove (19), the sliding blocks (16) are connected with the guide rails (15) in a sliding manner, one ends of the two transmission rods (10) are respectively hinged with the two sliding blocks (16), the other ends of the two transmission rods (10) are hinged with each other, the other ends of the two transmission rods (10) are hinged with the lining plate (9), the two ends of the elastic rope (14) are respectively and fixedly connected with the two sliding blocks (16), and the elastic rope (14) is in a stretching state.
