5. The scalpel receiving device of claim 1, wherein a receiving groove for receiving a scalpel handle is formed in a lower portion of the cover plate (42) on a side close to the scalpel handle fixing portion (3).

The scalpel receiving device of claim 5, wherein the bottom plate (41) has a handle receiving groove at an upper portion of a side thereof adjacent to the handle fixing portion (3), and the handle receiving groove of the bottom plate (41) is engaged with the handle receiving groove of the cover plate (42).

7. The scalpel housing device of claim 1, wherein the handle holder (3) comprises a mounting plate disposed on the case (1) and two elastic pieces symmetrically disposed on the mounting plate.
