Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a scalpel housing device for fixedly housing a scalpel and a blade portion of the scalpel, so as to solve the technical problems in the prior art.
The scalpel accommodating device comprises a box body and a box cover, wherein one side of the box cover is movably connected with one side of the box body through a hinge; the box body is provided with a plurality of fixing modules for fixing the scalpel; each fixing module comprises a cutter handle fixing part and a cutter head fixing part, and the cutter handle fixing part and the cutter head fixing part are basically on the same straight line; the tool bit fixing part comprises a bottom plate fixedly arranged in the box body and used for accommodating the tool bit and a cover plate connected with the bottom plate through a hinge, a buckle is arranged on one side of the cover plate away from the hinge, and a protrusion matched with the buckle is arranged on the bottom plate and at a position corresponding to the buckle after the cover plate covers the buckle.
Optionally, the straight line where the handle fixing part and the tool bit fixing part are located is parallel to the axis of the hinge connecting the box cover and the box body.
Optionally, the tool bit fixing part comprises an elastic part arranged inside the box body, the bottom plate is arranged on the elastic part, a first trigger switch and a driving motor are arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate, a worm is arranged on an output shaft of the driving motor, a first stop switch is arranged at the upper part of the bottom plate, a turbine matched with the worm is arranged on the hinge connecting the bottom plate and the cover plate, and the turbine is fixedly connected with the cover plate; the first trigger switch and the first stop switch are respectively electrically connected with the driving motor; the side of the bottom plate, which is provided with the hinge, is provided with a second stop switch, the side of the bottom plate, which is far away from the hinge, is provided with a second trigger switch, and the second stop switch and the second trigger switch are respectively and electrically connected with the driving motor.
Optionally, the cover plate is made of a transparent material.
Optionally, the elastic member is a spring.
Optionally, a containing groove for containing the tool holder is arranged at the lower part of one side of the cover plate close to the tool holder fixing part.
Optionally, the upper portion of one side of the bottom plate close to the handle fixing portion is provided with a containing groove for containing the handle, and the containing groove on the bottom plate is matched with the containing groove on the cover plate.
Optionally, the handle fixing portion includes an installation plate disposed on the box body and two elastic pieces symmetrically disposed on the installation plate.
From the above can see out, this application is through providing a scalpel storage device, through the fixed cutting edge portion of accomodating scalpel and closed scalpel, effectively solves the cutting edge part of closed scalpel to the scalpel of difference is all placed in order, also can surveyability see the position that each scalpel placed.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that all expressions of "first" and "second" in the embodiments of the present invention are used for distinguishing two entities with the same name or different parameters, and it is understood that "first" and "second" are merely for convenience of description and should not be construed as limiting the embodiments of the present invention, and that the directions and positions of the terms, such as "up", "middle", "down", "front", "back", "left", "right", "inner", "outer", "side", etc., in the present invention are only referred to the directions and positions of the attached drawings, and therefore, the directions and positions of the terms are used for illustrating and understanding the present invention, and are not used for limiting the subsequent embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in the figures, the scalpel accommodating device provided based on the above purpose comprises a case body 1 and a case cover 2, wherein one side of the case cover 2 is movably connected with one side of the case body 1 through a hinge; the turning over of the box cover 2 can achieve the effect of opening and closing the box body 1.
In order to limit the scalpel, a plurality of fixing modules for fixing the scalpel are arranged on the box body 1. Each fixing module comprises a handle fixing part 3 for fixing the handle and a tool bit fixing part 4 for fixing the tool bit, and the handle fixing part 3 and the tool bit fixing part 4 are basically in the same straight line.
In order to fix the tool bit, the tool bit fixing portion 4 comprises a bottom plate 41 fixedly arranged in the box body 1 and used for accommodating the tool bit and a cover plate 42 connected with the bottom plate 41 through a hinge, a buckle is arranged on one side, away from the hinge, of the cover plate 42, and a protrusion matched with the buckle is arranged on the bottom plate 41 and at a position, corresponding to the buckle, of the cover plate 42.
For the sake of beauty, the straight line of the shank fixing part 3 and the bit fixing part 4 is parallel to the axis of the hinge connecting the box cover 2 and the box body 1.
In order to timely close the cutter head fixing part 4, the cutter head fixing part 4 comprises an elastic part 43 arranged inside the box body 1, the bottom plate 41 is arranged on the elastic part 43, a first trigger switch 44 and a driving motor 45 are arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate 41, a worm 46 is arranged on an output shaft of the driving motor 45, a first stop switch 47 is arranged at the upper part of the bottom plate 41, a turbine 48 matched with the worm 46 is arranged on the hinge connecting the cover plate 42 and the bottom plate 41, and the turbine 48 is fixedly connected with the cover plate 42; the first trigger switch 44 and the first stop switch 47 are electrically connected to the drive motor 45, respectively; a second stop switch 49 is arranged on the side surface of the side of the bottom plate 41 where the hinge is arranged, a second trigger switch 410 is arranged on the side surface of the side of the bottom plate 41 away from the hinge, and the second stop switch 49 and the second trigger switch 410 are respectively and electrically connected with the driving motor 45.
When the scalpel head is placed on the bottom plate 41, a downward force is applied to the bottom plate 41 through the scalpel, under the action of gravity and downward pressing force, the bottom plate 41 overcomes the elastic force of the elastic piece 43 and moves downward to trigger the first trigger switch 44, the first trigger switch 44 controls the driving motor 45 to start in the forward direction, the worm 46 drives the turbine 48 to drive the cover plate 42 to turn over in the forward direction, and when the cover plate 42 touches the upper edge of the bottom plate 41, the first stop switch 47 is triggered to stop the driving motor 45, so that the scalpel head fixing part 4 completes closing operation.
When the cover plate 42 needs to be opened, the second trigger switch 410 is triggered, the second trigger switch 410 controls the driving motor 45 to be started reversely, the worm 46 drives the worm wheel 48 to carry the cover plate 42 to turn over reversely, and when the side face of the cover plate 42 provided with the hinge touches the side face of the bottom plate 41 provided with the hinge, the second stop switch 49 is triggered, so that the driving motor 45 stops moving, and the cutter head fixing part 4 finishes the opening operation.
In order to facilitate the viewing of the position of the scalpel, the cover plate 42 and the box cover 2 are made of transparent materials.
In order to reduce the cost and increase the reliability, the elastic member 43 is a spring. The spring is made of stainless steel materials, so that rusting and pollution are avoided.
In order to prevent the surgical knife from interfering with the bottom plate 41 or the cover plate 42, the cover plate 42 is provided with a receiving groove for receiving the knife handle at a lower portion of the cover plate 42 on a side close to the knife handle fixing portion 3. The upper part of one side of the bottom plate 41 close to the handle fixing part 3 is provided with a containing groove for containing the handle, and the containing groove on the bottom plate 41 is matched with the containing groove on the cover plate 42.
In order to limit the handle of the scalpel, the handle fixing part 3 comprises a mounting plate arranged on the box body 1 and two elastic pieces symmetrically arranged on the mounting plate. The lower extreme and the mounting panel fixed connection of flexure strip, the other end of flexure strip is the free end. The knife handle is inserted between the two elastic sheets, and the width of the knife handle is about larger than the distance between the free ends of the two elastic sheets.
