The invention discloses an auscultation device and an auscultation teaching system thereof, wherein the appearance and the use of the auscultation device are completely the same as those of the existing stethoscope, a sound pick-up of the stethoscope is internally provided with a sensor and a loudspeaker of an audio acquisition and playing system, and the audio acquisition and playing system is provided with a mode setting module which is used for setting the working mode of the audio acquisition and playing system. The audio acquisition playing system is provided with 2 working modes of acquisition and reception, the acquisition working mode is that a sensor converts sound signals in the sound pick-up into electric signals and broadcasts the electric signals, and the reception working mode is that electric signals of other audio acquisition playing systems are received and the received electric signals are converted into sound signals through a loudspeaker. In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides an auscultation device and an auscultation teaching system thereof, wherein the appearance and use of the auscultation device are completely the same as those of the existing stethoscope, and the auscultation device has 2 working modes of acquisition and reception. The auscultation device in the collection working mode can convert sound signals in the sound pick-up into electric signals to be sent outwards, and other auscultation devices in the receiving working mode receive the electric signals and restore the electric signals into the sound signals, so that the purpose of auscultation by multiple persons simultaneously is achieved. And the work mode of the auscultation device can be set and switched by self so that doctors can carry out actual operation.
The technical scheme is as follows:

A stethoscope shown in fig. 1 includes a stethoscope having the same structure as that of the conventional stethoscope and including a sound pickup unit 1, a sound transmitting tube 2, and an ear plug 3, and an audio collecting and playing system. The audio collecting and playing system is integrated in the sound pickup 1, wherein the sensor 4 and the speaker 5 of the audio collecting system are provided in the sound pickup 1 of the stethoscope, the speaker 5 is located at a position close to the sound transmitting tube 2 so that the sound emitted from the speaker 5 can be rapidly transmitted to the ear plug 3 along the sound transmitting tube 2, and the sensor 4 is located at a central position of the sound pickup 1 so as to convert the sound collected by the sound pickup 1 into an electric signal.
The sensor 4 may convert sound signals in the microphone 1 into electrical signals, such as a microphone. The speaker 5 can emit sound within the sound pickup 1, and the sound emitted from the speaker 5 is transmitted to the earplug 3 through the sound transmitting tube 2.
The audio acquisition and playing system has an acquisition working mode and a receiving working mode. Wherein, the collection working mode is as follows: the audio acquisition playing system converts the sound signals in the sound pickup 1 into electric signals through a microphone, processes the electric signals and broadcasts the electric signals to other same auscultation devices. The receiving working mode is as follows: the audio collecting and playing system receives the electric signals sent by other auscultation devices and drives the loudspeaker 5 to restore the sound signals in the sound pick-up 1 according to the electric signals. The audio acquisition and playing system is provided with a mode setting module, and the mode setting module is used for setting the working mode of the audio acquisition and playing system.
When teaching, a teacher sets the audio acquisition playing system of the used auscultation device to be in an acquisition working mode through the mode setting module, and a doctor sets the used auscultation device to be in a receiving working mode. In this way, when the instructor uses the stethoscope to examine a patient, the audio collecting and playing system of the stethoscope used converts the sound in the sound pick-up 1 into an electrical signal for broadcasting. Moreover, the sound in the sound pickup 1 is also transmitted to the earplug 3 along the sound transmission tube 2, and thus, the auscultation by the instructor is not affected. The audio collecting and playing system of the auscultation device used by the doctor can receive the electric signal broadcast by the auscultation device used by the instructor and drive the loudspeaker 5 to make sound according to the electric signal, so that the purpose of auscultation by multiple persons can be achieved.
And if the doctor needs to use the auscultation device to examine the patient, the doctor only needs to switch the audio acquisition and playing system of the used auscultation device into an acquisition working mode through the mode setting module. And the instructor can also switch the audio acquisition and playing system of the used auscultation device into a receiving working mode through the mode setting module so as to supervise whether the method for using the stethoscope by the doctor is correct.

The processors of the other auscultation devices in the receiving working mode call the program instructions corresponding to the receiving working mode from the memory, the broadcasted processing signals are received through the communication module, and the driving module drives the loudspeaker 5 to restore the processing signals into sound signals, wherein the driving module can be an existing audio driving module.
In addition, in order to conveniently store the sound data, the memory comprises a random access memory and a read-only memory, control programs corresponding to the collection working mode and the receiving working mode are stored in the read-only memory, and the sound data collected and received by the processor is stored in the random access memory.
In this embodiment, preferably, the mode setting module includes 2 key switches, and the 2 key switches respectively correspond to the acquisition and reception working modes and are respectively in signal connection with the processor. The keys of 2 key switches can be arranged on the sound pick-up 1 of the stethoscope, the two ends of each key switch are respectively connected with the signal source and the input end of the processor, and the processor can scan the signal changes of the two input ends connected with the key switches through the signal scanning program so as to determine the set working mode.

The pre-stage amplifying circuit can amplify the electric signal converted by the microphone, the AGC circuit is a gain automatic control circuit and can control the amplification factor of the electric signal and output a high-quality sound signal, the filter circuit can filter the noise in the electric signal and reduce the noise interference, the AD converter can convert the filtered analog signal into a digital signal so as to be stored, and the communication module can select a miniature digital wireless communication module, thereby facilitating the wireless communication and reducing the size of the whole audio acquisition and play system. The pre-stage amplifying circuit, the AGC circuit and the filter circuit all adopt the existing circuits.
