Detailed Description
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 5. First, a chair body 1 of a chair with a shower function will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3. The chair body 1 includes a skeleton frame 2 formed of a metal pipe frame structure, and a seat portion 3, a backrest 4, a backrest neck 6, and left and right armrests 5 attached to the skeleton frame 2.
First, the skeleton frame 2 will be explained. The skeleton frame 2 includes a seat frame 14, a back frame 16, a pair of left and right side frames 10, and a pair of left and right rear leg frames 15 (rear leg portions).
Each side frame 10 includes a horizontal portion 11 extending in the front-rear direction, a front leg portion 12 extending obliquely downward from a front end of the horizontal portion 11, and a vertical portion 13 extending upward substantially vertically from a rear end of the horizontal portion 11, and is formed of a single continuous pipe.
A seat frame 14 is provided between the horizontal portions 11 of the left and right side frames 10. A rear leg frame 15 extending obliquely downward is coupled to the rear portion of the seat frame 14 so as to be rotatable in the front-rear direction at the rear portion of the seat frame 14.
The back-side frame 16 includes: a hollow back-side horizontal portion 17 extending in the left-right direction and bridging between the upper end portions of the vertical portions 13 of the left and right side frames 10; and a back-side vertical portion 18 formed of a pair of left and right pipes, which is fixed to the back-side horizontal portion 17 and extends upward.
The back-side horizontal portion 17 is pivotably connected to the vertical portion 13 of the side frame 10 via a joint 19. The internal space of the back-side horizontal portion 17 communicates with the internal space of the side frame 10 via the joint 19. The internal space of the back-side vertical portion 18 communicates with the internal space of the back-side horizontal portion 18.
A seat 3 made of plastic is provided above the seat frame 14. The horizontal portions 11 of the pair of side frames 10 are disposed below the left and right edge portions of the seat portion 3. The seat 3 is formed with a drain hole.
A backrest 4 made of plastic is fixed to a front surface of the back frame 16.
The armrest 5 is connected to the upper end of the vertical portion 13 of the side frame 10 via the joint 19 so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction.
The back neck 6 made of plastic is supported by the upper end of the back vertical portion 18 of the back frame 16. When a shower is taken on the chair instead of the bath tub, the sitting time is as long as about 10 minutes, and the burden on the neck becomes large. Since the neck 6 is present, the sitting posture can be maintained for a long time even for the elderly and the caregivers.
Next, the shower function provided to the backbone frame 2 will be described in detail. As shown in fig. 1, an upper horizontal tube 20 (passage structure; water supply member) extending in the right-left direction above the backrest 4 is connected to the upper end of the back-side vertical portion 18 of the back-side frame 16. The inner space of the upper horizontal tube 20 communicates with the inner space of the back-side vertical portion 18.
Nozzles 20a are formed obliquely (forward and downward) on the left and right portions of the upper horizontal pipe 20.
As shown in fig. 5 a, a male connector 22 (second connector) is attached to the center of the upper horizontal pipe 20 via a T-shaped joint 21. The front end of the male connector 22 is provided as a water injection port 22 a.
A female connector 101 (first connector) at the tip of a flexible shower pipe 100 extending from a hot water supply valve (water supply faucet) of a bathroom is detachably connected to the male connector 22 by one-touch.
The hot water supply valve can be switched between hot water supply and shower, as in the case of a normal hot water supply valve, and when switching to shower, hot water from the hot water supply valve is supplied to the upper horizontal pipe 20 via the shower pipe 100 and the connectors 101 and 22.
As shown in fig. 5 (B), the shower device of the present embodiment further includes a shower head 110 that can be moved by being held by a hand. The shower head 110 has a male connector 111 (third connector) having the same configuration as the male connector 22 of the chair 1 with shower function described above. Accordingly, the shower pipe 100 can be selectively connected to either one of the chair 1 with a shower function and the shower head 110.
The shower arm 30 is connected to both left and right ends of the upper horizontal pipe 20 via universal joints 35 (main joints) so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. The shower arm 30 includes a first arm portion 31 curved to be convex upward and a substantially linear second arm portion 32 curved upward from a front end of the first arm portion 31, and the shower arm 30 is substantially S-shaped.
In the posture of the pair of shower arms 30 shown in fig. 1 to 3 in use, the first arm portion 31 extends forward from above to the left and right of the backrest 4, and further extends downward from the front of the backrest 4. The second arm portion 32 extends forward at a position higher than the seat portion 3 and is positioned forward of the seat portion 3.
The shower arm 30 is formed of a pipe with a closed front end, and its inner space communicates with the inner space of the upper horizontal pipe 20 via a universal joint 35.
A plurality of, for example, 4 nozzles 31a are formed at intervals in the first arm portion 31 of the shower arm 30. These nozzles 31a are formed in the lateral direction so as to face the center in the lateral direction of the chair 1. A plurality of, for example, two nozzles 32a are formed at intervals in the second arm portion 32 of the shower arm 30. These nozzles 32a are also formed so as to extend laterally toward the center in the lateral direction of the chair 1. The nozzles 31a and 32a may be formed to be directed obliquely downward.
The lower shower arm 40 is coupled to the lower end portion of the front leg 12 of the side frame 10 via a lower joint 45 so as to be rotatable in the front-rear direction. The lower shower arm 40 is formed of a pipe with a closed front end, and its internal space communicates with the internal space of the side frame 10 via a joint 45.
The lower shower arm 40 has an obtuse L-shape and has a first portion 41 extending forward from the lower end of the front leg 12 and a second portion 42 extending obliquely upward from the front end of the first portion 41 in the posture in use. A plurality of, for example, 3 nozzles 42a are formed at intervals in the second portion 42. These nozzles 42a are formed in the lateral direction so as to face the center in the lateral direction of the chair 1.
The chair 1 with shower function having the above-described structure is used in a bathroom. Before the user sits on the chair 1, the shower arm 30 is lifted or the shower arm 30 is pushed and arranged outside the armrest 30, so that the shower arm 30 does not become an obstacle when the user sits on the chair. The lower shower arm 40 is also rotated rearward, so that the lower shower arm 40 does not become an obstacle when seated.
After sitting, the pair of right and left shower arms 30 are adjusted to a desired position according to the physique of the occupant a by rotating in the vertical and horizontal directions. The first arm 31 of the pair of right and left shower arms 30 is disposed in the right and left vicinity of the upper body in front of the upper body from above the shoulder of the seated person a, and the second arm 32 is disposed in the upper vicinity of the upper limbs (thighs and knees) of the seated person a extending forward from the seat 3.
It is preferable that the distance between the second arm portions 32 of the left and right shower arms 30 is smaller than the distance between the base ends of the first arm portions 31, and the second arm portions 32 are disposed inside the armrest 5 in front view.
Specifically, the shower arm 30 is preferably disposed so as to be close to 150mm or less with respect to the occupant a.
By rotating the lower shower arm 40 forward and backward, the position is adjusted according to the position of the lower limb of the seated person a. Preferably, the nozzle 42a of the lower shower arm 40 is positioned 100mm or more forward of the front leg 12.
Next, the female connector 101 of the shower pipe 100 is connected to the male connector 22 of the upper horizontal pipe 20, and hot water (warm water) from the hot water supply valve is supplied to the chair 1 with a shower function through the shower pipe 100.
The hot water flowing into the center of the upper horizontal pipe 20 is branched to the left and right and is jetted from the nozzle 20a toward the shoulders of the seated person a, and is supplied to the pair of left and right shower arms 30. The hot water flowing through the pair of shower arms 30 is jetted from the nozzle 31a of the first arm 31 toward both shoulders, arms, chest, and abdomen of the seated person a, and further jetted from the nozzle 32a of the second arm 32 of the shower arm 30 toward the legs (particularly, thighs and knees) of the seated person a. Thus, the pair of left and right shower arms 30 can spray hot water over a wide range from the upper body to the legs of the seated person from the left and right sides of the seated person a. Further, since the first arm portion 31 is disposed in the vicinity of the upper body of the sitting person a along the upper body and the second arm portion 32 is disposed above and in the vicinity of the upper limb of the sitting person a along the upper limb, hot water can be sprayed to the sitting person a at a short distance, and the warm bath effect can be improved.
The hot water in the upper horizontal pipe 20 is also supplied to the left and right lower shower arms 40 via the back frame 16 and the left and right side frames 10, and is jetted toward the left and right lower limbs of the seated person a from the nozzles 42a of the second portion 42 of the lower shower arm 40 in a short distance.
As described above, hot water can be sprayed from a short distance over a wide range substantially over the entire body of the seated person a, and the maximum hot bath effect can be exhibited.
In case of selectively taking a shower to a desired part of the seated person a, the female connector 101 of the shower pipe 100 is detached from the male connector 22 of the chair 1 with a shower function and connected to the male connector 111 of the shower head 110. It should be noted that the shower head 110 can also be used in a normal bathing operation.
As shown in fig. 4, the chair 1 with a shower function can be stored by being folded when not in use. Specifically, the rear leg frame 15 is moved closer to the front leg 12 by rotating the rear leg frame 15 forward, and the first portion 41 is moved along the front leg 12 by rotating the lower shower arm 40 rearward, and the second portion 42 is disposed between the front leg 12 and the rear leg frame 15. Further, the back-side frame 16 is rotated to the rear side, and the armrest 5 is rotated upward to be along the backrest 4. Further, the shower arm 30 is rotated downward, so that the first arm portion 31 crosses the seat portion 3 along the backrest 6, and the second arm portion 32 is disposed between the front leg portion 12 and the rear leg frame 15. In this way, the chair 1 with a shower function can be stored in a narrow space because the size in the front-rear direction is reduced despite the increased height.
In the above embodiment, the seat 3 may be adjusted in position in the front-rear direction according to the physique of the occupant a.
Further, the heights of the back-side frame 16 and the upper horizontal tube 20 may be adjustable. Specifically, the lower end of the back-side vertical portion 18 of the back-side frame 16 is connected to the back-side horizontal portion 17 so as to ensure the flow of hot water and to enable vertical position adjustment.
Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In these embodiments, the same reference numerals or similar reference numerals are given to the components corresponding to those of the first embodiment, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
In the chair with shower function of the second embodiment shown in fig. 6, the skeleton frame 2A of the chair main body 1A does not have a function of circulating hot water, and the lower shower arm 40 of the first embodiment is omitted. In the present embodiment, the warm bath of the seated person is performed only by the pair of right and left shower arms 30A. The following is a detailed description.
The back frame 16A extends upward from the rear portion of the seat frame 14, is Y-shaped, and has an upper horizontal tube 20 fixed to the upper end thereof. The shower arm 30A is connected to both left and right ends of the upper horizontal pipe 20 via universal joints 35 so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction.
The shower arm 30A includes a first arm 31 and a second arm 32, and further includes a third arm 33 extending downward from the tip of the second arm 32, as in the first embodiment.
The second arm portion 32 is connected to the tip end of the first arm portion 31 via an intermediate joint 36 so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction. This allows the second arm 32 and the third arm 33 to be vertically adjusted with respect to the first arm 31.
A plurality of, for example, 3 nozzles 33a are formed at intervals in the third arm portion 33 of the shower arm 30A. These nozzles 33a are formed in the lateral direction so as to face the center in the left-right direction. Hot water is jetted to the lower limbs of the seated person from the nozzle 33a of the third arm 33.
In the second embodiment, as in the first embodiment, hot water can be sprayed from a short distance to a wide range from the upper body to the lower limb of the seated person a, and the maximum warm bath effect can be exhibited.
In a chair with a shower function according to a third embodiment shown in fig. 7, only the hollow back-side frame 16B is provided with a function of circulating hot water in the skeleton frame 2B of the chair main body 1B. In the present embodiment, 1 lower shower arm 50 fixed to the center of the lower surface of the seat frame 14 is provided instead of the pair of right and left lower shower arms 40 of the first embodiment. The lower shower arm 50 is formed of a pipe with a closed front end, and its inner space is connected to the inner space of the upper horizontal pipe 20 via a back frame 16B having a hollow shape.
The lower shower arm 50 includes a first portion 51 protruding forward from the seat frame 14 and a second portion 52 bent downward from the front end of the first portion. A plurality of (for example, two) nozzles 52a are formed on the left and right of the second portion 52 of the lower shower arm 50 at intervals. The left and right nozzles 52a are formed laterally in the left and right directions.
In the third embodiment, the hot water supplied to the upper end horizontal pipe 20 is ejected from the pair of right and left shower arms 30 as in the first embodiment, and is ejected from the nozzles 52a of the second portion 52 of the leg frame 50 toward the right and left lower limbs of the seated person via the back-side frame 16B.
In the third embodiment, as in the first and second embodiments, hot water can be sprayed from a short distance to a wide range from the upper body to the lower limbs of the seated person a, and the maximum hot bath effect can be exhibited.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit thereof.
In all embodiments, cold water may be used instead of hot water (warm water). In hot weather, the body can be effectively cooled by using cold water.
