The blocked plastic upper and lower surfaces are connected into a whole through the through hole 32, so that the area of the PCB 21 which is not melted with the plastic is greatly reduced, the wrapping performance of the plastic on the PCB 21 is improved, and the connection strength between the PCB 21 and the lower shell is higher; in addition, the waterproof failure caused by the cracking of the connection part between the PCB circuit board 21 and the plastic when the temperature changes due to the expansion and contraction of the plastic or the change of the internal pressure can be prevented, thereby greatly improving the waterproof performance of the PCB 21 for secondary injection molding, preventing water in the second placing cavity from entering the first placing cavity, keeping the first placing cavity in a dry state, therefore, the shell has very good waterproof performance, so that electronic equipment such as chips and the like are effectively protected, the problems that after the existing shell is sealed by adopting a sealant, the waterproof effect is affected by cracking, so that the service life of the waterproof shell is longer, the waterproof effect is better, meanwhile, the secondary injection molding of transparent plastic is further arranged, and the sealing effect of the rubber keyboard on the transparent plastic is achieved, so that the water seepage problem of gaps at the transparent plastic is solved, and the waterproof effect of the whole shell is better.
As shown in fig. 11-12, the present embodiment also provides a water quantity control device, comprising the waterproof housing of the water quantity control device as described above; the water quantity control equipment further comprises an electromagnetic valve 31, a water pipe 38, two water connectors 36, a flowmeter 37, a chip and a digital key circuit board, the electromagnetic valve 31 is communicated with the water pipe 38, the water pipe 38 can be opened or closed through the electromagnetic valve 31, the flowmeter 37 is communicated with the water pipe 38, the flow of the water pipe 38 is counted through the flowmeter 37, the two water connectors 36 are respectively connected to two ends of the water pipe 38 and are used for being connected with an external pipeline, the first water pipe 38, the electromagnetic valve 31 and the flowmeter 37 are placed in the first placing cavity 22, two ends of the water pipe 38 penetrate through the lower shell 4 and the first upper shell 2 through the first notch 7 and the second notch 8, and the two water connectors 36 are located outside the lower shell 4. The chip and the number key circuit board are located in the second placing cavity 23, wherein the electromagnetic valve 31 and the flowmeter 37 are electrically communicated with one end of the PCB circuit board 21 through the first electrode connector, and the chip is electrically communicated with the other end of the PCB circuit board 21 through the second electrode connector, so that the chip can control the electromagnetic valve 31 to be opened or closed, and the data of the flowmeter 37 can be transmitted to the chip.
The embodiment also provides a preparation method of the waterproof shell of the water quantity control device, which comprises the following steps:
s1, preprocessing the PCB 21: and removing the copper layer and the solder mask layer outside the first electrical connection sheet and the second electrical connection sheet which cover the PCB circuit board 21 to obtain the processed PCB circuit board. The adhesion of the plastic to the PCB circuit board 21 is reduced during the secondary injection molding of the copper-clad and solder resist layers on the PCB circuit board 21 in a smooth manner, and the waterproof performance is not easy; on the contrary, the spot-removing solder mask layer and the copper-coated back surface are made of glass fiber materials, and the adhesion of the plastic to the PCB 21 during secondary injection molding is better.
S2, preparing the lower case 4: taking a plastic raw material, adding the plastic raw material into an injection molding machine, taking the processed PCB circuit board obtained in the step S1, putting the processed PCB circuit board into a placing groove in a lower shell mold, and performing injection molding to fix the processed PCB circuit board in the placing groove and form a separation plate during injection molding, wherein the separation plate is positioned above the processed PCB circuit board and fixes the processed PCB circuit board to obtain a lower shell 4.
S3, preparing the first upper case 2: taking plastic raw materials, adding the plastic raw materials into an injection molding machine, injecting the plastic raw materials in the injection molding machine into a first upper shell mold, and performing injection molding to obtain a first upper shell 2.
S401, preparing a second upper shell basic body: and (3) taking a plastic raw material, adding the plastic raw material into an injection molding machine, injecting the plastic raw material in the injection molding machine into a second upper shell basic body mold, and performing injection molding to obtain a second upper shell basic body, wherein the transparent plastic 12 is not fixed on the second upper shell basic body.
S402, placing the second upper shell basic body prepared in the step S301 into a second upper shell mold, placing the transparent plastic 12 into the second upper shell mold, and embedding the transparent plastic 12 into the second windowing part 13 through secondary injection molding; and then the soft rubber keyboard and the annular fastening seat 17 are taken, and the soft rubber keyboard is fixedly locked through the annular fastening seat 17, so that the second upper shell 3 is obtained.
S5, taking the lower shell 4 prepared in the step S2, taking the first waterproof rubber ring 18 and placing the first waterproof rubber ring into the first annular groove 24, taking the second waterproof rubber ring 20 and placing the second waterproof rubber ring into the second annular groove 25, covering the first upper shell 2 prepared in the step S3 and the second upper shell 3 prepared in the step S402 on the lower shell 5 respectively, and splicing, assembling and fixing the upper shells through bolts to obtain the waterproof shell of the water quantity control device.

Claims (10)

1. A water resistant housing for a water control apparatus comprising:
the wire inserting device comprises a lower shell (4), wherein the top end of the lower shell (4) is open, a partition plate is arranged in the lower shell (4), the partition plate divides the inner space of the lower shell (4) into a first placing cavity (22) and a second placing cavity (23), and the first placing cavity (22) is provided with a wire inserting hole (15) for an electric wire to pass through;
the PCB circuit board (21) is subjected to secondary injection molding in the lower shell (4), a first electrical connecting sheet (34) is arranged on the surface of one end of the PCB circuit board (21), the first electrical connecting sheet (34) is exposed in the first placing cavity (22), a second electrical connecting sheet (35) is arranged on the surface of the other end of the PCB circuit board (21), and the second electrical connecting sheet (35) is exposed in the second placing cavity (23);
the first upper shell (2) is covered on the first placing cavity (22) and seals the first placing cavity (22), and the first upper shell (2) is detachably connected with the lower shell (4);
and the second upper shell (3) is covered on the second placing cavity (23) and is sealed, and the second placing cavity (23) is sealed, and the second upper shell (3) is detachably connected with the lower shell (4).

The waterproof housing of water quantity control equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a top cover (1), said top cover (1) is covered on said first upper shell (2) and said second upper shell (3), said top cover (1) is detachably connected with said first upper shell (2) and said second upper shell (3).

s1, preprocessing a PCB (printed circuit board) (21): removing copper layers and solder masks outside the first electrical connection sheet and the second electrical connection sheet which cover the PCB circuit board (21) to obtain a processed PCB circuit board;
s2, preparing a lower shell (4): taking a plastic raw material, adding the plastic raw material into an injection molding machine, taking the processed PCB circuit board obtained in the step S1, putting the processed PCB circuit board into a lower shell mold, and performing injection molding to obtain a lower shell (4);
s3, preparing a first upper shell (2): taking a plastic raw material, adding the plastic raw material into an injection molding machine, injecting the plastic raw material in the injection molding machine into a first upper shell mold, and performing injection molding to obtain a first upper shell (2);
s4, preparing a second upper shell (3): taking a plastic raw material, adding the plastic raw material into an injection molding machine, injecting the plastic raw material in the injection molding machine into a second upper shell mold, and performing injection molding to obtain a second upper shell (3);
and S5, splicing and assembling the first upper shell (2) prepared in the step S3, the second upper shell (3) prepared in the step S4 and the lower shell (4) prepared in the step S2 to obtain the waterproof shell of the water quantity control device.
