The interface A is a digital interface widely applied on the relay side, and digital exchange and digital transmission are combined to form the current digital telecommunication network. The lu interface refers to the interface between the radio network controller RNC and the core network. Since voice and data are separately carried in the circuit domain and the data domain in the core network in the 3G network, the interface between the RNC and the core network is also divided into a circuit interface and a packet interface, i.e., lu-cs (circuit-switched lu interface).
