1. A remote bidding method, comprising the steps of:
encrypting the compiled bidding document for one time;
carrying out electronic signature on the encrypted bidding document and then storing the encrypted bidding document;
uploading the stored bidding document to a pre-selected cloud storage platform after secondary encryption;
and obtaining the verification and signature verification results of the cloud storage platform on the bid document.
2. A remote bidding method according to claim 1, wherein: the cloud storage platform selection method comprises the following steps:
selecting a plurality of cloud storage platforms;
carrying out file transmission, file uploading and file downloading tests on the cloud storage platform;
and selecting a cloud storage platform meeting the requirements.
3. A remote bidding method according to claim 2, wherein: the method for carrying out file transmission, file uploading and file downloading tests on the cloud storage platform comprises the following steps:
selecting a plurality of files with different sizes;
respectively uploading, transmitting and downloading the files in the cloud storage platform;
and recording the speed required by uploading, transmitting and downloading the file in the cloud storage platform.
4. A remote bidding method according to claim 1, wherein: the method for storing the encrypted bidding document after electronic signature comprises the following steps:
carrying out electronic signature on the Hash of the bid document;
and storing the signature information and the bid document separately.
5. A remote bidding method according to claim 1, wherein: the method for verifying the bid document includes the steps of:
comparing the Hash of the secondarily encrypted bidding document with the Hash of the received document;
and obtaining the integrity of the file through comparison results.
6. A remote bidding method according to claim 1, wherein: the method for checking the bid document comprises the following steps:
verifying the Hash and the signature information of the primary encrypted bidding document;
if the signature passes the verification, returning a result that the signature information is valid;
otherwise, the bidding document is uploaded again.
7. A remote bidding system, comprising: the system comprises:
the cloud storage platform: the system is used for storing files and providing file uploading and downloading services;
cloud storage agent service: the cloud storage platform is connected with the server and is used for managing and monitoring storage resources of the cloud storage platform and analyzing and processing files;
unstructured data storage platforms: the cloud storage platform is connected with the server and is used for solving the problems of access performance and storage of files;
an offline bidding tool: the system is respectively connected with the cloud storage platform, the cloud storage agent service and the unstructured storage platform and is used for compiling, encrypting, electronically signing, uploading and storing the files;
opening mark auxiliary tool: and the system is connected with the unstructured storage platform and the cloud storage platform and is used for encrypting files and downloading services.
8. A remote bidding system according to claim 7, wherein: the cloud storage agent service comprises:
cloud storage resource management: acquiring information and state of a storage platform, and configuring the start and stop of the cloud storage platform;
address allocation: according to the state information of the cloud storage platform, when a plug-in module initiates a file uploading or downloading request, a reasonable address is allocated;
file signature checking: after the file is uploaded successfully, verifying the integrity of the file to prevent the file from being tampered;
file synchronization: after the file is successfully checked, an asynchronous thread is started, the file is synchronized to other storage platform environments, and the file and data safety is guaranteed to the maximum extent;
file directory management: after the file is uploaded successfully, managing the name, the position, the source and the index information of the file;
and (3) system management configuration: managing the whole system, including user management, authority management and address management;
statistical analysis: carrying out statistical analysis on user behaviors and file transmission so as to improve the system, improve the bidding system and carry out decision analysis;
