Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a flowchart illustrating an IMS-based communication payment method according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
The IMS-based communication payment method comprises the following steps:
step S101: and initiating a communication request to the called terminal based on the IMS system.
In the communication process based on the IMS system, a calling terminal initiates a communication request based on the IMS, a called terminal receives the communication request based on the IMS, both the calling terminal and the called terminal are APP (Application, mobile software) users of the IMS system, and both the calling terminal and the called terminal can be mobile phones, PCs (Personal computers) or intelligent communication terminals.
Step S102: and receiving information which prompts payment of the communication charge and is sent by the called terminal based on the communication request.
And the communication charge is a preset charge rate corresponding to the called terminal.
Specifically, a user of the called terminal may set a charging rate corresponding to the called terminal by himself/herself, and the process of the self-setting is a process of setting the charging rate corresponding to the called terminal in advance. Such as: the user A of the called terminal is responsible for the regional agent X, and then the regional agent X sets the charging rate of the IMS account of the user A through the background of the IMS tent management system, and the set charging rate can be further adjusted. The charging rates of the IMS accounts corresponding to different users may be the same or different. In general, the charging rate of the IMS account corresponding to the user is fixed to N virtual currencies/time, and the communication can be maintained for M minutes each time. The user of the called terminal pays the virtual currency, and the virtual currency can be exchanged or consumed in the IMS tent management system.
Step S103: and confirming to pay the communication charge and establishing communication with the called terminal.
Wherein the communication comprises voice communication, video communication, or short message communication. The video communication comprises a one-way video communication. The short message content of the short message communication includes picture information.
Specifically, if the user of the called terminal sets a charging rate according to the number of calls (or short messages), when the user of the calling terminal calls the number of the called terminal (or sends a short message to the called terminal), the user of the calling terminal will be automatically prompted to "pay or not pay + communication charge" to the user of the calling terminal, if the user of the calling terminal chooses to pay the communication charge, the user can continue to dial the number of the called terminal (or send a short message to the called terminal), and if the user of the calling terminal refuses to pay the communication charge, the user cannot dial the number of the called terminal (or send a short message to the called terminal). Any user of the calling terminal may dial (or send a short message) to the user of the called terminal unless the user of the called terminal has not set a charging rate.
Compared with the prior art, the communication payment method based on the IMS in the embodiment of the invention realizes a payment-before-communication charging mode, improves the communication safety of the IMS system, greatly avoids the potential safety hazard problem of the IMS communication, and further greatly avoids the potential safety hazard problems of being harassed in a free manner and the like under an open communication environment.
Please refer to fig. 2, which is a flowchart illustrating an IMS-based communication payment method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, steps S201 to S204 are included, wherein steps S201 to S203 are substantially the same as steps S101 to S103 in the first embodiment, and are not repeated here. The following mainly describes how to continue the current communication in step S204:
the IMS-based communication payment method comprises the following steps:
step S201: and initiating a communication request to the called terminal based on the IMS system.
Step S202: and receiving information which prompts payment of the communication charge and is sent by the called terminal based on the communication request.
And the communication charge is a preset charge rate corresponding to the called terminal.
Step S203: and confirming to pay the communication charge and establishing communication with the called terminal.
Wherein the communication comprises voice communication, video communication, or short message communication.
Step S204: calculating the time length of the established current communication; when the duration is greater than or equal to the communication duration corresponding to the communication charge, the information for prompting the payment of the communication charge sent by the called terminal is received again; and confirming to pay the communication charge again, and continuing the current communication.
Specifically, when the user of the calling terminal dials the number of the called terminal, a deduction is prompted, the user of the calling terminal can establish and maintain communication with the called terminal within a specified time after confirming payment of the communication charge, and once the communication duration (limited time) corresponding to the payment of the communication charge is exceeded, the user of the calling terminal needs to pay the communication charge again if the current communication is still required to be continued.
Compared with the prior art, the communication payment method based on the IMS of the embodiment of the invention provides a solution of payment before communication, further distinguishes two situations of short-time communication and long-time communication keeping, provides different schemes for paying communication charges aiming at the two situations, and has the advantages of simple operation and humanized design.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a flowchart illustrating an IMS-based communication payment method according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The third embodiment of the present invention specifically describes, on the basis of the first embodiment, that the IMS-based communication payment method is applied to a scenario of group-sending short messages:
the IMS-based communication payment method comprises the following steps:
step S301: and initiating a communication request of group sending short messages to a preset called terminal group based on an IMS system.
The preset called terminal group comprises a plurality of preset called terminals.
Step S302: and receiving information which prompts payment of the communication charge and is sent by the called terminal based on the communication request.
And the communication charge is a preset charge rate corresponding to the preset called terminal group.
Step S303: and confirming to pay the communication charge, and sending short message information to each called terminal in the preset called terminal group.
Specifically, the user of the calling terminal of the present embodiment corresponds to an enterprise user, and the enterprise user often needs to group short messages to employees of the enterprise. In this case, the enterprise user may send the short message to the plurality of selected IMS accounts through the IMS billing management system background, and according to the above principle, the enterprise user may send the short message in batch by paying the communication charge (except for the IMS account not charged) to the user corresponding to the plurality of selected IMS accounts. And paying communication charge for the selected users of the plurality of called terminals in batch and sending short messages in a group mode, wherein the communication charge is paid once after the short messages are sent once. The present embodiment is not applicable to a scenario in which voice communication and one-way video communication are established.

Step S402: and receiving information which prompts payment of the communication charge and is sent by the called terminal based on the communication request.
And the communication charge is a preset charge rate corresponding to the called terminal.
Step S403: and displaying an information frame for prompting payment of the communication charge on a screen.
Step S404 a: and when the confirmation payment button of the information frame detects a touch screen signal, paying the corresponding communication charge and establishing communication with the called terminal.
Step S404 b: and when the payment abandoning button of the information frame detects a touch screen signal, abandoning to pay the corresponding communication charge and stopping establishing communication with the called terminal.
Step S404a and step S404b are operation steps of the user after receiving the information frame of paying the communication fee. It should be noted that step S404a and step S404b do not have a sequential relationship, and step S404a and step S404b are alternatively implemented, or step S404a and step S404b may not be implemented. The non-operation time length after the information frame prompting the payment of the communication charge is displayed on the screen can be calculated, if the non-operation time length is greater than or equal to the preset time length which is preset and no touch screen signal is received, the instruction for confirming the payment of the corresponding communication charge is received by default, and communication is established with the called terminal. Preferably, in a scenario where the IMS-based communication payment method is applied to a group-sent short message, the calling terminal only needs to display an information frame prompting payment of the communication charge on a screen, and when a payment confirmation button of the information frame detects a touch screen signal, the calling terminal pays the corresponding communication charge to each of the called terminals in the preset called terminal group, so that an operation process of a user of the calling terminal is greatly simplified.
