Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-interference round cable which comprises a reinforcing part positioned on an inner layer, a signal transmission part positioned on an intermediate layer and a protective layer positioned on an outer layer; the signal transmission part comprises N signal transmission modules which are arranged along the circumferential direction of the anti-interference circular cable; n is an integer, and N > 4; the signal transmission part comprises a fan-shaped frame-shaped limiting layer (3), and a wire core module is arranged in a cavity in the limiting layer; the wire core module comprises a wire core (9), an isolation layer (8) and an outer skin layer (7); the outer skin layer is a metal mesh shielding layer; the isolation layer is an insulating layer; the isolation layer is sleeved on the outer surface of the wire core, and the outer skin layer is sleeved on the outer surface of the isolation layer; a conductive substance is filled between the inner wall of the limiting layer and the outer skin layer; the inner sheath is made of conductive materials. The anti-interference round cable is easy to implement, compact in structure and good in anti-interference effect.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an anti-interference round cable.
Background
When the cable transmits data, the cable is easily subjected to continuous electromagnetic interference or other sudden pulse interference, so that data distortion is caused. However, in this way, the anti-interference effect is limited, so that a new anti-interference circular cable needs to be designed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an anti-interference round cable which is compact in structure and obvious in anti-interference effect.
The technical solution of the invention is as follows:
an anti-interference round cable comprises a reinforcing part positioned on an inner layer, a signal transmission part positioned on an intermediate layer and a protective layer positioned on an outer layer;
the signal transmission part comprises N signal transmission modules which are arranged along the circumferential direction of the anti-interference circular cable; n is an integer, and N > 4;
the signal transmission part comprises a fan-shaped frame-shaped limiting layer (3), and a wire core module is arranged in a cavity in the limiting layer; the wire core module comprises a wire core (9), an isolation layer (8) and an outer skin layer (7); the outer skin layer is a metal mesh shielding layer; the isolation layer is an insulating layer; the isolation layer is sleeved on the outer surface of the wire core, and the outer skin layer is sleeved on the outer surface of the isolation layer;
a conductive substance is filled between the inner wall of the limiting layer and the outer skin layer; the inner sheath is made of conductive materials.
The reinforcing part comprises a reinforcing rib (1) and an inner sheath (2) sleeved on the outer layer of the reinforcing rib.
The sheath part comprises an inner shielding layer (4) and an outer sheath (5).
Conductive adhesive is coated between the shielding layer (4) and the limiting layer.
The outer layer of the outer sheath is provided with a fireproof layer.
The shielding layer is formed by winding metal wires.

Correspondingly, the anti-interference method for the cable comprises N circumferentially arranged wire cores (9), an insulating isolation layer (8) is arranged outside the wire cores, and an outer skin layer (7) with a signal shielding effect is arranged on the outer layer of the isolation layer:

The wire core is arranged in the limiting layer (3), and the limiting layer is in a fan frame shape; the limiting layer is made of a conductive material; the limiting layer is filled with conductive materials, so that the limiting layer and the outer skin layer can be electrically conducted; the limiting layer plays a role in shielding the wire core.
Conductive adhesive is coated between the shielding layer (4) and the limiting layer.
The outer layer of the outer sheath is provided with a fireproof layer. The shielding layer is formed by winding metal wires. N is 6. The center of the cable is provided with a reinforcing rib (1).
Advantageous effects
The anti-interference round cable adopts triple shielding to realize the anti-interference effect:
(1) the cable is provided with a protective layer part wrapping all the wire cores, and the inner layer of the protective layer part is a shielding layer made of metal materials and plays a role in first-layer shielding;
(2) the limiting layer is made of a conductive material and plays a role in shielding the second layer;
(3) the outer layer of the insulating layer of the wire core is an outer skin layer with a signal shielding effect and is a third layer of shielding.
(4) Moreover, the three shielding layers can be combined into a whole through the conductive adhesive and the conductive filling material, and in the actual connection, the shielding layers are connected with the ground, so that the shielding effect is better.
(5) In addition, the limiting layer in the shape of the sash frame can play a limiting role, and the winding of the wire core is prevented.
In conclusion, the anti-interference circular cable is easy to implement and has an excellent shielding effect.

example 1: as shown in fig. 1, an anti-interference round cable comprises a reinforcing part located in an inner layer, a signal transmission part located in an intermediate layer and a sheath part located in an outer layer;
the signal transmission part comprises 6 signal transmission modules which are arranged along the circumferential direction of the anti-interference circular cable;
the signal transmission part comprises a fan-shaped frame-shaped limiting layer 3, and a wire core module is arranged in a cavity in the limiting layer; the wire core module comprises a wire core 9, an isolating layer 8 and an outer skin layer 7; the outer skin layer is a metal mesh shielding layer; the isolation layer is an insulating layer; the isolation layer is sleeved on the outer surface of the wire core, and the outer skin layer is sleeved on the outer surface of the isolation layer;
a conductive substance 6 is filled between the inner wall of the limiting layer and the outer skin layer; the inner sheath is made of conductive materials.
The reinforcing part comprises a reinforcing rib 1 and an inner sheath 2 sleeved on the outer layer of the reinforcing rib.
The sheath portion comprises an inner shielding layer 4 and an outer sheath 5.
Conductive adhesive is coated between the shielding layer 4 and the limiting layer.
The outer layer of the outer sheath is provided with a fireproof layer.
The shielding layer is formed by winding metal wires.

1. An anti-interference round cable is characterized by comprising a reinforcing part positioned on an inner layer, a signal transmission part positioned on an intermediate layer and a protective layer part positioned on an outer layer;
the signal transmission part comprises N signal transmission modules which are arranged along the circumferential direction of the anti-interference circular cable; n is an integer, and N > 4;
the signal transmission part comprises a fan-shaped frame-shaped limiting layer (3), and a wire core module is arranged in a cavity in the limiting layer; the wire core module comprises a wire core (9), an isolation layer (8) and an outer skin layer (7); the outer skin layer is a metal mesh shielding layer; the isolation layer is an insulating layer; the isolation layer is sleeved on the outer surface of the wire core, and the outer skin layer is sleeved on the outer surface of the isolation layer;
a conductive substance is filled between the inner wall of the limiting layer and the outer skin layer; the inner sheath is made of conductive materials.
2. The round cable of claim 1, wherein the reinforcement comprises a reinforcing rib (1) and an inner sheath (2) fitted around the outer layer of the reinforcing rib.
3. The round tamper resistant cable of claim 2 wherein the sheath comprises an inner shielding layer (4) and an outer sheath (5).
4. The anti-interference circular cable according to claim 3, wherein a conductive adhesive is coated between the shielding layer (4) and the limiting layer.
5. The round cable of claim 3 wherein the outer layer of the outer jacket is provided with a fire resistant layer.
6. The round cable of claim 3, wherein the shielding layer is formed by winding a metal wire.
7. The round interference tolerant cable of any one of claims 1-6, wherein N-6.
