In the specific use process, the user is firstly identified by the fingerprint identification module 4 when using the toilet, the control module establishes or adds a toilet data file for the user according to the identification result, and the toilet times and the toilet duration of each time of the user are recorded in the toilet data file. When the user uses the terminal software to connect with the control module through the communication module, the control module sends the toilet data file of each user to the terminal software, and generates a toilet health report for each user through the expert system in the terminal software to assist the user in forming good toilet habits.
In summary, the invention can monitor and record the toilet time of the user, and remind the user to finish the toilet in real time through the display module 5 and the voice reminding module 7 according to the toilet time of the user so as to avoid long-time squatting. The invention can also build files for the toilet data of the user, generate a toilet health report for the user through an expert system, provide more reasonable work and rest, diet and exercise advice for the user based on the toilet health report, and help the user to know the self health condition and assist the user to form good toilet habit.
