Abstract
The invention discloses a display device with disinfection and sterilization functions.A UV sterilization module is fixed in a display product to ensure that UV does not leak; meanwhile, the fan is arranged and matched with an inlet and outlet passage of air, so that the air is effectively sterilized. The system mainboard supplies power to the UV sterilization module, and is internally provided with a time delay program, so that the display product can continuously run the sterilization function for a period of time after the display screen is closed. And a sound control loop and a matched microphone are arranged on the system mainboard, so that the sound control function of the display is realized, and the UV sterilization module is switched on and off through the sound control switch. The ejector pin of backshell inner wall cooperates normally open switch button setting for UV disinfects the module and only works when the backshell is normally covered and closes, in case when taking apart the backshell of display device, the power supply of automatic disconnection UV disinfects the module and makes its inoperative.

a display device with disinfection and sterilization functions comprises a display, wherein the display is provided with a rear shell and a system mainboard arranged in the rear shell, the system mainboard is connected with a fan and a UV sterilization module, an air inlet groove is formed in the top of the rear shell of the device, an air outlet groove is formed in the bottom of the rear shell of the device, air guide channels are formed in two sides between the air inlet groove and the air outlet groove by corresponding baffles, the fan and the UV sterilization module are sequentially arranged in the air guide channels along the wind direction, the UV sterilization module comprises a UV shell, a UV power supply circuit and a UV generator, the UV power supply circuit and the UV generator are arranged in the UV shell, the two ends of the UV shell are respectively provided with an air inlet and an air outlet which are internally communicated, the UV generator is arranged on the inner side of the air outlet and faces to the interior of the UV shell, the UV power supply circuit is electrically connected with a GPIO (general purpose input/output) port of the system mainboard and supplies power, the air outlet of the UV shell is arranged corresponding to the air outlet groove of the rear shell.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present invention discloses a display device with disinfection and sterilization functions, which comprises a display, wherein the display comprises a rear shell 1 and a system main board 2 arranged in the rear shell 1, the system main board 2 is connected with a fan 3 and a UV sterilization module 4, the top of the rear shell 1 is provided with an air inlet slot 11, the bottom of the rear shell 1 is provided with an air outlet slot 12, two sides between the air inlet slot 11 and the air outlet slot 12 form an air guide channel by corresponding baffles, the fan 3 and the UV sterilization module 4 are sequentially arranged in the air guide channel along the wind direction, the UV sterilization module 4 comprises a UV outer shell, and a UV power supply circuit and a UV generator arranged in the UV outer shell, as shown in fig. 5, two ends of the UV outer shell are respectively provided with an air outlet 41 and an air inlet 42 which are internally communicated, the UV generator is arranged at the inner side of the air outlet 41 and the light emitting direction faces to the inside of the UV outer shell, the UV, the air inlet side of the fan 3 is arranged corresponding to the air inlet groove 11 at the top of the rear shell, the air outlet side of the fan 3 is arranged corresponding to the air inlet 42 of the UV shell, and the air outlet 41 of the UV shell is arranged corresponding to the air outlet groove 12 of the rear shell.
Specifically, the UV sterilization module 4 has a high-energy ultraviolet light generator that is invisible to the naked eye, has a wavelength of less than 400nm, has a sterilization effect, and ultraviolet rays can cause apoptosis of bacteria.
