In real life, after a user touches money, the user wants to identify whether the money is genuine money or counterfeit money, and if the user identifies that the touched money is genuine money, the user accepts the genuine money, and if the user identifies that the touched money is counterfeit money, the user refuses to accept the counterfeit money to avoid economic loss. However, since the knowledge and experience of the user are limited and the technology for counterfeiting the currency is high, it is difficult to effectively identify the authenticity of the currency only by the naked eye of the user, and at this time, the user often needs to identify the authenticity of the currency by a currency detector. The cost is required for purchasing the currency detector, and the currency detector is additionally carried and occupies a certain volume of package, so that the user is difficult to identify the truth of the currency in time. In order to identify the authenticity of the currency in time, the image information of the standard currency is pre-stored in a mobile terminal (such as a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer and the like), and the image information comprises depth information and color information. Then, when the user needs to identify the authenticity of the currency, the camera application of the mobile terminal is opened, the currency to be identified is placed in front of the camera, so that a data stream containing image information of the currency appears on a camera preview interface of the mobile terminal, the image information of the currency to be identified is compared with the image information of the standard currency stored in advance, if the similarity of the two is greater than or equal to a preset similarity threshold (for example, greater than or equal to 99%), the currency to be identified is judged to be true currency, otherwise, the currency to be identified is judged to be false currency. Of course, image information of genuine currencies (i.e., standard currencies) of a plurality of different countries is stored in advance so that the genuineness of the currencies of the different countries can be recognized.
The following describes a currency identification method provided in an embodiment of the present application with reference to a specific flowchart, which is detailed as follows:
referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a currency recognition method applied to a mobile terminal, the currency recognition method including:
step S11, if the camera of the mobile terminal is started and a currency detection instruction is received, acquiring image information corresponding to currency to be detected in front of the camera, wherein the image information comprises depth information and color information;
the currency detection instruction can be sent by pressing a fixed key arranged on the mobile terminal, and the fixed key can be a special key for sending the currency detection instruction or an existing key of the mobile terminal. Of course, if the current key is an existing key of the mobile terminal, it needs to set a new key response, for example, if the key for sending the currency detection command is an existing volume increasing key of the mobile terminal, and the current key response is: the volume is increased by 10% when the volume increasing key is pressed once, and the volume is increased by 10% when the volume increasing key is continuously pressed. The new key response set may be: the volume is increased by 10% when the volume increasing key is pressed once, and the currency detection instruction is sent when the volume increasing key is continuously pressed.
In some embodiments, the currency detection instruction may also be issued by touching a "currency detection" virtual key displayed by the camera preview interface. Namely, a virtual key for 'currency detection' is added on the camera preview interface, so that the user can know that the mobile terminal has a currency detection function.
In some embodiments, if it is determined that the image information corresponding to the money to be measured in front of the camera is incomplete when the image information corresponding to the money to be measured is acquired, the user is prompted to adjust the distance between the money and the camera.
It should be noted that, if the camera of the mobile terminal is started and the currency detection instruction is not received, the acquired image information does not include the depth information. Wherein the depth of field information may be obtained by a depth camera (which may incorporate Time-of-flight (tof) techniques).
Step S12, comparing the image information of the currency to be measured with the image information of the standard currency;
specifically, the color information of the currency to be tested is compared with the color information of the standard currency to obtain a first comparison result, and the depth of field information of the currency to be tested is compared with the depth of field information of the standard currency to obtain a second comparison result. The first comparison result is used for indicating the similarity of the color information of the currency to be detected and the color information of the standard currency; the second comparison result is used for indicating the similarity of the depth of field information of the currency to be measured and the depth of field information of the standard currency.
And step S13, determining whether the currency to be detected is real currency according to the comparison result.
Specifically, if the first comparison result and the second comparison result both meet the requirement, it is determined that the money to be measured is true money, otherwise, it is determined that the money to be measured is false money.
In the embodiment of the application, if a camera of the mobile terminal is started and a currency detection instruction is received, image information corresponding to currency to be detected in front of the camera is acquired, the image information of the currency to be detected is compared with image information of standard currency, and whether the currency to be detected is real currency or not is determined according to a comparison result. Since the user purchases the mobile terminal and often carries the mobile terminal, the real and false money can be identified by the mobile terminal, so that the timeliness of identification can be improved. Moreover, the acquired image information comprises depth information and color information, so that the accuracy of the judgment result can be improved by determining whether the currency is true according to the comparison result of the depth information and the color information of the currency with the depth information and the color information of the standard currency.
In some embodiments, the image information of the money to be measured may be acquired in two ways, and in this case, the step S11 includes:
a1, if a camera of the mobile terminal is started and a currency detection instruction is received, acquiring preview image information corresponding to currency to be detected in front of the camera;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
a2, if the camera of the mobile terminal is started and a currency detection command is received, executing a photographing action to obtain image information corresponding to the currency to be detected in front of the camera.
In the above-mentioned a1 and a2, the image information of the money to be measured on the preview interface may be used as the image information of the money to be measured acquired, or the money to be measured may be photographed and the corresponding image information may be acquired based on the photographed money to be measured. When the image information is acquired from the preview interface, the image acquired by executing the photographing action does not need to be stored because the photographing action does not need to be executed, so that the memory of the mobile terminal is saved; when image information is acquired from a shot image, since recognition does not need to be waited after shooting, a user does not need to hold the currency to be detected for a long time, and therefore the participation time required by the user is shortened.
In some embodiments, to obtain more accurate depth information, the following settings are made: whether image information is acquired on a preview interface or image information of the currency to be detected is acquired from a shot image, a plurality of (for example, 30) image frames are required to be acquired to respectively extract depth of field information, then the average value of the respectively extracted depth of field information is obtained, and the obtained average value is used as final depth of field information.
In some embodiments, since only the image information of a certain area may need to be compared in the comparison process, the certain area may be intercepted as the target area, so as to reduce the amount of data to be processed and improve the data processing speed. At this time, the step S12 includes:
b1, intercepting the image information of the target area from the image information of the currency to be detected; specifically, a region of a predetermined size may be cut out from a predetermined direction as a target region from the acquired image region, or, of course, a region of a predetermined size including a specific region may be cut out as a target region after detecting color information having the specific region size. Wherein the area of the target region is smaller than the area of the region where the money to be measured is located.
B2, determining the possible currency type of the currency to be detected according to the color information in the image information of the target area; since the currency type is mainly related to the pattern shape included in the currency, and the pattern shape can be determined according to the color information, in order to reduce the calculation amount, the possible currency type of the currency to be detected only needs to be determined according to the color information. For example, if "national bank" (or "national emblem", etc.) is determined according to the color information of the to-be-tested currency, the possible currency type to which the to-be-tested currency belongs is "renminbi".
B3, determining corresponding standard currency according to the possible currency types of the currency to be detected; specifically, if the possible currency type to which the currency to be tested belongs is RMB, the standard currency is determined as RMB.
And B4, comparing the image information of the target area with the image information of the determined corresponding standard currency.
In real life, the currency value of some countries is very high, so the currency type can be screened by using the currency value to quickly determine the possible currency type to which the currency to be tested belongs, and in this case, B2 includes:
b21, determining the currency value of the currency to be detected according to the color information in the image information of the target area; specifically, the denomination of the money is extracted based on the color distribution of the color information of the money to be measured, for example, referring to fig. 2, the color of the denomination "100" is greatly different from the color of the surrounding area, and the color of the number "100" itself is also different to a certain degree, so that the denomination "100" can be extracted based on these known color differences.
And B22, determining the possible currency type of the currency to be detected according to the currency value of the currency to be detected. Specifically, the money having the specific denomination is determined in advance, so that, when it is determined that the denomination of the money to be measured matches the predetermined denomination, the possible denomination to which the money to be measured belongs is determined as the denomination to which the money matching the specific denomination belongs.
In some embodiments, since the number of currencies having a specific currency value is small, that is, the probability that the currency value of the to-be-detected currency is the specific currency value is small, if it is determined that the currency value of the to-be-detected currency does not belong to the specific currency value, that is, if it is determined that the number of currencies to which the to-be-detected currency may belong is large, in order to reduce the number of currencies to which the to-be-detected currency may belong, after B22, the method includes:
c1, if the number of the determined possible currency types to which the currency to be detected belongs is larger than or equal to a preset number threshold value, determining face information in the currency to be detected according to color information in the image information of the target area;
because one of the two sides of the currency to be detected has the face, the face information of the currency to be detected can be determined through the known face color information of the currency. Of course, if the face information cannot be detected from the acquired image information, the user is prompted to turn the currency to be detected, so that the camera can shoot the other side of the currency to be detected, and then the face information in the turned currency to be detected is determined.
And C2, further screening the possible currency type to which the currency to be detected belongs according to the face information to obtain the possible currency type to which the screened currency to be detected belongs.
Because the face information of different currencies is different, the acquired face information corresponding to different currencies can be compared with the face information extracted from the currency to be detected, the currencies with low matching degree are removed according to the comparison result, and the currencies with high matching degree are reserved as possible currencies to which the filtered currency to be detected belongs.
In some embodiments, in order to improve the accuracy of the comparison result, the target area of the currency to be tested is divided into at least 2 grids, and of course, the corresponding area of the standard currency is also divided into at least 2 grids, where B4 includes:
b41, dividing the target area into at least two grids, wherein one grid of the target area and a corresponding grid in the determined standard currency are used as a grid group;
b42, determining color distribution information, color saturation, brightness information and definition from the color information corresponding to the grids of the target area, and determining the layering, the stereoscopic effect and the thickness of the target area among the pixels from the depth information corresponding to the grids of the target area for each grid group;
wherein, the definition can be determined according to the gradient value of the pixel value; since the currency has a certain concave-convex sense, and has a certain layering sense and a certain three-dimensional effect between different elements (such as national emblems of the RMB currency and elements with different currency values) or in the same element, in order to improve the identification accuracy of the currency, the layering sense (the layering sense is strong when the difference of the distances is large) and the three-dimensional effect (the three-dimensional effect is strong when the difference of the distances is large) between pixels can be determined according to the distance (namely, depth of field information) between the pixels and the camera. Of course, the thickness of the target area may also be determined based on the distance of the specified boundary in the target area from the camera.
B43, comparing the color distribution information, the color saturation, the brightness information and the sharpness determined from the color information corresponding to the mesh of the target area with the standard color distribution information, the standard color saturation, the standard brightness information and the standard sharpness of the corresponding mesh in the standard currency, respectively, and comparing the sense of hierarchy, the stereoscopic effect and the thickness of the target area between the pixels determined from the depth information corresponding to the mesh of the target area with the sense of hierarchy, the standard stereoscopic effect and the thickness of the standard target area between the standard pixels of the corresponding mesh in the standard currency, respectively.
In some embodiments, in order to improve the recognition accuracy of the money, the money recognition method further includes:
acquiring audio data when a motor of the mobile terminal vibrates the currency to be detected;
correspondingly, the step S13 specifically includes:
and determining whether the currency to be detected is true currency or not according to the comparison result and the audio data.
Because the currency is made of specific materials, the swinging process has specific sound. In order to further improve the recognition accuracy of the currency to be detected, the user is prompted to attach the currency to be detected to the mobile terminal, and then the mobile terminal controls the motor to vibrate (for example, controls the motor to vibrate after a preset time after prompting), and controls the microphone to acquire audio data. Since the acquired audio data includes the sound data generated by the vibration of the currency, the sound generated by the vibration of the motor and the environmental noise need to be filtered from the acquired initial audio data, and then the filtered audio data is used as the audio data of the currency to be tested.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.
