Detailed Description
Features and exemplary embodiments of various aspects of the present specification will be described in detail below, and in order to make objects, technical solutions and advantages of the specification more apparent, the specification will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely configured to explain the present specification and are not configured to limit the present specification. It will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the present description may be practiced without some of these specific details. The following description of the embodiments is merely intended to provide a better understanding of the present specification by illustrating examples thereof.
It is noted that, herein, relational terms such as first and second, and the like may be used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions. Also, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising … …" does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
In order to improve the convenience of life of people, in an online shopping scene, payment can be carried out through the identity of a user, such as face payment and iris payment. However, at present, when the user identity is used for payment, the user identity needs to be uploaded to the cloud, and the cloud performs identity comparison of the user.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of a payment system provided in an embodiment of the present specification. As shown in fig. 1, the payment system includes a settlement device 110 and a server 120. As an example, the settlement device 110 may be a self-service checkout device, enabling payments with identification.
The server 120 may be a high-performance electronic calculator that may process data in response to a service request sent by the settlement device 110. The settlement device 110 and the server 120 may communicate with each other via a network.
For example, the settlement device 110 may support face payment. When the user needs to settle the commodity, the user may stand in the face image acquisition area of the settlement device 110, and the camera in the settlement device 110 acquires the face image of the user and sends the face image to the server 120. The server 120 performs identity comparison based on matching the received face image with a face feature comparison library stored in advance, so as to verify whether the user is an authenticated face payment user. If the user is determined to be the face payment user who passes the identity authentication, the payment account of the user can be obtained based on the corresponding relation between the face image and the payment account which are stored in advance. The server 120 completes settlement of the goods based on the acquired payment account number of the user.
However, in some scenarios with poor network quality, the facial images of the users cannot be uploaded to the server, and all the facial images of the users need to be uploaded to the server 120, which results in a large amount of data, and thus reduces the payment efficiency.
Based on this, embodiments of the present specification provide an information processing method, apparatus, device, and medium, which improve payment efficiency. The following description is made with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 shows a system architecture diagram of a payment system provided in another embodiment of the present description. As shown in fig. 2, the payment system includes a settlement device 210, a settlement device 220, a settlement device 230, a settlement device 240, and a server 250. Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating an information processing method provided in an embodiment of the present specification. As shown in fig. 3, the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the present specification may be applied to the server 250 in fig. 2, and includes steps 310 to 330.
In step 310, first user information associated with at least two settlement devices is obtained. Wherein, at least one item of attribute information is the same between the settlement devices. At least two settling devices form a settling device group.
Step 320, determining a first shared id library corresponding to the settlement device group based on the first user information.
Step 330, sending at least a part of the identification information in the first shared identification library to the settlement device, so that the settlement device performs identity comparison using at least a part of the identification information in the first shared identification library.
Referring to fig. 2, the settlement device 210, the settlement device 220, the settlement device 230, and the settlement device 240 form a settlement device group, that is, the four settlement devices belong to the same settlement device group, and at least one item of attribute information is the same among the four settlement devices.
The server 250 acquires first user information 260 associated with each settlement device from each settlement device in the group of settlement devices in fig. 2. Then, the server 250 may determine, based on the first user information 260 associated with each settlement device, a first shared identifier library corresponding to the settlement device group in fig. 2, and send at least a part of the identifier information in the first shared identifier library 270 to each settlement device, so that the settlement device performs identity comparison using at least a part of the identifier information in the first shared identifier library. That is, each settlement device in the settlement device group shares an identification library, and at least a part of identification information of the identification library is stored locally in each settlement device.
In the embodiment of the specification, each settlement device in the settlement device group shares the same identity identification library, so that each settlement device supports more users to complete identity comparison locally on the settlement device, the payment time is saved, and the payment efficiency is improved. And at least part of the identification information in the identification library shared by the settlement equipment group is issued to each settlement equipment for local storage, so that the steps that the settlement equipment needs to upload data to the cloud server are reduced, the condition of poor network quality can be avoided, payment can be carried out more flexibly and safely, the waiting time of users is reduced, and the payment efficiency is improved.
In the embodiment of the present specification, the identity of the user may be feature information that can uniquely identify the user, such as a face feature, an iris feature, and a voiceprint feature. For example, the first shared identity library may be a first shared face feature library, a first shared iris feature library, a first shared voiceprint feature library, or the like.
In the embodiment of the present specification, after at least a part of the identification information in the first shared identification library is issued to the settlement device, when the user settles the account on the settlement device using the identification, at least a part of the identification information in the first shared identification library locally stored in the settlement device may be preferentially used for identity comparison, so that the identification of the user identity is accelerated, and the payment efficiency is improved.
The following describes a specific implementation manner of each step from step 310 to step 330.
The specific implementation of step 310 is described below. First, the settlement device group will be described. The settlement device group may be assigned in advance based on attribute information of each settlement device. In some embodiments, the attribute information of the settlement device may include at least one of the following information: position information of the settlement device, institution information to which the settlement device belongs, and brand information of an institution to which the settlement device belongs.
As an example, if the position information of the settlement devices all belong to a preset area range, the settlement devices are classified into a settlement device group corresponding to the preset area range. As a specific example, the preset area range may be an area range of a business district, and settlement devices in the same business district may be classified into a settlement device group based on the position information of the settlement devices.
As another example, settlement devices belonging to the same institution may be classified into one settlement device group. For example, an organization may be a management entity, such as a company, a store, or a school, etc.
As an example, users of a school are substantially unchanged for a period of time, and thus settlement devices belonging to the same school may be grouped into a settlement device group.
In other embodiments, the brand information of the institution to which the settlement device belongs may be brand information of one store, and the settlement devices belonging to all stores corresponding to the brand information may be grouped into one settlement device group.
In other embodiments, settlement devices having the same location information and institution information may also be grouped into a settlement device group. For example, settlement devices in a certain canteen belonging to a certain school may be grouped into a settlement device group.
The planning method of the settlement device group is not particularly limited, and the settlement device pairs may be grouped according to other attribute information of the settlement device. The settlement equipment groups are divided through attribute information with different dimensions, so that different scene requirements can be met, and the adaptability is more flexible.
In the embodiment of the present specification, the settlement devices with the same attribute information may have the same payment user group, so that each settlement device in the settlement device group shares one identity identifier library, which can cover more users to perform identity comparison locally on the settlement device, thereby saving the payment time of the users and improving the payment efficiency.
In some embodiments, the first user information associated with the at least two settlement devices may include first user information associated with each of the at least two settlement devices in the set of settlement devices.
In some specific examples, step 310 includes obtaining first user information associated with each settlement device over a first time period.
In some embodiments, the first user information associated with the settlement device during the first time period includes at least one of: the identity information of the historical transaction user of the settlement device in the first time period and the identity information of the user belonging to the institution to which the settlement device belongs in the first time period. In some embodiments of the present description, the first time period may be a preset time period.
As an example, if the settlement device group is determined based on the institution information to which the settlement device belongs, since the institution to which the settlement device belongs does not change in a short time, the identification information of the user belonging to the institution to which the settlement device belongs in the first time period can be acquired.
For example, the settlement device group includes each settlement device of the high-level middle school of the a institute. Since the present teacher and the students at school in the high-level school in the a place are substantially stationary for a period of time, the identification information of the present teacher and the students at school in the high-level school in the a place during the first period of time can be used as the first user information associated with each settlement device in the school during the first period of time.
In other embodiments, if each settlement device in the settlement device group has the same location information, or the settlement device group includes each settlement device under each store corresponding to the brand information of the institution to which the settlement device belongs, the first user information associated with the settlement device in the first time period may include the identification information of the historical transaction user of each settlement device in the first time period.
The historical transaction user of the settlement device may be a user who conducts transactions on the settlement device by using identification information or other settlement methods (such as code scanning settlement). For example, historical transaction users may also include users who have made purchases back using identification information. The repeated purchase is settled again on the same settlement equipment.
The specific implementation of step 320 is described below. As an example, the first user information associated with each settlement device may be de-duplicated and aggregated, and a first shared id library corresponding to the settlement device group may be determined. As a specific example, de-duplication aggregation may be performed on first user information associated with each settlement device in a first time period, and a first shared identity library corresponding to a settlement device group may be determined.
For example, if the first user information associated with the settlement device during the first time period includes the identification information of the historical transaction users of the settlement device during the first time period, the first shared identification library includes the identification information of the historical transaction users of each settlement device during the first time period. For example, the first shared identity library comprises facial feature information of historical transaction users of each settlement device in a first time period.
For another example, if the user information associated with the settlement device in the first time period is the identification information of the user belonging to the institution to which the settlement device belongs in the first time period, the first shared identification library includes the identification information of each user belonging to the institution to which the settlement device belongs in the first time period. For example, the first shared id library includes facial feature information of each user under the institution to which the settlement device belongs.
In the embodiment of the specification, the shared identity library corresponding to the settlement equipment is determined by using the user information associated with each settlement equipment, so that the identity of the user can be shared among the settlement equipment in the settlement equipment group, more users can be covered to locally complete identity comparison on the settlement equipment, that is, payment is completed by using the identity, the payment time of the user is saved, and the payment efficiency can be improved.
In step 330, at least a part of the id information in the first shared id library corresponding to the settlement device group is sent to each settlement device in the device group, so that at least a part of the id information in the first shared id library can be stored locally in the settlement device, the time of data uploaded to the cloud server by the settlement device is reduced, and the waiting time of the user during payment is reduced. And at least part of the identification information in the first shared identification library is stored to the local settlement equipment, so that the condition of poor network can be avoided, the identification and payment can be completed locally, and the payment efficiency is improved.
In the embodiment of the present specification, the determination and the issuance of the local shared id information of the settlement device are both determined by the server, so that the server can dynamically control the shared id information in each settlement device, and the flexibility is stronger.
In some embodiments of the present description, due to the mobility of people, in order to enable the shared id information stored locally in the settlement device to be used with a high probability, and improve the settlement efficiency of the settlement device, the shared id information in the settlement device needs to be updated.
Therefore, in some embodiments, after step 330, the information processing method provided by the embodiments of the present specification further includes steps 340 to 360. And step 340, acquiring second user information associated with at least two settlement devices. Step 350, determining a second shared identity identification library corresponding to the settlement device group based on the second user information. Step 360, at least a part of the identification information in the second shared identification library is sent to the settlement device, so that the settlement device performs identification comparison using at least a part of the identification information in the second shared identification library or so that the settlement device performs identification comparison using at least a part of the identification information in the first shared identification library and at least a part of the identification information in the second shared identification library.
In some embodiments, the second user information associated with the at least two settlement devices includes second user information associated with each of the at least two settlement devices in the set of settlement devices. As an example, the shared identity library corresponding to the settlement device group may be updated according to a preset period or periodically updated. Therefore, the first user information and the second user information associated with the settlement device may be user information associated with the settlement device at different time periods.
In some embodiments, step 340 includes obtaining second user information associated with each settlement device over a second time period.
In some embodiments, if the shared id library corresponding to the settlement device group is updated according to a preset period, for example, once a day, the first time period may be 24 hours of yesterday, and the second time period may be 24 hours of today.
As another example, if the shared id library corresponding to the settlement device group is updated periodically. For example, if the shared id library corresponding to the account device group is updated at 12 pm per day, the first time period may be twelve am of the previous day to twelve am of yesterday, and the second time period may be twelve am of yesterday to twelve am of today.
In different application scenarios, different update mechanisms may be applied. For example, for a settlement device group in high school of a institute, the shared id repository may be updated once a month because online students and on-duty teachers are not mobile. And for the settlement equipment group corresponding to a certain market, the shared identity identification library can be updated once a day because the mobility of the personnel in the market is very high. And for a settlement equipment group corresponding to a certain subway station, the shared identity identification library can be updated once per hour.
Step 340 is similar to the step 310, and is not described herein again. Step 350 is similar to step 320, and will not be described herein.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, in order that the server 250 may control each settlement device to replace at least a part of the id information in the first shared id library with at least a part of the id information in the second shared id library, that is, the server 250 may issue a command to each settlement device, so that each settlement device deletes all at least a part of the locally stored id information in the first shared id library, thereby implementing the full amount of update. And, the server 250 issues at least a part of the id information in the second shared id library to each settlement device.
That is, the server controls each settlement device to perform identity comparison locally by using at least a part of the identity information in the second shared identity library. The local shared identity information of the settlement equipment is updated in a full amount, so that the updating speed of the shared identity information can be improved, the method is suitable for application scenes with high crowd mobility, and users who utilize the identity to perform local settlement can be flexibly supported.
In some embodiments, the server 250 may also control to issue at least a part of the identification information in the second shared identification library to each settlement device, so that each settlement device performs identity comparison using at least a part of the identification information in the first shared identification library and at least a part of the identification information in the second shared identification library, that is, incremental update is implemented, so that the local shared identification information of the settlement device is more complete, and more users can be supported to perform local identity comparison using the identification, so as to further improve the efficiency of settlement.
In some embodiments of the present specification, whether to perform the full-size update or the incremental update may be determined according to the number of the identifiers locally stored in the settlement device and a preset threshold value of the number of the identifiers that can be stored in the settlement device. As an example, if the number of the identifiers in the first shared identifier library currently stored in the settlement device is far smaller than the preset threshold value of the number of the identifiers, at least a part of the identifier information in the second shared identifier library may be sent to each settlement device, so as to implement incremental updating.
As another example, if the number of the identifiers in the first shared identifier library currently stored in the settlement device is almost equal to the preset threshold number of the identifiers, at least a part of the identifier information of the second shared identifier may replace at least a part of the identifier information of the first shared identifier library stored in the settlement device, so as to implement the full-scale update.
In an embodiment of the present description, step 320 includes: obtaining a third shared identity identification library based on the first user information; and deleting the identity of the target user from the third shared identity library to obtain a first shared identity library. Wherein the target user comprises at least one of the following users: the method comprises the steps of presetting risk users and users determined based on the preset identification number threshold value and the transaction time of historical transaction users of the settlement equipment in a first time period.
In some embodiments, de-duplication aggregation may be performed on the first user information associated with each settlement device in the first time period to obtain the third shared identity library. As an example, in order to improve the accuracy of payment by using the identification information in the first shared identification library, the preset identification of the risky user may be deleted from the third shared identification library to obtain the first shared identification library, so as to reduce the difficulty of local identification in the settlement device, improve the accuracy of face recognition, and further improve the accuracy of payment.
In other embodiments, in order to improve the working efficiency of the settlement devices, a threshold number of the ids that can be stored in each settlement device needs to be set. If the number of the identity identifications in the third shared identity identification library is larger than the threshold value of the number of the identity identifications capable of being stored in the settlement equipment, a part of users need to be removed from the third shared identity identification library. As an example, in order to improve the timeliness of the identifiers in the first shared identifier repository as much as possible, the historical transaction users with earlier transaction time in the settlement device in the first time period may be used as the target users.
Based on the preset number threshold of the identity identifications and the number of the identity identifications in the third shared identity identification library, the number N of the identity identifications needing to be deleted can be determined. For example, N historical trading users with earlier trading times in the set of settlement devices in the first time period may be targeted. As another example, the preset identities of the risky users and the identities of the historical trading users with earlier trading times may be deleted from the third shared identity repository.
By controlling the quantity and quality of the shared identity identification library, the accuracy of the settlement equipment for identifying the user identity can be improved, and the settlement efficiency of the settlement equipment can also be improved.
In some embodiments of the present description, the shared identity repository may also be dynamically updated in order to more flexibly accommodate various application scenarios. As an example, if the transaction on the settlement device is frequent, the update period of the shared id library needs to be reduced, so as to improve the validity of the id in the shared id library.
In some embodiments, before step 310, the information processing method provided by the present specification further includes acquiring a number of transactions of the settlement device within a preset time period; and taking the preset time period as the first time period under the condition that the transaction times of the settlement device meet the preset condition.
It is worth mentioning that the preset time period is less than the preset updating period of the id library of the settlement device, or less than the time period between two adjacent preset updating time points of the id library of the settlement device.
It should be noted that the preset condition may be that the transaction number of the settlement device is greater than a preset transaction frequency threshold. It is worth mentioning that, if the transaction times of at least one settlement device in the settlement device group meet the preset condition, the preset time period is taken as the first time period. By dynamically adjusting the updating period of the shared identity library, the timeliness of the identity in the shared identity library of the settlement equipment is improved, so that more users can be supported to pay by using the shared identity library, and the payment efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that, between step 330 and step 340, the second time period may also be determined according to the number of transactions of the settlement device in another preset time period, which is not described herein again.
In an embodiment of the present specification, the shared id library stored locally in the settlement device is completely controlled by the server in the cloud. That is to say, the server can know the current status of the id library locally stored in each settlement device, i.e. the historical situation can be traced, which is safer, and the server can flexibly update the id library locally stored in the settlement device, and can support various payment scenarios more safely and flexibly.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an information processing apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present specification. As shown in fig. 4, the information processing apparatus 400 includes:
the first obtaining module 410 is configured to obtain first user information associated with at least two settlement devices. At least one item of attribute information is the same between the settlement devices, and at least two settlement devices form a settlement device group.
The first determining module 420 is configured to determine, based on the first user information, a first shared identity library corresponding to the settlement device group.
