Abstract
The invention discloses a power generation load assessment system which comprises a long-value workstation and a server connected with the long-value workstation through a network, wherein the server is connected with an MIS system and a provincial dispatching interface machine through the network, the system automatically tracks the running data information of each unit, automatically receives the provincial dispatching plan value issued by dispatching, obtains an issued curve, namely a power generation plan curve and a running curve, performs multi-curve paralleling, and displays and compares the power generation plan curve with a plurality of curves, so that an operator can conveniently monitor and dispatch comprehensively. The statistical methods of voltage examination, AGC operation statistics, phase-in operation statistics, frequency modulation statistics and load examination statistics follow issued examination rules, and the system timely forms various examination results to assist operation managers to make corresponding decisions. The system can refine the assessment statistics to groups, can compare the operation conditions of each group, and promotes the operation personnel to improve the operation management level. Such data can be viewed in time by management through the corporate MIS network.

Technical Field

Background
In a power plant, a load assessment system is an important management system, and the existing electric field assessment management generally performs data assessment on each long-term workstation respectively and then performs comparative analysis with assessment rules. In the invention, a user can access the system through a browser network, can see the latest electric energy information statistical condition of the system from the system, and can retrieve the historical statistical information of the electric energy through the data record of the server, thereby being more convenient to use.
3. In the invention, the system is based on a B/S and C/S mixed mode, a general user accesses the system through a web, the installation is completely avoided, and the display speed of browsing data (including curves and tables) is high.
4. In the invention, the system network is provided with the network safety isolation device which is connected with the front interface machine, thereby providing various safety measures, preventing illegal invasion and ensuring the system safety in multiple levels. The serial port system has capacity expansion and application function expansion capabilities, can be reliably networked with systems such as SCADA, CIMS, GIS, DNS and EMS and share data, and meets the development requirements of the power market.

The system can accurately calculate the actual power generation amount according to the acquisition frequency, and automatically calculate the unqualified points, the excess power generation amount, the insufficient power generation amount and the like according to the assessment rules such as 'assessment method of power grid unitedly-tuned power generation enterprises'. The system further comprises: the calculation of AGC switching-in and switching-off time statistics, the calculation of generator set switching-in and switching-off time statistics, the calculation of primary frequency modulation statistics, the calculation of entry operation statistics and the like.
Providing a comprehensive analysis function, and carrying out analysis statistics from the angles of year, quarter, month, shift on duty, different values and different units; analysis of various characteristic data: a pre-sending load curve, an actual sending load curve, an AGC load instruction curve and a power grid frequency curve; and (4) counting the running records: summarizing and counting the actions of the unit, AGC and primary frequency modulation; and summarizing power generation assessment: daily check statistics (288 points check and electric quantity check), monthly check summary (checking the electric quantity deviation and the unqualified point by time period), value check list (checking the unqualified point and the electric quantity deviation by value), value check summary (counting the unqualified point and the electric quantity deviation by time period for each value), AGC operation summary, primary frequency modulation operation summary, unit operation summary and disturbance list.
The system automatically receives the dispatching and issuing curve after being improved, the actual operation curve is compared with the issuing curve, the curve and the table are used for displaying the checking result, the system has the functions of voltage checking, AGC operation statistics, phase-in operation statistics and frequency modulation statistics, checking statistics is carried out according to groups, and operators can comprehensively know the generating operation state of the unit in real time through a length-of-service machine, so that the operation adjusting instruction of the unit can be reasonably and rapidly issued. Such data is viewable by administrators through the corporate MIS network.
A user can access the system through a browser, can see the latest electric quantity statistical condition of the system from the system, and can retrieve historical statistical information of the electric energy. The pre-sending curve and the modifying curve are automatically downloaded at regular time, the curve and the table are used for displaying the examination result, and the examination result comprises voltage examination, AGC operation statistics, phase-in operation statistics and primary frequency modulation statistics, and is examined and counted according to groups (five-value three-group). The automatic tracking system has the functions of automatically tracking the primary frequency modulation and AGC performance of each unit.
The system is completely based on a browser/server mode, the server side is installed, and the client side does not need to install any special software. The system is based on a B/S and C/S mixed mode. General users access the system through the web, so that the installation is completely avoided, the display speed of browsing data (including curves and tables) is high, and the browsing data can be automatically refreshed at regular time; the system provides various safety measures, prevents illegal invasion and ensures the safety of the system in multiple levels. User authority, system parameters, electric quantity data modification and the like can only be completed by special personnel, and the system performs running registration, and provides a recovery means of the operations. The system guarantees the principle of meeting the consistency requirement of electric quantity data standard points and the uniqueness of measuring point data.
