2. The intelligent duty dispatching device of claim 1, wherein: the intelligent post dispatching device also comprises a data storage unit;
the data storage unit includes:
the post to be dispatched employee database is used for storing the basic information of the post to be dispatched employee;
the on-duty employee database is used for storing the basic information of the on-duty employees; and
and the on Shift employee performance database is used for storing the on Shift employee performance information.
3. The intelligent duty dispatching device of claim 2, wherein:
the data storage unit also comprises a target performance database used for storing target performance information;
the post modeling module is also used for comparing the on-post employee performance information with the target performance information and judging whether the on-post employee performance information reaches the standard;
the data processing unit is also used for extracting corresponding on Shift employee characteristic factors from the on Shift employee performance information reaching the standard;
and the post modeling module is used for correspondingly establishing the post model by utilizing the on-post employee characteristic factors.
4. The intelligent duty dispatching device of claim 3, wherein:
the on-duty employee characteristic factors are divided into a quantifiable class and an unquantizable class;
and the post modeling module correspondingly establishes the post model according to the quantifiable class characteristic factors and the unquantizable class characteristic factors respectively.
5. The intelligent duty dispatching device of claim 4, wherein:
the data processing unit is also used for extracting the characteristic factors of the employees to be sent corresponding to the characteristic factors of the employees on duty;
and the analysis matching module is used for matching the characteristic factors of the staff to be dispatched with the corresponding post model according to a preset matching logic.
6. The intelligent duty dispatching device of claim 5, wherein:
the matching logic is that the matching degree of the staff to be sent is greater than or equal to the threshold value of the matching degree;
the matching degree is the proportion of the number of the conforming terms to the total number of the terms; wherein
All the item numbers are the total item numbers corresponding to the on duty employee characteristic factors;
the number of the conforming items is the total number of items of the post model matched with the characteristic factors of the employees to be dispatched.
7. The intelligent duty dispatching device of claim 5, wherein: the analysis matching module is also used for evaluating the performance of the staff waiting for post to be dispatched, wherein the matching is successful.
8. An intelligent post dispatching method is characterized in that: the intelligent post dispatching method comprises the following steps:
acquiring employee characteristic information, wherein the employee characteristic information comprises basic information of employees to be dispatched, basic information of the employees on duty and performance information of the employees on duty;
establishing a post model according to the on-post employee basic information and the on-post employee performance information;
carrying out post dispatching according to the basic information of the staff to be dispatched and the matching result of the post model;
and displaying the matching result of the employee characteristic information and the post dispatching.
9. The intelligent duty dispatching method of claim 8, wherein: the establishment of the post model according to the on-duty employee basic information and the on-duty employee performance information comprises the following steps:
comparing the on-duty employee performance information with preset target performance information;
judging whether the on-duty employee performance information reaches the standard;
extracting corresponding on Shift employee characteristic factors from the on Shift employee performance information reaching the standard;
and correspondingly establishing the post model by using the on-post employee characteristic factors.
10. The intelligent duty dispatching method of claim 9, wherein:
the on-duty employee characteristic factors are divided into a quantifiable class and an unquantizable class;
and establishing the corresponding post model by respectively utilizing the quantifiable class characteristic factors and the unquantizable class characteristic factors.
11. The intelligent duty dispatching method of claim 9, wherein: the post dispatching according to the basic information of the staff to be dispatched and the matching result of the post model comprises the following steps:
extracting the characteristic factors of the employees to be dispatched corresponding to the characteristic factors of the employees on duty;
and matching the characteristic factors of the employees to be dispatched with the corresponding post models according to a preset matching logic.
12. The intelligent duty dispatching method of claim 11, wherein:
the matching logic is that the matching degree of the staff to be sent is greater than or equal to a preset matching degree threshold value;
the matching degree is the proportion of the number of the conforming terms to the total number of the terms; wherein
All the item numbers are item numbers corresponding to the on duty employee characteristic factors;
the number of the conforming items is the number of items of the employee characteristic factors to be dispatched, which are matched with the post model.
13. The intelligent duty dispatching method of claim 11, wherein: the step of matching the characteristic factors of the employees to be dispatched with the post model according to the preset matching logic further comprises the following steps:
evaluating whether the performance of the successfully matched staffs to be dispatched reaches the standard;
if the performance reaches the standard, the post is dispatched successfully;
and if the performance does not reach the standard, the post dispatching fails, and the post dispatching is matched again.
