For ease of understanding, the standard structural knowledge graph, the actual structural knowledge graph, and a comparison of the two are described below by specific examples.
For example, the standard structural knowledge graph of the administrative organization shown in fig. 4 is different from the knowledge graph shown in fig. 3 in that the administrative structure nodes do not depend on the administrative division nodes. The administrative institution nodes comprise civil government nodes, hall-level institution nodes, internal departments of institutions, nodes and the like, and particularly take the civil government of the north river province as an example, the civil government of the north river province can be associated with administrative institution nodes such as the north river education hall, the north river office hall, the north river civilization hall and the like, and the institution nodes subordinate to the north river education hall nodes comprise administrative institution nodes such as the north river education examination hall node, the north river education propaganda center and the like. In the knowledge graph with the actual structure, the difference from the structure shown in fig. 3 is that the subordinate institutions of the education and education hall in north river province do not include the education and propaganda center nodes in north river province, and errors can be obviously found through comparing the structures, so that the monitoring of the structure of the administrative institution is realized.
The present invention provides a further embodiment in which the administrative element is specifically an administrative personnel, which may include the following steps 5.1-5.5.
5.1: standard structural data of an administrative staff is obtained.
5.2: constructing a standard structure knowledge graph of the administrative personnel based on the standard structure data; wherein the standard structure knowledge graph is used to describe the standard structure of an administrative person.
The standard structure knowledge graph and the standard structure data of the administrative staff have a corresponding relation and are used for describing the standard structure of the administrative staff.
The standard structure knowledge graph comprises administrative division nodes, hierarchical relations exist among the administrative division nodes, the administrative division nodes are associated with administrative agency nodes, and the administrative agency nodes are associated with personnel nodes.
5.3: actual structure data of the administrative staff is obtained.
5.4: constructing an actual structure knowledge graph of the administrative personnel based on the actual structure data; wherein the actual structure knowledge graph is used for describing the actual setting structure of the administrative personnel.
The actual structure knowledge graph and the actual structure data of the administrative staff have a corresponding relation and are used for describing the actual setting structure of the administrative staff.
The actual structure knowledge graph comprises administrative division nodes, hierarchical relations exist among the administrative division nodes, the administrative division nodes are associated with administrative agency nodes, and the administrative agency nodes are associated with personnel nodes.
5.5: comparing whether the administrative division nodes of all levels in the actual structure knowledge graph are consistent with the administrative division nodes of all levels in the standard structure knowledge graph or not; comparing whether the administrative organ nodes associated with the administrative division nodes in the actual structural knowledge graph are consistent with the administrative organ nodes associated with the administrative division nodes in the standard structural knowledge graph; and comparing whether the personnel nodes associated with the administrative institution nodes in the actual structure knowledge graph are consistent with the personnel nodes associated with the administrative institution nodes in the standard structure knowledge graph to obtain a comparison result, thereby realizing the monitoring of the administrative personnel structure.
It should be noted that, whether administrative division nodes are consistent or not may be compared first, then whether administrative organization nodes are consistent or not may be compared, and then whether administrative personnel nodes are consistent or not may be compared, and if the contents of the first comparison are found to be inconsistent, the comparison result of the inconsistency between the two may be obtained directly.
For ease of understanding, the standard structural knowledge graph, the actual structural knowledge graph, and a comparison of the two are described below by specific examples.
For example, referring to fig. 5, on the basis of the standard structure knowledge graph shown in fig. 3, administrative nodes (oval nodes) may be associated with administrative personnel nodes (diamond nodes). As shown in fig. 5, administrative division nodes luoyang city may be associated with administrative nodes such as luoyang city forest bureau, luoyang citizen government, and luoyang science and technology bureau, where the administrative personnel nodes of luoyang citizen government include chief, deputy chief, and discipline group leader. Assuming that, in the actual structure knowledge graph, one more administrative division node is added to the administrative division of the city district in zheng city based on the structure in fig. 5, and a plurality of administrative personnel nodes are associated with the added administrative division node, and/or one more administrative personnel node is added to the administrative division node of the city of luoyang. The existence of errors can be obviously found by comparing the structures, thereby realizing the monitoring of the administrative staff structure.
Corresponding to the method described in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a monitoring apparatus for an administrative structure, which is used to implement the method in fig. 1 specifically, and the monitoring apparatus for an administrative structure provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to various devices, and a schematic structural diagram of the monitoring apparatus is shown in fig. 6, and specifically includes: a first data obtaining module 601, a first atlas generating module 602, a second data obtaining module 603, a second atlas generating module 604, and an atlas comparing module 605.
The first data obtaining module 601: standard structural data for obtaining administrative elements;
the first atlas generation module 602: the standard structure knowledge graph is used for constructing the administrative elements based on the standard structure data; wherein the standard structure knowledge graph is used for describing a standard structure of the administrative elements;
the second data obtaining module 603: obtaining actual structural data of the administrative elements;
the second map generation module 604: the system comprises a data base, a data processing module and a data processing module, wherein the data base is used for establishing an actual structure knowledge graph of administrative elements based on actual structure data; the actual structure knowledge graph is used for describing the actual setting structure of the administrative elements;
the atlas comparison module 605: and the method is used for comparing whether the actual structure knowledge graph is consistent with the standard structure knowledge graph to obtain a comparison result.
It should be noted that specific implementation of a certain module function may be implemented according to a specific implementation manner corresponding to the function in the foregoing method embodiment.
The monitoring device for the administrative element structure comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the first data obtaining module 601, the first map generating module 602, the second data obtaining module 603, the second map generating module 604, the map comparing module 605 and the like are stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can be set to be one or more, and the monitoring of the administrative element structure is realized by adjusting the kernel parameters.
The memory may include volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or nonvolatile memory such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM), and the memory includes at least one memory chip.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a storage medium, on which a program is stored, and the program, when executed by a processor, implements the method for monitoring an administrative structure.
The embodiment of the invention provides a processor, which is used for running a program, wherein the monitoring method of an administrative element structure is executed when the program runs.
The embodiment of the invention provides equipment, which comprises a processor, a memory and a program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program and realizes the following steps:
obtaining standard structure data of administrative elements;
constructing a standard structure knowledge graph of administrative elements based on the standard structure data; wherein the standard structure knowledge graph is used for describing a standard structure of an administrative element;
acquiring actual structure data of administrative elements;
constructing an actual structure knowledge graph of the administrative elements based on the actual structure data; wherein the actual structure knowledge graph is used for describing the actual arrangement structure of the administrative elements;
and comparing whether the actual structure knowledge graph is consistent with the standard structure knowledge graph to obtain a comparison result.
It should be noted that a specific implementation of a certain function of the processor may be implemented according to a specific implementation manner corresponding to the function in the foregoing method embodiment.
The device herein may be a server, a PC, a PAD, a mobile phone, etc.
The present application further provides a computer program product adapted to perform a program for initializing the following method steps when executed on a data processing device:
obtaining standard structure data of administrative elements;
constructing a standard structure knowledge graph of administrative elements based on the standard structure data; wherein the standard structure knowledge graph is used for describing a standard structure of an administrative element;
acquiring actual structure data of administrative elements;
constructing an actual structure knowledge graph of the administrative elements based on the actual structure data; wherein the actual structure knowledge graph is used for describing the actual arrangement structure of the administrative elements;
and comparing whether the actual structure knowledge graph is consistent with the standard structure knowledge graph to obtain a comparison result.
It should be noted that a specific implementation of a certain step of the computer program product may be implemented according to a specific implementation manner corresponding to the step in the foregoing method embodiment.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present application is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the application. In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). The memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.
Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in the process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Claims (13)

1. A method for monitoring an administrative structure, comprising:
obtaining standard structure data of administrative elements;
constructing a standard structure knowledge graph of administrative elements based on the standard structure data; wherein the standard structure knowledge graph is used for describing a standard structure of an administrative element;
acquiring actual structure data of administrative elements;
constructing an actual structure knowledge graph of the administrative elements based on the actual structure data; wherein the actual structure knowledge graph is used for describing the actual arrangement structure of the administrative elements;
and comparing whether the actual structure knowledge graph is consistent with the standard structure knowledge graph to obtain a comparison result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the administrative elements comprise administrative divisions, the actual structure knowledge graph and the standard structure knowledge graph comprise administrative division nodes, and the administrative division nodes have a hierarchical relationship.
3. The method for monitoring the structure of the administrative elements according to claim 2, wherein said comparing whether the actual structure knowledge graph is consistent with the standard structure knowledge graph comprises:
and comparing whether the administrative division nodes of all the levels in the actual structure knowledge graph are consistent with the administrative division nodes of all the levels in the standard structure knowledge graph.
4. The method of monitoring the structure of an administrative element according to claim 1, wherein the administrative element includes an administrative agency, the actual structure knowledge graph and the standard structure knowledge graph include administrative division nodes, the administrative division nodes have a hierarchical relationship, and the administrative division nodes are associated with administrative agency nodes.
5. The method for monitoring the structure of the administrative elements according to claim 4, wherein said comparing whether the actual structure knowledge graph is consistent with the standard structure knowledge graph comprises:
comparing whether the administrative division nodes of all levels in the actual structure knowledge graph are consistent with the administrative division nodes of all levels in the standard structure knowledge graph or not;
and comparing whether the administrative organ nodes associated with the administrative division nodes in the actual structure knowledge graph are consistent with the administrative organ nodes associated with the administrative division nodes in the standard structure knowledge graph.
6. The method for monitoring the structure of the administrative elements according to claim 1, wherein the administrative elements comprise administrative institutions, the knowledge graph of the actual structure and the knowledge graph of the standard structure comprise administrative nodes, and the administrative nodes have a hierarchical relationship.
7. The method for monitoring the structure of the administrative elements according to claim 6, wherein said comparing whether the actual structure knowledge-graph is consistent with the standard structure knowledge-graph comprises:
and comparing whether the administrative organ nodes of each level in the actual structure knowledge graph are consistent with the administrative organ nodes of each level in the standard structure knowledge graph.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the administrative elements comprise administrative personnel, the actual structure knowledge graph and the standard structure knowledge graph comprise administrative division nodes, the administrative division nodes have a hierarchical relationship, and the administrative division nodes are associated with administrative nodes and the administrative nodes are associated with personnel nodes.
9. The method for monitoring the structure of the administrative elements according to claim 8, wherein said comparing whether the actual structure knowledge-graph is consistent with the standard structure knowledge-graph comprises:
comparing whether the administrative division nodes of all levels in the actual structure knowledge graph are consistent with the administrative division nodes of all levels in the standard structure knowledge graph or not;
comparing whether the administrative organ nodes associated with the administrative division nodes in the actual structure knowledge graph are consistent with the administrative organ nodes associated with the administrative division nodes in the standard structure knowledge graph or not;
and comparing whether the personnel nodes associated with the administrative institution nodes in the actual structural knowledge graph are consistent with the personnel nodes associated with the administrative institution nodes in the standard structural knowledge graph.
10. The method for monitoring the structure of an administrative element according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein said obtaining of the actual structural data of the administrative element comprises:
acquiring top-level administrative elements and website addresses corresponding to the top-level administrative elements;
and searching all lower-level administrative elements related to the website address and the hierarchical relationship among the lower-level administrative elements, wherein the actual structure data of the administrative elements comprises the top-level administrative elements, all the lower-level administrative elements and the hierarchical relationship among the lower-level administrative elements.
11. A device for monitoring the structure of an administrative entity, comprising:
the first data acquisition module is used for acquiring standard structure data of administrative elements;
the first map generation module is used for constructing a standard structure knowledge map of administrative elements based on the standard structure data; wherein the standard structure knowledge graph is used for describing a standard structure of an administrative element;
the second data acquisition module is used for acquiring actual structure data of the administrative elements;
the second map generation module is used for constructing an actual structure knowledge map of the administrative elements based on the actual structure data; wherein the actual structure knowledge graph is used for describing the actual arrangement structure of the administrative elements;
and the map comparison module is used for comparing whether the actual structure knowledge map is consistent with the standard structure knowledge map to obtain a comparison result.
12. A storage medium on which a program is stored, wherein the program, when executed by a processor, implements the method for monitoring an administrative structure according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
13. A processor configured to run a program, wherein the program is configured to execute the method for monitoring an administrative structure according to any one of claims 1 to 10 when running.
