And step S002, connecting one I/O pin of the MCU to an LED, connecting the MCU with the PCBA to be detected, initializing a running environment after the power is supplied, calling a version management function, and configuring an LED hardware driver after the version management function is called, namely reading the current version number or reading the default version number.
And step S003, the MCU reads the data of the solidification software on the PCBA, compares the read data with the version management function, and outputs pulse voltage signals with the same frequency and different numbers according to the comparison result, wherein the pulse voltage signals drive the LEDs to be turned on or turned off. Wherein, specifically, it is:
firstly, executing a starting state, if the starting flicker count is > (the starting flicker frequency is-1), the LED indicator lights flicker once, and meanwhile, the system enters a product state; if the initial flicker count is less than or equal to (the initial flicker count is-1), continuing to flicker until the condition is met;

And step S103, the MCU reads the data of the solidified software on the PCBA, compares the read data with the version management function, and outputs different control signals according to the comparison result, and the signals drive the digital display device to display the numbers. Wherein, specifically, it is:
firstly, executing a 'start state', if the initial display digital value count is > (initial display digital value-1), displaying digital value +1, and simultaneously entering a 'product state' by the system; if the initial display digital value count is less than or equal to (initial display digital value-1), continuing to display the digital value +1 until the condition is met;

When in centralized production, the digital display device can be used as a display unit or the digital display device and the LED are used as a display unit together, the connection relation is respectively shown as B and C in figure 3, the digital display device can clearly display the numerical value, human errors are avoided, the digital display device and the LED are used together, the situation that the device displays in error can be avoided, the two display results are compared, and the detection result can be ensured not to be in error.
The main program in fig. 1 and 2 may be a built-in program of the MCU, which belongs to the prior art and will not be described herein.
In summary, technicians and after-sales maintenance personnel can rapidly judge the technical state of the PCBA product by observing the display condition of the display unit.
The above embodiments are provided to illustrate the present invention and not to limit the present invention, so that the modification of the exemplary values or the replacement of equivalent elements should still fall within the scope of the present invention.
From the foregoing detailed description, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention can be practiced without these specific details, and that the present invention is well suited to the particular use contemplated.
