Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of LCD screens, in particular to a long-service-life LCD screen backlight mechanism and a working method thereof.
Background
It is well known that the upper limit of life of LCD panel products depends on the backlight. When the service life of the backlight reaches the limit, if the product is to be used continuously, only the backlight can be replaced or the whole machine can be replaced.
Taking the on-vehicle LCD screen equipment of track as an example, when the backlight life-span reached the limit, no matter change the backlight or the complete machine is changed, to the vehicle, work load all is very huge, can consume a lot of resources, consequently, it is inevitable demand to improve the life-span of being shaded.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a long-service-life LCD (liquid crystal display) screen backlight mechanism and a working method thereof, which are used for solving the problem of short service life of the LCD screen backlight in the prior art.
The invention provides a long-service-life LCD screen backlight mechanism which comprises a backlight module and a control module, wherein the backlight module comprises two light bars, an optical module is arranged between the two light bars, two backlight driving output interfaces are arranged on the control module, and the two backlight driving output interfaces are respectively connected with the two light bars.
Furthermore, the backlight driving output interface is connected with the light bar through a light bar driving cable.
Further, the control module is a PCB control board card.
The invention further provides a working method of the long-service-life LCD screen backlight mechanism.
Further, the alternate lighting of two LED lamp strips driven by the PCB control board card is specifically: the PCB control board card drives the light bar A to be lightened and the light bar B to be not lightened after the power is turned on for the first time; and (4) turning off the power supply, electrifying again, lighting the lamp strip B, and not lighting the lamp strip A, and repeating the steps.
The technical scheme of the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the backlight mechanism is provided with two light bars and a PCB control board card, and the two light bars are driven by the PCB control board card to be lighted at the bottom of intersection, so that the service life of the backlight is prolonged by about one time; meanwhile, the reliability of the product is improved, one side of the lamp strips at the two sides can be defined as an alternative, and the problem that the whole LCD screen is scrapped due to the damage of the backlight lamp strips is avoided; the lamp strips are installed on two sides, the appearance and the performance of the product are not affected, the realization is simple, and the installation is convenient.
