Two fixed shifting blocks are arranged on the annular fixed seat 601, and movable shifting blocks which are arranged opposite to the two fixed shifting blocks are arranged on the annular movable seat 602; the control pressing block 301 and the two fixed shifting blocks are arranged oppositely up and down.
When the tool box is not used, the outer sides of the two clamping and stabilizing components 4 and the two detection components 5 can be protected by the protection component 6, so that the detection components are prevented from being damaged by contact with other tools when the tool box is arranged in the tool box; before the device is used, the protection component 6 needs to be controlled to remove the protection of the two detection components, and the situation that a worker mistakenly touches the two detection components 5 to be injured is also prevented; under the normal state, the vertical plates of the two L-shaped connecting plates 603 are blocked at the outer ends of the two sliding frame bodies 502A; when the device is used, one hand can also control the whole device, the thumb and the middle finger respectively press the outer sides of the control pressing block 301 and the annular movable seat 602 and simultaneously press the control pressing block 301 and the annular movable seat 602 inwards, because the vertical plates of the two L-shaped connecting plates 603 are blocked at the outer ends of the two sliding frame bodies 502A, the annular movable seat 602 firstly moves towards the annular fixed seat 601, the annular movable seat 602 drives the L-shaped connecting plates 603 and the protective baffle rings 604 to move upwards while compressing the reset compression spring 605, and after the L-shaped connecting plates 603 and the protective baffle rings 604 are separated from blocking the sliding frame bodies 502A, the control pressing block 301 can be pressed to control the two clamping stabilizing components 4 and the two detection components 5.
The principle is as follows: according to the fixture device for detecting the transformer, the two clamping and stabilizing components 5 and the two detecting components 6 are arranged in the fixture device, and the four sides of the cable head of the transformer to be detected are clamped through the two clamping and stabilizing components 4 and the two detecting components 5, so that the stability is good, the looseness is not easy to occur, and the accuracy of the detection data of the transformer is improved conveniently; the two clamping stabilizing components 4 and the two detection components 5 can be controlled to expand outwards by the clamping control component 3, so that cable heads with different sizes can be clamped and fixed conveniently; when the cable head is clamped and detected, the detection part 5 is connected with the detector through a lead, then one hand holds the clamp sleeve 1, the other hand presses the clamping control part 3, the clamping control part 3 moves towards the clamp sleeve 2, and the lower parts of the two clamping stable parts 4 and the detection part 5 are driven to expand outwards, so that the cable heads with different sizes can be clamped and fixed conveniently; the clamping stabilizing component 4 plays a role in auxiliary fixing, and the detecting component 5 is used for detecting the cable head.
