Abstract

本发明公开了一种次氯酸钠在牙周炎模型小鼠上颌骨分离及漂白中的应用。所述应用包括:将颌骨放入次氯酸钠浸泡后用亚甲蓝进行染色的步骤。本发明中采用次氯酸钠提高颌骨附着残余组织消化效率,同时还起到漂白作用,使颌骨与牙齿边界显示更清楚便于测量牙周附着散失值。

技术领域
本发明涉及牙周炎处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种次氯酸钠在牙周炎模型小鼠上颌骨分离及漂白中的应用。
背景技术
慢性牙周炎(Chronic Periodontitis,CP)是一种牙齿支持软硬组织的破坏性炎症疾病,是成年人失牙的主要原因。根据第四次全国口腔健康流行病学调查结果显示,35-44岁、55-64岁和65-75岁年龄组的牙周健康率仅分别为9.1%、5.0%和9.3%。因此,探究牙周炎相关机制的基础实验十分必要。慢性牙周炎严重程度的一个重要评判是牙周附着散失。牙周附着散失值是通过测量釉牙骨质界(CEJ)到牙槽骨嵴(ABC)的距离从而了解牙槽骨吸收程度。
现有技术是直接用镊子机械去除颌骨的软组织或者使用双氧水进行过夜漂白,存在效率低下而且颌骨软组织去除不净等问题。
因此,亟需提供一种次氯酸钠在牙周炎模型小鼠上颌骨分离及漂白中的应用,以解决效率低下和颌骨软组织去除不净的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种次氯酸钠在牙周炎模型小鼠上颌骨分离及漂白中的应用,次氯酸钠提高了颌骨附着残余组织的消化效率,同时起到漂白作用,使颌骨与牙齿边界显示更清楚便于测量牙周附着散失值。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种次氯酸钠在牙周炎模型小鼠上颌骨分离及漂白中的应用。
进一步,所述次氯酸钠的浓度为2-7%。
进一步,所述次氯酸钠的浓度为3%。
进一步,所述应用包括:将颌骨放入次氯酸钠浸泡后用亚甲蓝进行染色的步骤。
进一步,在所述染色的步骤前,还包括:将牙周炎模型小鼠的颌骨解剖并用磷酸缓冲盐溶液(PBS缓冲液)浸泡的步骤。
进一步,在所述染色的步骤前或缓冲液浸泡步骤后,还包括:在显微镜下剥离颌骨附着牙周组织的步骤。
进一步,所述次氯酸钠浸泡时间为20-50分钟。
进一步,所述缓冲液浸泡步骤可以为加热煮沸2-3分钟。加热后的颌骨表面的组织更加易于剥离。
进一步,所述亚甲蓝的浓度为1%。
本发明中,所述次氯酸钠的浓度越高,浸泡时间越短。可以根据实际需求选择适当的次氯酸钠浓度。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明采用次氯酸钠提高颌骨附着残余组织消化效率,同时还起到漂白作用,使颌骨与牙齿边界显示更清楚便于测量牙周附着散失值。
3%次氯酸钠可将颌骨附着残余组织消化,颌骨与牙齿边界显示更清楚,其次,次氯酸钠具有漂白作用,颌骨表面为多孔结构,经过次氯酸钠漂白后更易着色,其次牙釉质表面光滑,不轻易被亚甲蓝着色,牙齿与牙槽骨区分明显,便于后期测量釉牙骨质界(CEJ)到牙槽骨嵴(ABC)的距离从而了解牙槽骨吸收程度。
本发明中的次氯酸钠来源广,价格实惠,溶解效率高于双氧水,提高实验效率,同时起到漂白作用,使颌骨更易着色而且成色漂亮。

实施例
本实施例提供一种次氯酸钠在牙周炎模型小鼠上颌骨分离及漂白中的应用。
本实施例中,所述应用包括:将颌骨放入次氯酸钠浸泡后用亚甲蓝进行染色的步骤。
本实施例中,在所述染色的步骤前,还包括:将牙周炎模型小鼠的颌骨解剖并用磷酸缓冲盐溶液(PBS缓冲液)浸泡的步骤。
本实施例中,在所述染色的步骤前或缓冲液浸泡步骤后,还包括:在显微镜下剥离颌骨附着牙周组织的步骤。
本发明一实施例中,提供一种次氯酸钠在牙周炎模型小鼠上颌骨分离及漂白中的应用,包括:
将牙周炎模型小鼠的颌骨解剖并用PBS缓冲液浸泡的步骤;
在显微镜下剥离颌骨附着牙周组织的步骤;
将颌骨放入次氯酸钠浸泡后用亚甲蓝进行染色的步骤。
本发明一实施例中,提供一种次氯酸钠在牙周炎模型小鼠上颌骨分离及漂白中的应用,包括:
将牙周炎模型小鼠的颌骨解剖并用PBS缓冲液浸泡的步骤,加热煮沸2-3分钟;
在显微镜下剥离颌骨附着牙周组织的步骤;
将颌骨放入3%浓度的次氯酸钠浸泡30分钟后用1%亚甲蓝进行染色的步骤。
试验例
本试验例中,对采用本发明中采用次氯酸钠处理得到的颌骨和未采用次氯酸钠处理的颌骨进行比较,分别记为实验例和对照例,以观察本发明的应用效果,参见图1和图2所示。实验例和对照例相比,仅为是否采用3%的次氯酸钠处理的区别,其他条件完全相同。
图1为本发明中未进行3%次氯酸钠处理的上颌骨的示意图。
图2为本发明中采用3%次氯酸钠处理后的上颌骨的示意图。
根据图1和图2可知,本发明的次氯酸钠在牙周炎模型小鼠上颌骨分离及漂白中的应用,具有显著的效果。采用次氯酸钠提高颌骨附着残余组织消化效率,同时还起到漂白作用,使颌骨与牙齿边界显示更清楚便于测量牙周附着散失值。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的次氯酸钠在牙周炎模型小鼠上颌骨分离及漂白中的应用,其特征在于,所述应用包括:将颌骨放入次氯酸钠浸泡后用亚甲蓝进行染色的步骤。
4.根据权利要求3所述的次氯酸钠在牙周炎模型小鼠上颌骨分离及漂白中的应用,其特征在于,在所述染色的步骤前,还包括:将牙周炎模型小鼠的颌骨解剖并用磷酸缓冲盐溶液浸泡的步骤。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的次氯酸钠在牙周炎模型小鼠上颌骨分离及漂白中的应用,其特征在于,在所述染色的步骤前或缓冲液浸泡步骤后,还包括:在显微镜下剥离颌骨附着牙周组织的步骤。
