Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent toilet lid testing machine and a testing method, wherein the intelligent toilet lid testing machine comprises: the intelligent toilet cover testing device comprises a rack, a plurality of testing stations and a plurality of positioning units, wherein each testing station is used for testing one intelligent toilet cover and is provided with a fixing device, an outlet water temperature sensor, an outlet air temperature sensor and a seat temperature sensor; the ice water supply device is arranged on the rack and is connected with a water inlet of the intelligent toilet lid to be tested on the corresponding testing station through a plurality of branch pipes so as to provide ice water with preset temperature; a plurality of flowmeters installed on the branch pipes; the programmable controller is electrically connected with the water outlet temperature sensor, the air outlet temperature sensor, the seat temperature sensor and the flowmeter; and the upper computer is electrically connected with the programmable controller, completes each function test of the intelligent toilet lid according to a preset test program and stores corresponding test data. The invention greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers, improves the working efficiency and can inquire the test data.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of intelligent toilets, in particular to an intelligent toilet lid testing machine and a testing method.
Background
The smart toilet covers on the market generally include the following: an intelligent toilet cover with cleaning, heating and the like. The other type is an intelligent toilet cover capable of automatically replacing the thin film. the ice water supply device is arranged on the rack and is connected with a water inlet of the intelligent toilet lid to be tested on the corresponding testing station through a plurality of branch pipes so as to provide ice water with a preset temperature;
a plurality of flow meters mounted on the branch pipes;
the programmable controller is electrically connected with the water outlet temperature sensor, the air outlet temperature sensor, the seat temperature sensor and the flowmeter;
and the upper computer is electrically connected with the programmable controller, completes each function test of the intelligent toilet lid according to a preset test program and stores corresponding test data.
Further, the ice water supply device comprises an ice water machine and a water pump, wherein a water outlet of the ice water machine is connected with a water inlet of the water pump, and a water outlet of the water pump is in fluid communication with the branch pipe.
Further, a filter is also mounted on the branch pipe, and the filter is located upstream of the flowmeter.
Furthermore, the upper computer is connected with the programmable controller through a CC-LINK bus.
Furthermore, an SQL database is installed in the upper computer and used for storing test data.
Furthermore, a manual detection platform is further arranged on the test station.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided an intelligent toilet lid testing method, which may include the steps of:
s1, providing the intelligent toilet lid testing machine;
s2, fixing the intelligent toilet cover on the fixing device and well connecting a water inlet of the intelligent toilet cover with the branch pipe;
s3, starting a test, and sequentially carrying out water temperature and flow test of hip washing of each gear, water temperature and flow test of gynecological washing of each gear, wind temperature test of each gear and temperature test of seat rings of each gear;
and S4, judging whether the product is qualified according to the test data, taking down the product and putting the product into a qualified bin or an unqualified bin according to the test result.
Further, before step S2, a power-on self-test is performed on the intelligent toilet lid, and only if the intelligent toilet lid is qualified, the subsequent testing step is performed.
Further, in S3, as long as there is test data not within the preset qualified range, a corresponding alarm prompt is given.
Further, in the respective gear tests of S3, the gear shift was completed by the worker according to the operation of the warning tone.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an intelligent toilet lid testing machine may include: a frame 1, an ice water supply device 2, a plurality of flow meters 3, a programmable logic controller (PLC, not shown) and an upper computer 4. Wherein, frame 1 is equipped with a plurality of test station 11 (show 4), and every test station 11 is used for testing an intelligent toilet lid. That is, in the illustrated embodiment, the intelligent toilet lid testing machine can simultaneously test four intelligent toilet lids. Each testing station 11 is provided with a fixing device 12 for fixing a toilet lid to be tested, and an outlet water temperature sensor, an outlet air temperature sensor and a seat temperature sensor (not shown) for respectively measuring the outlet water temperature, the outlet air temperature and the seat temperature of the intelligent toilet. For simplicity, the fixture 12 is shown in FIG. 1 at one test station. Preferably, the outlet water temperature sensor, the outlet air temperature sensor and the seat temperature sensor may be RTD temperature probes. The RTD temperature probe has the advantages of convenience in installation, high response speed, low price and the like.
The ice water supply device 2 is installed on the rack 1 (specifically, the bottom), and is connected with a water inlet of the intelligent toilet lid to be tested on the corresponding test station through a main pipe 5 and a plurality of branch pipes 6 so as to provide ice water with a preset temperature. Preferably, each branch pipe is further provided with a corresponding switch valve (not shown) to control water outlet. The ice water supply device 2 may comprise an ice water machine 21 and a water pump 22, wherein the water outlet of the ice water machine 21 is connected with the water inlet of the water pump through a corresponding water pipe, and the water outlet of the water pump 22 is connected with the main pipe 5, so as to realize fluid communication with each branch pipe 6. The water chiller 21 and the water pump 22 are commercially available.
The flow meter 3 is installed on the branch pipe 6 and is used for measuring the water yield of each level of the intelligent toilet cover, such as the water yield of hip wash and bidet wash of one level to five levels. Preferably, a respective filter 7 is installed upstream of each flow meter 3 to avoid debris entering the flow meter and ensure accurate flow measurements.
And the PLC is electrically connected with the water outlet temperature sensor, the air outlet temperature sensor, the seat temperature sensor and the flowmeter so as to acquire and store the measurement data. The upper machine 4 is mounted on the frame 1 (specifically, the upper portion). The upper computer 4 is electrically connected with the PLC. Preferably, the upper computer 4 is connected with the PLC through a CC-LINK bus, the communication speed can reach hundreds of megameters, the data exchange speed is high, the downtime risk basically does not exist, the continuous test is ensured, and the working efficiency is improved. The upper computer 4 and the PLC complete various functional tests of the intelligent toilet lid according to a preset test program and store corresponding test data. The upper computer 4 can be an industrial computer (including a host, a display screen, a mouse and the like) or an industrial personal computer with a touch screen and the like. The upper computer 4 is provided with an SQL database for storing test data so as to facilitate local or remote query. Through data query, exactly which functions are disqualified, so as to facilitate subsequent improvement. The specific configuration of the PLC and the upper computer 4 can be selected according to actual needs.
In the illustrated embodiment, a manual inspection station 13 is also provided at each test station 11. The workman can place intelligent toilet lid and go on going up electric self-checking on artifical testing platform 13, only carries out follow-up functional test after the self-checking is qualified to improve work efficiency.
Preferably, the intelligent toilet lid testing machine is further provided with a plurality of indicator lamps 8, and the indicator lamps are electrically connected with the PLC and used for indicating the current testing state. For example, the test-pass indicator light is displayed in green, the test-fail indicator light is displayed in red, the test-not-performed indicator light is displayed in yellow, and the test-in-progress indicator light is blinked.
In addition, the invention also provides an intelligent toilet lid testing method, which comprises the following steps:
s1, providing the intelligent toilet lid testing machine;
s2, fixing the intelligent toilet lid to be tested on the fixing device and well connecting a water inlet of the intelligent toilet lid with the branch pipe;
s3, starting a test, and sequentially carrying out water temperature and flow test of hip washing of each gear, water temperature and flow test of gynecological washing of each gear, wind temperature test of each gear and temperature test of seat rings of each gear; specifically, according to the prompt tone, the worker presses down the corresponding gear, and the PLC automatically acquires corresponding temperature and flow data and uploads the data to the upper computer. In the testing process, as long as test data are not in the preset qualified range, corresponding alarm prompts are given (through voice and/or indicator lights).
And S4, judging whether the product is qualified according to the test data, taking down the product and putting the product into a qualified bin or an unqualified bin according to the test result.
Preferably, before step S2, a power-on self-test is performed on the intelligent toilet lid, and a subsequent test step is performed only if the intelligent toilet lid is qualified. This can save test time and improve work efficiency.
While the invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. An intelligent toilet lid testing machine, comprising:
the intelligent toilet comprises a rack, wherein a plurality of testing stations are arranged on the rack, each testing station is used for testing one intelligent toilet cover, and is provided with a fixing device for fixing the toilet cover to be tested, and a water outlet temperature sensor, a water outlet temperature sensor and a seat temperature sensor which are used for respectively measuring the water outlet temperature, the air outlet temperature and the seat ring temperature of the intelligent toilet;
the ice water supply device is arranged on the rack and is connected with a water inlet of the intelligent toilet lid to be tested on the corresponding testing station through a plurality of branch pipes so as to provide ice water with a preset temperature;
a plurality of flow meters mounted on the branch pipes;
the programmable controller is electrically connected with the water outlet temperature sensor, the air outlet temperature sensor, the seat temperature sensor and the flowmeter;
and the upper computer is electrically connected with the programmable controller, completes each function test of the intelligent toilet lid according to a preset test program and stores corresponding test data.
2. The intelligent toilet lid testing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ice water supply device comprises an ice water machine and a water pump, a water outlet of the ice water machine is connected with a water inlet of the water pump, and a water outlet of the water pump is in fluid communication with the branch pipe.
3. The intelligent toilet lid testing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a filter is further mounted on the branch pipe, the filter being located upstream of the flow meter.
4. The intelligent toilet lid testing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper computer and the programmable controller are connected through a CC-LINK bus.
5. The intelligent toilet lid testing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper computer has a SQL database installed therein for storing test data.
6. The intelligent toilet lid testing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a manual inspection platform is further provided at the testing station.
7. An intelligent toilet lid testing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, providing an intelligent toilet lid testing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 6;
s2, fixing the intelligent toilet cover on the fixing device and well connecting a water inlet of the intelligent toilet cover with the branch pipe;
s3, starting a test, and sequentially carrying out water temperature and flow test of hip washing of each gear, water temperature and flow test of gynecological washing of each gear, wind temperature test of each gear and temperature test of seat rings of each gear;
and S4, judging whether the product is qualified according to the test data, taking down the product and putting the product into a qualified bin or an unqualified bin according to the test result.
8. The intelligent toilet lid testing method according to claim 7, wherein before step S2, the intelligent toilet lid is subjected to a power-on self-test, and the subsequent testing step is performed until the intelligent toilet lid is qualified.
9. The intelligent toilet lid testing method according to claim 7, wherein in S3, a corresponding alarm prompt is given as long as the test data is not within the preset qualified range.
10. The intelligent toilet lid testing method according to claim 7, wherein in the tests of S3, the gear shifting is performed by a manual operation of a worker according to the prompt tone.
