Abstract
The invention discloses a magnetic sealing assembly for a hub bearing unit of an end face gear, which mainly comprises a static framework arranged on an outer ring, a rotating framework arranged on an inner ring and an inner side sealing ring. The invention has the beneficial effects that: on the basis that the conventional hub magnetic sealing component bears the bearing raceway seal, the combination of an inner side sealing ring is added. The addition of the inner seal ring further prevents the failure caused by the intrusion of muddy water from the fitting of the inner ring and the seal assembly, as compared with the conventional hub bearing. Meanwhile, due to the addition of the inner sealing ring, the problem of transmission failure caused by muddy water intrusion at the matching position of the gear surface of the ball cage and the gear surface of the bearing is solved, the spline of the matching end surface is protected in a sealing manner, and the transmission efficiency of the end surface spline is ensured.

Background
For the end face gear hub bearing, if the matching position of the end face tooth surface and the driving shaft ball cage head tooth surface is not protected in a sealing way, the end face tooth surface and the driving shaft ball cage head tooth surface are easily corroded by muddy water in an actual road condition, so that the corrosion and the failure of the matching position are caused, and the transmission of an end face spline is influenced. Therefore, a novel seal ring assembly needs to be designed to realize effective sealing of the matched spline.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a magnetic sealing assembly for a hub bearing unit of a face gear, which can prevent the failure caused by the invasion of muddy water from the matching part of an inner ring and the sealing assembly; the problem of transmission failure caused by muddy water intrusion at the matched part of the gear surface of the ball cage and the gear surface of the bearing is solved, sealing protection is carried out on the matched end face spline, and the transmission efficiency of the end face spline is ensured.
The purpose of the invention is achieved by the following technical scheme: the magnetic sealing component for the end face gear hub bearing unit mainly comprises a static framework arranged on an outer ring, a rotating framework arranged on an inner ring and an inner side sealing ring; the rotating framework and the static framework form a sealed cavity facing the outside of the bearing between the outer ring and the inner ring, and the cavity consists of a cavity A and a cavity B; a magnetic material layer is arranged outside the rotating framework and is used for transmitting magnetic induction signals; the periphery of the static framework is coated with rubber, a rubber bulge is arranged on the outer coated rubber and used for being matched with an outer ring to further seal the static framework, a lip A, a lip B and a lip C are further arranged on the outer coated rubber, the lip A is a non-contact lip, the lip B is in interference fit with the rotating framework to divide a sealed cavity between the inner ring and the outer ring into a cavity A and a cavity B, and the lip C is arranged close to the inner side of the bearing and in interference fit with the rotating framework; the inner side sealing ring is further sealed in interference fit with the magnetic material layer, and the tail end of the inner side sealing ring is used for sealing the matching surface of the bearing end face spline and the ball cage end face spline through the interference fit of the sealing lip and the ball cage head.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: on the basis that the conventional hub magnetic sealing component bears the bearing raceway seal, the combination of an inner side sealing ring is added. The addition of the inner seal ring further prevents the failure caused by the intrusion of muddy water from the fitting of the inner ring and the seal assembly, as compared with the conventional hub bearing. The working principle of the invention is as follows: the arrangement of the static framework 1 and the rotating framework 2 ensures that a sealed cavity facing to the outside environment is formed between the outer ring 12 and the inner ring 13, so that the invasion of muddy water can be prevented, the diversion is facilitated, the muddy water directly flowing into the cavity B8 is reduced, and the water in the cavity B8 can be effectively discharged through the action of centrifugal force; meanwhile, the lip A3 is a non-contact lip, a gap is formed between the lip A3 and the rotating framework 2 in a natural state, and a large amount of muddy water is prevented from directly invading the cavity B8 by applying a labyrinth effect; the cavity B8 formed by the lip B4 and the rotating framework 2 can be used as a water storage cavity to play a role in temporarily storing water when a large amount of muddy water is poured under the deep water level working condition; meanwhile, the lip B4 is in interference fit with the rotating framework 2, so that muddy water can be prevented from entering the cavity A7 to pollute grease of the lip, and further the muddy water can be prevented from further invading the bearing raceway; the lip C5 is a grease lip, so that the leakage of lubricating grease in a bearing raceway is prevented, the lubrication failure of the raceway is caused, and the grease is prevented from being mixed with grease added to the areas of the lip B4 and the lip C5 in the cavity A7; the inner sealing ring 9 is in interference fit with the magnetic material layer 6 on the outer side of the rotating framework 2, so that muddy water is prevented from invading the inner ring 13 to cause corrosion, and muddy water is prevented from invading the matching position of the inner ring 13 and the rotating framework 2 to cause matching failure; meanwhile, the seal lip 11 at the tail end of the inner side seal ring 9 is in interference fit with the ball cage head 15, the effective sealing effect is achieved on the matching position after the bearing end face spline and the ball cage end face spline are assembled, external muddy water is prevented from invading the matching position, tooth face matching failure is caused, and the end face tooth transmission effect is influenced.
