the outer side surface of the door pocket plate 63 parallel to the bottom plate contact surface is protruded outwards to form a door retaining edge 64, and the door retaining edge 64 and the outer side surface form an L-shaped door retaining part;
an L-shaped closing position is formed between the door pocket line 61 and the door pocket plate 63;
the T-shaped edge of the T-shaped door is abutted against the L-shaped door stop part and the L-shaped closing position, and the side surface of the door plate of the T-shaped door is lower than the visual side surface of the door pocket line 61 in the closed state of the T-shaped door.
Fig. 9 illustrates another configuration of the T-door system, which differs from the T-door system shown in fig. 8 only in the configuration of the door pocket line 61, which door pocket line 61 has a molding line parallel to the wall surface, as shown in connection with fig. 9, and the door panel is flush with the viewing side in the closed state of the T-door.
On the basis of the structure of the T-shaped door system provided in embodiments 8 and 9, a rubber strip is further provided between the T-shaped door 1 and the door sleeve plate 63, and the rubber strip can buffer the impact of the T-shaped door during opening and closing and can seal the door gap when the T-shaped door is in a closed state.
Compared with the traditional flat door and a T-shaped door system with the outward-protruding door panel, the T-shaped door system provided by the invention has the advantages that the door panel is lower than or flush with the visual side surface of the door pocket line, the lines on the side surface of the door pocket line can be enriched and diversified, and the silent sealing performance of the door system is better.

It should be noted that those skilled in the art can make various improvements and modifications without departing from the principle of the present invention, and such improvements and modifications are also considered to be within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (15)

1. The T-shaped door processing method with the bent panel is characterized by comprising the following steps:
cutting a door core plate base material: cutting the door core plate material according to the door specification design size to obtain a door core plate base material;
panel cutting and bending: cutting a panel base material into a first panel and a second panel according to the size of a T-shaped section of a T-shaped door, and bending the first panel and the second panel along a door core board base material to obtain a first bending panel and a second bending panel, wherein the first panel is bent twice, and symmetrical U-shaped bending areas are formed at two ends of the long side edge of the first panel;
bending the back panel and attaching the door core plate base material: attaching first and second bending panels, respectively, to the door core substrate;
and (3) splicing the bent panels: and splicing and fixing the first bending panel and the second bending panel to form a T-shaped section by the two bending panels.
2. A method of forming a T-door as claimed in claim 1, wherein said bend is a right angle bend.
3. A method of forming a T-door as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2 wherein the first and second panels are faced in a planar manner prior to being bent at a right angle.
4. A T-door method of manufacture as claimed in claim 3 wherein the flat facing treatment comprises a flat roller paint treatment or a decorative film facing treatment.
5. A method of manufacturing a T-door as claimed in claim 4 wherein the decorative film coating treatment comprises PET film coating treatment, PETG film coating treatment, PP film coating treatment, PVC film coating treatment, transfer finishing treatment or paint-free film finishing treatment.
6. A T-door processing method as claimed in claim 4 or 5, wherein the surface finishing treatment is followed by a surface grooving, carving, lacing or decorative line adding treatment.
7. A T-shaped door processed by the T-shaped door processing method of any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising a first bending panel (21), a second bending panel (31) and a door core substrate;
the first and second bending panels (21, 321) are attached to the door core substrate, and the first and second bending panels (21, 31) are spliced to form a T-shaped cross section.
8. The T-door of claim 7, wherein the door core substrate comprises: a first door core substrate (22) and a second door core substrate (32);
the second door core board base material (32) is rectangular and is provided with a second splicing surface (33), and the second bending panel (31) is arranged on the side surface, opposite to and adjacent to the second splicing surface (33), of the second door core board base material (32);
the first door core plate base material (22) is provided with a long side surface (23) opposite to the second splicing surface (33), the long side surface (23) is provided with a first splicing surface (231) corresponding to the second splicing surface (33), the long side surface (23) is longer than the second splicing surface (33), the first bending panel (21) is arranged on the periphery of the first door core plate base material (22), and a cross section coincident with the first splicing surface (231) is formed on the long side surface (23);
and after the first splicing surface (231) and the second splicing surface (33) are spliced, the first bending panel and the second bending panel form a T-shaped cross section.
9. The T-door according to claim 8, characterized in that a filler substrate is arranged between the first bending panel (21) and the first door core substrate (22) and between the second bending panel (31) and the second door core substrate (32).
10. The T-door according to claim 9, characterized in that the first splicing face (231) and the second splicing face (33) are adhesively secured by an adhesive layer.
11. The T-door of claim 7, characterized in that the door core substrate (4) is of rectangular configuration, the second folded panel (31) is of U-shaped configuration with an upwardly open region thereof being spliced to the first folded panel (21), and a filler substrate (5) is disposed between the U-shaped side of the second folded panel (31) and the door core substrate (4);
and filling base materials (5) are arranged between the U-shaped bending area (215) of the first bending panel (21) and the door core plate base material (4).
12. The T-shaped door according to claim 11, wherein the filler substrate (5) between the first bending panel (21) and the door core substrate (4) is disposed in a U-shaped bending region (215) on both sides of the long side of the first bending panel (21), and the U-shaped bending region (215) has a U-shaped cross section.
13. A T-door as claimed in any one of claims 7 to 12, wherein said first and second gusseted panels (21, 31) each comprise a panel substrate (11) and a facing layer (10) provided on the panel substrate (11).
14. The T-door of claim 13, wherein the veneer layer (10) is a UV paint wood veneer layer, a paint free veneer layer, a PVC veneer layer, a PET veneer layer, a PETG veneer layer, or a PP veneer layer.
A T-door system comprising a door pocket line (61), a door pocket plate (63), a notch formed in the door pocket plate (63), the door pocket line (61) engaging with the notch, characterized by a T-door according to any one of claims 7-14 hinged to the door pocket line (61) by a hinge (62);
the T-shaped door is flush with or lower than the visual side face of the door pocket line (61) in the closed state.
