when the automatic spin-locking device is installed, the cylinder body 5 is fixed on the lower installation plate, an upper air inlet and a lower air inlet of the cylinder body 5 are connected with an air cylinder on a vehicle, and control is performed through an electromagnetic valve or a manual valve.
When the unlocking function of the automatic rotary lock is used, compressed air enters the lower air inlet 15 of the air cylinder, the upper air inlet is used for exhausting, the piston rod 3 moves upwards, and due to the guiding effect of the spiral chute 16 and the guide steel ball 4 on the spiral guide rod 2, the piston rod 3 rotates for 90 degrees when ascending, the connecting piece is driven to ascend and rotate, and then the rotary lock rod 13 is driven to ascend and rotate in a rotary lock seat hole, so that the unlocking state of the container is achieved. At this time, the container can be hoisted.
When the locking function of the automatic rotary lock is used, compressed air enters the upper air inlet, the lower air inlet is used for exhausting, the piston rod 3 moves downwards, and due to the guiding effect of the spiral chute 16 and the guiding steel ball 4 on the spiral guiding rod 2, the piston rod 3 rotates by 90 degrees when descending, the connecting piece is driven to descend and rotate, and then the rotary lock rod 13 is driven to descend and rotate in the rotary lock seat hole, so that the container locking state is achieved. The container is now secured to the vehicle.
