The aqueous tearable film for protecting the vehicle paint has the characteristics of good toughness, high glossiness, transparency, wear resistance, excellent protective performance, adjustable adhesion, adjustable hardness and the like, can effectively prevent the damage caused by the rubbing of the vehicle paint, and is environment-friendly and pollution-free because the solvent is water.

(1) adding the leveling thickener, the wetting dispersant, the film forming aid, the stripping accelerator, the defoaming agent and water into a dispersion machine according to corresponding proportions, and stirring for 10-15min at normal temperature;
(2) and sequentially adding the waterborne polyurethane resin, the waterborne acrylic emulsion and the modified silica sol into a dispersion machine according to the corresponding proportion, and continuously stirring at normal temperature for 30-40min to obtain the waterborne tearable film sol resin for the vehicle paint protection.
The third aspect of the invention also provides application of the aqueous tearable film sol resin, wherein the sol resin is uniformly sprayed on the vehicle paint by a spray gun, the vehicle paint is naturally dried for 8-12 minutes after being sprayed, then is baked at the baking temperature of 60-70 ℃ for 20-35 minutes, and multiple layers are sprayed according to requirements, so that the aqueous tearable film for vehicle paint protection is obtained.
The invention has the following characteristics: the aqueous tearable membrane sol prepared by the invention takes the aqueous polyurethane resin as a matrix, but the tearable membrane used for automobile protection has higher requirements on the toughness and hardness of the material, and the requirements cannot be met only by using the aqueous polyurethane resin. The invention adds the water-based acrylic emulsion into the components to increase the toughness of the film, the adding proportion of the water-based acrylic emulsion needs to be strictly controlled, the toughness is insufficient due to the addition of too little water-based acrylic emulsion, the adhesiveness of the film is increased due to the addition of too much water-based acrylic emulsion, and the film is difficult to be peeled from the automobile. In order to enhance the hardness of the sol resin, titanium dioxide, talcum powder, silica sol and other components are added into the components at the early stage, although the strength of the film can be enhanced, the phenomenon of layering or gelation can occur, and the problem of layering cannot be solved no matter how much dispersing agent is added at the later stage, so through research and exploration, the modified silica sol is added, the hardness of the film can be increased, and the problem of system layering can be solved. In addition, the amount of the modified silica sol to be added must be strictly controlled.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: when the water-based tearable film sol resin provided by the invention is used for protecting the vehicle paint, the water-based tearable film sol resin has the excellent characteristics of high gloss, strong toughness, good film forming property, strong strippability, no damage to the primer, water-based environmental protection and no odor, and can be directly diluted by water. The paint is not limited by the shape and size, can well protect concave-convex surfaces, cambered surfaces and the like, and has good physical resistance and chemical resistance, water resistance, oil resistance, dirt resistance, scratch resistance, collision resistance and the like. The substrate is not damaged and no trace is left. The paint surface can not be damaged when the paint is covered on the paint and the coating.

The aqueous tearable film for vehicle paint protection in any of the examples and comparative examples described above was prepared by the following preparation method: and adding the leveling thickener, the wetting dispersant, the film forming aid, the stripping accelerator, the defoaming agent and water into a dispersion machine according to corresponding proportions, and stirring for 10-15 min.
And sequentially adding the waterborne polyurethane resin, the waterborne acrylic emulsion and the modified silica sol into the dispersion machine according to the corresponding proportion, and continuously stirring for 30-40min to obtain the waterborne tearable film sol resin for vehicle paint protection.
And (3) uniformly spraying the prepared sol resin on the vehicle paint by using a spray gun, naturally drying for 10min and then baking at the baking temperature of 60-70 ℃ for 20-30min after spraying, and spraying and protecting multiple layers according to requirements to obtain the water-based tearable film for protecting the vehicle paint.
The properties of the aqueous tear films for vehicle paint protection prepared in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 2 are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, the tear films of examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-2 all achieved the desired impact resistance, flexibility, oil and water resistance, but there were large differences in open time, film appearance, hardness and peelability. The prepared water-based tearable film for vehicle paint protection is required to have the advantages of relatively fast surface drying time, relatively high hardness, transparent and glossy appearance and relatively good tearability. The modified silica sol can improve the hardness of the tear film, and the aqueous acrylic emulsion can improve the impact resistance and flexibility of the tear film, but can increase the surface drying time of the tear film and reduce the transparency of the tear film, so that the effect of example 4 is the best.
Comparative example 3
If the modified silica sol in the embodiment 4 is replaced by titanium dioxide, the hardness of the tearable film can be improved, but the process requirement is more complicated, and the method described by the invention can cause the delamination phenomenon caused by uneven dispersion and reduce the transparency of the tearable film.
