Abstract
The invention discloses a lightning protection component of a composite material blade, wherein a nickel leading edge protective cover is fixedly adhered to the leading edge of the blade, which is close to the blade tip; the lightning protection braid takes the root axis of the blade as the center, is adhered and fixed on the working surface and the non-working surface of the blade, and is bent towards the rear edge at the position close to the blade tip; wrapping and fixing the lightning protection woven belts of the working surface and the non-working surface with the nickel leading edge shield by using a brass band, electrically communicating the brass band with the two lightning protection woven belts and the nickel leading edge shield, and bonding the brass band to the blade; the two lightning protection woven belts are respectively fixed on the paddle root metal outer sleeve by the compression joint of the conductive metal pressure head and the conductive metal screw at the paddle root and are electrically communicated with the paddle root metal outer sleeve, the conductive metal pressure plate and the conductive metal screw. The lightning protection component is arranged on the aircraft, so that the composite material blade can be prevented from being seriously damaged when flying in a lightning strike environment, the safety and the reliability of the composite material blade are greatly improved, and the maintenance cost of the composite material blade is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a lightning protection component of a composite material blade.
Background
The aircraft with the traditional design adopts an all-metal skin structure, so that a good equipotential body is formed between the whole aircraft bodies, and when a lightning stroke occurs, lightning charges can be well released, so that the flight safety of the aircraft is ensured. Composite materials are now being used in great numbers on modern aircraft in order to reduce the weight of the aircraft structure, which represents the development direction of future aircraft. The application of the composite skin seriously reduces the shielding capability of the body structure to the external lightning electromagnetic environment.
The composite material is used in a large amount in the propeller structure, so that the conductivity of the propeller structure is reduced, and the propeller structure is easy to damage by lightning. If a lightning arc is attached to the surface of the composite material, under the initial action of the lightning arc, the outer matrix is firstly ablated, melted, burned and evaporated, then the lightning current contacts with the conductive carbon fibers, and the lightning charges are diffused and spread through each fiber bundle until the lightning charges are transferred to the nearest lightning channel. Under the action of high voltage and large current, the temperature of the fiber and the surrounding temperature thereof is rapidly increased, and when the temperature is higher than the critical temperature for the decomposition of the resin matrix, the resin matrix is gradually thermally decomposed, so that the fiber is completely exposed, the support of the resin matrix is lost, the rigidity and the strength of the whole composite material are rapidly reduced, and the structural damage is finally caused. The test shows that: under the condition of not taking lightning protection measures, after the composite material is subjected to lightning current of 60 kA-100 kA and the charge quantity of 1.9C, the composite material can be seriously damaged.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provide a lightning protection component of a composite material blade, and the lightning protection component is mounted on an aircraft, so that the composite material blade can be prevented from being seriously damaged when flying in a lightning environment, the safety and the reliability of the composite material blade are greatly improved, and the maintenance cost of the composite material blade is reduced.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical solution of the invention is as follows: a lightning protection component of a composite material blade comprises a blade root metal outer sleeve, a conductive metal pressure head, a nickel leading edge shield, two lightning protection woven belts and a brass strip, wherein the two lightning protection woven belts and the brass strip are positioned in the blade skin; the nickel front edge shield is fixedly adhered to the front edge of the blade close to the blade tip; the lightning protection braid takes the root axis of the blade as the center, is adhered and fixed on the working surface and the non-working surface of the blade, and is bent towards the rear edge at the position close to the blade tip; wrapping and fixing the lightning protection woven belts of the working surface and the non-working surface with the nickel leading edge shield by using a brass band, electrically communicating the brass band with the two lightning protection woven belts and the nickel leading edge shield, and bonding the brass band to the blade; the two lightning protection woven belts are respectively fixed on the paddle root metal outer sleeve by the compression joint of the conductive metal pressure head and the conductive metal screw at the paddle root and are electrically communicated with the paddle root metal outer sleeve, the conductive metal pressure plate and the conductive metal screw.
The nickel leading edge shield can play a role in protecting the leading edge of the blade, can receive lightning striking the blade and plays a role in conduction. When the composite material blade is struck by lightning, the lightning is transmitted to the lightning-protection braid through the nickel leading edge shield, then transmitted to the propeller root outer sleeve through the lightning-protection braid, and finally transmitted to the propeller hub through the propeller root outer sleeve to form an equipotential body with the airplane, so that the composite material blade is prevented from being damaged by the lightning. The composite blade is light in weight and good in lightning protection effect, and the safety and reliability of the composite blade are greatly improved; the maintenance cost of the composite material blade is reduced, and meanwhile, the service life of the composite material blade is prolonged.

As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment includes a blade root metal sheath 1, a conductive metal pressure head 2, a nickel leading edge shield 6, two lightning protection ribbons 5 and a brass ribbon 7 located in a blade skin 8; the nickel front edge shield 6 is fixedly bonded on the front edge of the blade 4 close to the blade tip; the lightning protection ribbon 5 is adhered and fixed on the working surface and the non-working surface of the blade by taking the root axis of the blade as the center, and is bent towards the rear edge at the position close to the blade tip; the lightning protection woven belts 5 of the working surface and the non-working surface and the nickel leading edge shield 6 are wrapped and fixed together by using a brass band 7, and the brass band 7 is electrically communicated with the two lightning protection woven belts 5 and the nickel leading edge shield 6 and is bonded on the blade; the two lightning protection woven belts 5 are respectively fixed on the paddle root metal jacket 1 by the pressure head 2 of conductive metal and the conductive metal screw 3 in a compression joint mode at the paddle root and are electrically communicated with the paddle root metal jacket 1, the conductive metal pressure plate and the conductive metal screw 3.
