Abstract
The invention provides a new energy automobile cooling fan control method. The whole vehicle controller judges whether the motor system has abnormal temperature rise according to the actual output power of the motor, the temperature of the motor controller and the temperature of the motor, so as to judge whether the cooling system works normally or not, and conduct fault reporting when abnormal, a complete cooling system control strategy is provided, effective fault prevention is achieved, accurate cooling system countermeasure is timely made, normal output of vehicle power is guaranteed, and the control of the cooling fan of the new energy vehicle has the advantages of accurate countermeasure, rapid response and high efficiency.

The invention belongs to the technical field of new energy automobiles, and particularly relates to a new energy automobile cooling fan control method.
Background
Along with the continuous improvement of intelligent requirements of vehicles, consumers have not only the function of analyzing faults, but also the function of finding faults in advance, so that the occurrence rate of the faults is reduced to the minimum, and the safety coefficient of vehicle driving is improved. This requires that a reliable strategy must be taken to ensure proper operation of the vehicle powertrain, and efficient control and fault identification of the cooling system is one of the key factors affecting proper output of vehicle power. The existing new energy automobiles lack a complete cooling system control strategy, so that the part of cooling system monitoring cannot effectively foresee faults, corresponding cooling system control measures cannot be timely made, and normal output of vehicle power cannot be guaranteed.

the condition of meeting the fault declaration refers to that one of two conditions that the temperature of a motor controller is higher than 87 ℃ and the temperature of the motor is higher than 165 ℃ is met while the condition that the actual power of a continuous 2-second motor is lower than or equal to the rated power of the motor is met.

after the cooling fan starts to run, the whole vehicle controller judges whether the cooling fan stopping condition is met;
if the cooling fan stopping condition is met, the whole vehicle controller controls the cooling fan relay to be disconnected, and the cooling fan stops working, otherwise, the whole vehicle controller judges whether a fault reporting condition is met, if the fault reporting condition is met, the fault information of the cooling system is reported, the output power of the vehicle power system is limited, and otherwise, the step of judging whether the cooling fan stopping condition is met is returned;
the condition of meeting the fault declaration refers to that one of two conditions that the temperature of a motor controller is higher than 87 ℃ and the temperature of the motor is higher than 165 ℃ is met while the condition that the actual power of a continuous 2-second motor is lower than or equal to the rated power of the motor is met.

if the vehicle is in the driving mode, judging whether the working condition of the cooling fan is met;
if the working conditions of the cooling fan are met, the whole vehicle controller controls the cooling fan relay to be closed, and the cooling fan starts to run.

The method according to claim 3, wherein the condition for satisfying the operation of the cooling fan is at least one condition among three conditions that the vehicle currently satisfies the AC request for the air conditioner to be effective, the temperature of the motor controller to be greater than 65 ℃, and the temperature of the motor to be greater than 75 ℃.
