The inner rubber layer and the outer rubber layer are prepared from a rubber base material, a filling agent, a plasticizer, an active agent, an adhesive, a magnetic material, a stabilizer, a flow assistant and a toughening agent, wherein the magnetic material is one or more of strontium ferrite magnetic powder, barium ferrite magnetic powder, sintered ferrite powder for dry pressing and water-soluble nano ferroferric oxide magnetic spheres; the inner rubber layer and the outer rubber layer are internally provided with magnetic conductive materials, the whole large-caliber rubber water belt is heated in a mild heating mode by utilizing the magnetocaloric effect, and the product cannot be damaged due to local high temperature; the frozen large-caliber rubber hose can be unfrozen in a short time, the normal use is not influenced, and the efficiency of emergency rescue and disaster relief is ensured; the water in the water belt does not need to be drained, and the heating and the unfreezing can be carried out by using a low-power supply (such as a battery and the like) under the extreme condition.

Claims (10)

1. Magnetic conduction is from heavy-calibre rubber hosepipe that unfreezes, including outer glue film and interior glue film, be provided with the weaving layer between outer glue film and the interior glue film, the weaving layer is woven by warp and weft and is formed its characterized in that: the inner glue layer and the outer glue layer comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 300-350 parts of rubber base material, 30-100 parts of filler, 20-80 parts of plasticizer, 3-8 parts of activator, 3-10 parts of adhesive, 10-20 parts of magnetic conductive material, 2-10 parts of stabilizer, 2-3 parts of flow promoter and 3-5 parts of toughening agent; wherein, the magnetic conductive material adopts one or more of strontium ferrite magnetic powder, barium ferrite magnetic powder, sintered ferrite material powder for dry pressing and water-soluble nano ferroferric oxide magnetic spheres.
2. The magnetic conductive self-thawing large-caliber rubber water hose according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the warp and weft of the woven layer are made of polyester industrial yarn, spun polyester or nylon.

The magnetic conductive self-thawing large-caliber rubber water hose according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the rubber base material adopts one or more of NBR6250 type nitrile rubber, NBR3345 type nitrile rubber, NBR6280 type nitrile rubber, SG-800 type PVC resin and SG-5 type PVC resin.

8. The magnetic conductive self-thawing large-caliber rubber water hose according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the stabilizer is one or more of an organic tin stabilizer, a calcium-zinc composite stabilizer and a composite lead stearate stabilizer.
9. The magnetic conductive self-thawing large-caliber rubber water hose according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the flow aid adopts one or two of PK-800 type flow aid and AT-42 type flow aid.
