Background
In the silica gel industry, in the molding and utilization of silica gel, the silica gel and the PET sheet are combined to restrict the shape and size of the molded silica gel in many times. In actual use and manufacture, the normal vulcanization temperature of common silica gel is 180-195 degrees, and the temperature that the high-temperature-resistant PET can bear is below 190 degrees, but after the silica gel and the PET are vulcanized and formed into a whole, the PET deforms and cannot restore the flat product surface when the product is taken down from the mold.
