Claims (10)

1. A method of making a portable cart for a modular kit, comprising:
firstly, designing a trolley;

a first handle (23) is arranged at the top of the vertical frame (20), and a plug of the first handle (23) is inserted into a square steel end head at a corresponding position;
a support frame (30) is arranged at the bottom of the front end of the transverse frame (19);
at least two rows of fixing holes (25) are arranged on the square steel in the middle of the horizontal frame (19) and the vertical frame (20);

the tool box comprises a base fixing frame (27), a row of connecting holes I (29) are formed in the clamping plates, the clamping plates of the base fixing frame (27) are clamped on square steel in the middle of a transverse frame (19), the connecting holes I (29) correspond to fixing holes (25) in the middle of the transverse frame (19), the connecting holes I (29) are connected with the corresponding fixing holes (25) through screws or bolts, and a tool box base (24) is fixed on the transverse frame (19);
thirdly), an expansion frame (28);
the shape structure of the expansion frame (28) is consistent with that of the vertical frame (20), namely the expansion frame (28) is also of a plane frame structure formed by vertically and crosswise welding square steel, and a fixed steel plate (21), a fixed hole (25) and a triangular wheel (18) are also arranged at the same position;

the buckle matching device comprises a front displacement clamping seat (8) and a front displacement male buckle (6), wherein a sliding groove (12) is formed in the center of the front displacement clamping seat (8), the front displacement clamping seat (8) is fixed on the front side of a box body (1), connecting shafts (16) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lower portion of the front displacement male buckle (6), the connecting shafts (16) are clamped into the corresponding sliding grooves (12) to enable the front displacement male buckle (6) to move along the sliding groove (12), the front displacement male buckle (6) can freely rotate around the connecting shafts (16), an upper end clamping groove (13) and a lower end clamping groove (14) which are parallel to each other are formed in the working surface of the front displacement male buckle (6), and the lower end clamping groove (14) is matched with the front displacement female buckle (15) to be used for fixing the box body (1;
a front displacement female buckle I (7) is arranged on the front side of the box body (1) right below the buckle matching device;
a left female buckle and a right female buckle (4) are symmetrically arranged above two sides of the box body (1), and a left male buckle and a right male buckle (3) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the box body (1) right below the left female buckle and the right female buckle (4);
a handle (9) is arranged on the front side of the box body (1) between the buckling matching devices, and the handle (9) is connected with the box body (1) through a handle clamping seat (10) on the front side of the box body (1);

the three box bodies are sequentially stacked after being covered by the box cover, and then the front displacement male buckle (6) is rotated, so that a lower end clamping groove (14) of the front displacement male buckle (6) is matched with a front displacement female buckle (15) on the same box, and an upper end clamping groove (13) of the front displacement male buckle is matched with a front displacement female buckle I (7) stacked on the last box body, so that the front side connection and fixation between the adjacent box bodies are realized; meanwhile, the left female buckle (4) and the right female buckle (4) which are positioned on the two side surfaces are matched with the left male buckle (3) and the right male buckle (3) which are stacked on the last box body, so that the left side and the right side of the adjacent box bodies are connected and fixed; thereby forming a stable and firm triangular connecting structure between adjacent box bodies in a three-point connection mode;
thirdly, assembling the trolley and the tool box;
the overlapped toolboxes are sequentially placed on corresponding toolbox bases (24) on the transverse frame (19) and the expansion frame (27), and the toolboxes are integrated through matching toolbox buckles (26) of the toolbox bases (24) with left and right male buckles (3) on the bottommost layer box body (1).

the trolley comprises a trolley base structure (17);
the integral structure of the trolley basic structure (17) is an L-shaped structure, the trolley basic structure is formed by vertically welding a transverse frame (19) and a vertical frame (20) with each other, the transverse frame (19) and the vertical frame (20) are both plane frame structures formed by vertically and crosswise welding square steel, triangular wheels (18) are symmetrically arranged at two ends of a corner line of the trolley basic structure (17), and the triangular wheels (18) are positioned on the vertical frame (20); the method comprises the following steps that a fixed steel plate (21) is welded to a square steel end at the top of a vertical frame (20), a row of connecting holes (22) are formed in the fixed steel plate (21), and the fixed steel plates (21) are welded to two sides of each square steel end in a pairwise corresponding mode; at least two rows of fixing holes (25) are arranged on the square steel in the middle of the horizontal frame (19) and the vertical frame (20); a tool box base (24) is arranged on a transverse frame (19) of the trolley basic structure (17);
the tool box comprises a box body (1) and a box cover (2), wherein the box body (1) and the box cover (2) are connected through a rotating shaft body (11), and the box cover (2) is opened or closed around the rotating shaft body (11); at least one front displacement female buckle (15) is arranged on the front side of the box cover (2); at least one snap-fit device is arranged on the front side of the box body (1), and the snap-fit device corresponds to the front displacement female snap (15) on the box cover (2) in the vertical position and is matched with each other.

A modular toolbox cart according to claim 2, wherein: the tool box base (24) is integrally of a panel structure, the tool box base (24) is matched with the transverse frame (19), tool box buckles (26) are arranged on two sides of the back of the tool box base (24), and a base fixing frame (27) is arranged in the middle of the tool box base (24).
