water is injected into the rinsing water tank, and as the second scraper chain set 29 in the scraper slag extractor 7 rotates circularly, part of water in the rinsing water tank flows out of the rinsing water tank and is continuously supplemented into the rinsing water tank through the feeding conical hopper 13 on the rinsing water tank; conveying the wood chips for producing the density boards to the upper part of a feeding conical hopper 13 of the rinsing water tank through a belt conveyer, and falling into the feeding conical hopper of the rinsing water tank; the first scraper chain group 2 rotates circularly, the wood chips 9 on the first scraper chain group scrape the wood chips floating on the water surface of the rinsing water tank 6 to be washed underwater fully, dust particles on the wood chips are cleaned, impurities and sediments (including cement blocks, iron nails, glass, and the like, as well as broken sawdust, dust and the like) with the density higher than that of the wood chips fall down through a pore plate 30 below the first scraper chain group 2 and enter a slag collection hopper 14; impurities and sediments are separated out through a scraper slag extractor 7 below a slag collection hopper 14; and conveying the cleaned wood chips to the next working procedure for dehydration treatment by the scraper chain device.
The scraper slag extractor 7 in the slag collection hopper 14 at the bottom of the rinsing water tank is closely matched with the slag collection hopper 14, so that the outflow of water in the rinsing water tank is reduced as much as possible. The water flowing out of the bottom of the rinsing water tank can be collected and returned to the feeding conical hopper 13 at the top of the rinsing water tank for recycling.
The wood chip scraper 9 is made of a steel plate, the front end of the wood chip scraper is bent by 90 degrees in an arc shape and then is attached to the pore plate 30, the rear end of the wood chip scraper is welded on the scraper chain group I2, and a plurality of water leakage holes are punched on the wood chip scraper 9 to reduce the transportation resistance; the wood chip scraper 9 scrapes clean wood chips on the pore plate 30 and conveys the cleaned wood chips out of the rinsing water tank 6.
The scraper chain device is used as a main mechanism for conveying water washing wood chips, two sets of chain wheel mechanisms of a driving chain wheel set and a driven chain wheel set are adopted for transmission, chain dropping can be effectively prevented, a supporting chain wheel set and a pressing chain wheel set are adopted for supporting chains in the middle, the whole scraper chain device is in rolling friction transmission, running resistance is greatly reduced, a small gap is kept between a wood chip scraper and a pore plate, general control is within 10mm, impurities and sediments in the wood chips can be effectively leaked into a lower slag discharge collecting hopper through the pore plate, a driving speed reducing motor is installed on the driving chain wheel set and provided with a frequency converter, proper conveying speed can be selected according to actual working requirements, a chain tensioning device I is installed at two ends of a supporting bearing seat and used for regularly tensioning the scraper chain set I.
The rinsing water tank is a steel structure welding part and is a carrier of the whole equipment mechanism. The water tank body is required to have certain strength and sealing performance, water leakage is prevented (the internal water storage capacity is more than 20 cubic meters), water is supplemented continuously in the working process, and the water supplementing quantity is matched according to the quantity of the wood chips to be washed.
The scraper slag extractor can adopt a continuous working mechanism without stopping for a production line with large wood chip washing quantity, and can adopt an intermittent working mechanism for a production line with small wood chip washing quantity, the operation is relatively simple, only a start button is needed to be opened, and a collection box is placed at a slag outlet to collect impurities conveyed by a slag scraper.
The invention is used for: the equipment has the advantages of simple structure, small occupied space and low working energy consumption, integrates the functions of impurity removal and water washing, can recycle water resources, meets the current production requirements of energy conservation and consumption reduction, and can be widely applied to the wood industry processing industry.
Claims (8)
1. A production wood chip rinsing equipment for density board which characterized in that: comprises a scraper chain device, a rinsing water tank (6), a scraper slag extractor (7) and a frame (8); a rinsing water tank (6) and a scraper chain device are arranged on the rack (8), the rinsing water tank (6) consists of a water tank body (12), a feeding conical hopper (13), a pore plate (30) and a slag-tapping collecting hopper (14), the feeding conical hopper (13) is arranged at the upper part of the water tank body (12), the slag-tapping collecting hopper (14) is arranged at the lower part of the water tank body (12), the pore plate (30) is obliquely arranged in the water tank body (12), and the slag-tapping collecting hopper (14) is positioned below the pore plate (30); the scraper chain device comprises a driving chain wheel set (1), a first scraper chain set (2), a driven chain wheel set (5) and a wood chip scraper (9); the driving chain wheel set (1) is arranged at the top of the upper portion of the rack (8) above the rinsing water tank (6), the driven chain wheel set (5) is arranged in the rinsing water tank (6), the driving chain wheel set (1) is connected with the driven chain wheel set (5) through an annular scraper chain set I (2), a plurality of wood chip scrapers (9) are arranged on the scraper chain set I (2), the wood chip scrapers (9) are of arc structures, water leakage holes (10) are densely distributed in the wood chip scrapers (9), and the wood chip scrapers at the bottom of the annular scraper chain set I (2) are matched with the pore plate (30); the water tank body (12) is square, and the width of the wood chip scraper (9) is slightly smaller than that of the water tank body (12) and the pore plate (30); a scraper slag extractor (7) is also arranged on the rack (8), and the scraper slag extractor (7) comprises a driven wheel set (21), a steering wheel set (22), a slag extractor groove (23), a driving wheel set (27), a slag-discharging scraper (28) and a scraper chain set II (29); the slag extractor groove (23) consists of a straight line section and an oblique line section which have the same structure, the straight line section is positioned below the slag collection hopper (14), and the terminal end of the oblique line section is higher than the water surface of the rinsing water tank (6); the driven wheel set (21) is arranged in a straight line segment, the driving wheel set (27) is arranged in an oblique line segment, the driven wheel set (21) is connected with the driving wheel set (27) through an annular scraper chain set II (29), the scraper chain set II (29) is positioned in the slag extractor groove (23), a plurality of slag-discharging scrapers (28) are arranged on the scraper chain set II (29), the slag-discharging scrapers (28) at the bottom of the annular scraper chain set II (29) are matched with the bottom of the slag extractor groove (23), and the width of the slag-discharging scrapers (28) is slightly smaller than that of the slag extractor groove (23); a steering wheel set (22) is arranged at the joint of the straight line section and the oblique line section.

The wood chip rinsing equipment for density board production according to claim 1 wherein: a scraper chain group I (2) of the scraper chain device adopts a roller chain to drive a plurality of wood chip scrapers (9) with arc structures for transmission, the wood chip scrapers (9) are made of steel plates, the front ends of the wood chip scrapers are bent by 90 degrees and then attached to a pore plate (30), the rear ends of the wood chip scrapers are welded to the scraper chain group I (2), and a plurality of water leakage holes are punched in the wood chip scrapers (9).

The wood chip rinsing equipment for density board production according to claim 1 or 2 characterized in that: a first supporting chain wheel set (3) is mounted on the rinsing water tank (6), and the first supporting chain wheel set (3) supports a chain at the upper part of the first annular scraper chain set (2); a chain at the lower part of the first scraper chain group (2) is provided with a pressing chain wheel group (4), so that the wood chip scraper at the bottom of the annular first scraper chain group (2) is tightly attached to the pore plate (30).
4. The wood chip rinsing equipment for density board production according to claim 1 or 2 characterized in that: the rinsing water tank is a steel structure welding piece, an upper inlet of the feeding conical hopper (13) is circular, and a lower outlet of the feeding conical hopper is square.

The wood chip rinsing equipment for density board production according to claim 1 or 2 characterized in that: the scraper slag extractor adopts a scraper chain group II (29) with a circular chain structure to drive a slag-extracting scraper (28) to transmit, the slag-extracting scraper (28) is formed by welding steel plates and is welded on the scraper chain group II (29), and a chain-supporting wheel group II (24) is arranged on the side surface of a slag extractor groove (23); the oblique line section inclination angle of the slag extractor groove (23) is 50 degrees, and a steering wheel set (22) is arranged at the turning position of the straight line section and the oblique line section.

The wood chip rinsing equipment for density board production according to claim 1 or 2 characterized in that: the oblique line section of the slag extractor groove (23) is welded on the rack (8) through a connecting piece (32), a cycloidal pin gear speed reducing motor (25) is installed on the connecting piece (32), the cycloidal pin gear speed reducing motor (25) is connected with a driving wheel set (27) through a transmission chain wheel set (26), a driving scraper chain set II (29) is arranged, and a slag extractor scraper (28) is in close contact with a bottom plate of the slag extractor groove (23).
7. A method for rinsing wood chips for the production of density boards, using a chip rinsing plant as defined in any of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
water is injected into the rinsing water tank, and as the scraper chain group II (29) in the scraper slag extractor (7) rotates circularly, part of water in the rinsing water tank flows out of the rinsing water tank and is continuously supplemented into the rinsing water tank through a feeding conical hopper (13) on the rinsing water tank; wood chips for producing the density boards are conveyed to the upper part of a feeding conical hopper (13) of the rinsing water tank through a belt conveyor and fall into the feeding conical hopper of the rinsing water tank; the first scraper chain group (2) rotates circularly, wood chips floating on the water surface of the rinsing water tank (6) are scraped to the water by a wood chip scraper (9) on the first scraper chain group for full water washing, dust particles on the wood chips are cleaned, impurities and precipitates with the density higher than that of the wood chips fall down through a pore plate (30) below the first scraper chain group (2) and enter a slag collection hopper (14); impurities and sediments are separated out through a scraper slag extractor (7) below a slag collection hopper (14); and conveying the cleaned wood chips to the next working procedure for dehydration treatment by the scraper chain device.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the wood chips are rinsed by a rinsing process for density board production, comprising the steps of: a scraper slag extractor (7) in a slag collection hopper (14) at the bottom of the rinsing water tank is closely matched with the slag collection hopper (14), so that the outflow of water in the rinsing water tank is reduced; and collecting the water flowing out of the bottom of the rinsing water tank, returning the water to the feeding conical hopper (13) at the top of the rinsing water tank, and recycling the water.
