Principle of operation
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when in use, the rotating motor 126 and the movable air cylinder 128 are respectively driven, so that the rotating motor 126 drives the second gear 125, the first gear 124, the rotating rod 122, the rotating disc 121, the supporting seat 127 and the connecting cylinder 10 to rotate and rotate to a proper angle, simultaneously the movable air cylinder 128 drives the connecting cylinder 10 to incline and reach a proper position, after the adjustment is completed, the water pump 4 is driven to inject the water in the dust removal water tank 5 into the stainless steel pipe ring 8 from the connecting rubber pipe 7, then the water is sprayed out from the water spray head 9, the conveying fan 11 is driven to blow air to the left side of the connecting cylinder 10 while spraying the water, so that the atomized water can be blown out from the connecting cylinder 10 and reach the specified position, thereby preventing dust from rising and removing dust, when in operation and dust needs to be removed from the specified position, the movable supporting pipe 134 and the movable sealing pipe 135 enable the dust collection box 136 to face the specified position, after that, the suction fan 131 is started to suck air and make dust enter the water in the water storage tank 144 through the movable sealing pipe 135, the first conveying pipe 132 and the communicating pipe 143 for filtering, then the water passes through the communicating port 145 and permeates the dust suction box 136 for filtering again, and finally flows out from the exhaust hole 137, so that dust suction treatment can be performed, when the dust suction device moves, the driving moving motor 207 can drive the turbine 205, the worm 204, the connecting shaft 202 and the auxiliary wheel 203 to rotate through the speed reducer 206, so that the auxiliary supporting plate 1 can move, and dust removal work can be performed on different positions.
