Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a medical instrument according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a handle 1 for holding and a working head 2 connected to the handle 1, wherein the working head 2 includes at least two firing bars and a firing shell 20 covering the outside of the firing bars, and the firing bars move relative to the firing shell 20.

For the sake of distinction, the shift lever 4 is a first shift lever and a second shift lever, respectively, and the first shift lever or the second shift lever is shifted forward, and the clamp or the cutter or the grasper extends at one end of the firing housing 20. Toggling the first toggle lever or the second toggle lever backwards retracts the jaws or shears or graspers into the firing housing 20.
The medical instrument further comprises a firing stop 3 selectively retainable to the firing bar to limit firing of the firing bar. 7. The medical device of claim 1, wherein each of said firing bars has a stop disposed thereon, said firing stop interfering with said stop to limit firing of said firing bars.
8. The medical instrument of claim 7 wherein said firing stop includes a catch that interferes with said stop and a press located to one side of said catch for applying force.
9. The medical instrument of claim 1, wherein the working head further comprises a drive device coupled to the firing bar for driving the firing bar, the drive device comprising a drive motor, a first gear coupled to the drive motor, a second gear in mesh with the first gear, and a threaded rod coupled to the second gear, the drive device coupled to the firing bar via the threaded rod.
10. The medical device of claim 9, wherein said handle further comprises a housing, a control circuit disposed within said housing, and a first switch and a second switch disposed on said housing in signal communication with said control circuit, said drive means being in signal communication with said control circuit.
