Description

Tobacco shred expanding agent
Technical Field
The invention relates to an expanding agent, in particular to a tobacco shred expanding agent used in the tobacco processing industry.
Background
The tobacco shred expansion technology is a new technology which is rapidly developed in the end of sixties and in the early seventies, and the filling capacity of the tobacco shreds can be obviously improved after expansion treatment, so that the consumption of single boxes of tobacco leaves of cigarettes is reduced, and the nicotine content of smoke in the tobacco shreds is reduced. The cigarette is doped with the expanded cut tobacco, so that the combustion performance of the cigarette can be enhanced, and the tar content in the cigarette is further reduced, and therefore, related technologies and equipment are researched and developed in various countries in the world.
The tobacco industry generally adopts a freon tobacco shred expansion method, and CFC-11 discharged in the production process is forbidden to be used because the CFC-11 destroys the ozone layer; the carbon dioxide expansion method has large equipment investment and high fragmentation rate; the nitrogen expansion method and the hydrocarbon expansion method are not popularized and used at home and abroad due to the safety reason.
The tobacco shred expanding agent used at present has more types, but the basic expanding process is similar. The tobacco shred expanding agent is soaked into the tobacco shred at a certain temperature and pressure by utilizing the wettability and the dissolubility of the tobacco shred expanding agent, and is quickly gasified by utilizing the volatility of the tobacco shred expanding agent under the action of heat, so that the effect of expanding the tobacco shred is achieved.
CN1656948A discloses a tobacco shred expanding agent which is composed of pentafluoropropane, pentafluorobutane and decafluoropentane or perfluorobutyl methyl ether according to a certain proportion, has the characteristics of zero or very low ozone consumption potential, moderate boiling point, safety, low toxicity, incombustibility, volatility and the like, and can be used as a tobacco shred expanding agent in the tobacco industry instead of CFC-11.
CN1823637A discloses a tobacco shred expansion agent composition, which is composed of pentafluorobutane and heptafluoropropane, a second is composed of pentafluorobutane and hexafluoropropane, a third is composed of pentafluorobutane and pentafluoropropane, a fourth is composed of pentafluorobutane and tetrafluoroethane, and a fifth is composed of pentafluorobutane and decafluoropentane. The tobacco shred expansion agent composition has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP), moderate boiling point, safety, low toxicity and incombustibility, and can replace CFC-11 to be used as a tobacco shred expansion agent in the tobacco industry.
CN101766328A discloses a tobacco shred expanding agent composition, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50-99% of fluorinated alkane and 1-50% of alcohol or ether or alkane, wherein the fluorinated alkane is one or any combination of more of pentafluoropropane, pentafluorobutane, decafluoropentane or methoxy heptafluoropropane. The environment-friendly tobacco shred expansion agent composition has good chemical stability, and the Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) index of the environment-friendly tobacco shred expansion agent composition is zero and is far lower than CFC-11.
Most of the above tobacco shred swelling agents adopt hydrofluorocarbon, contain no chlorine in the molecule, only hydrogen and fluorine atoms, and do not destroy the ozone layer, and ODP is 0. However, the substances have long atmospheric lifetime, relatively high greenhouse effect and large GWP (the greenhouse gas has the potential capability of causing global warming within 100 years relative to carbon dioxide, and the larger the value is, the larger the greenhouse effect is caused by the longer the atmospheric lifetime of the substances is, and the GWP of the saturated hydrofluorocarbon tobacco shred expansion agent is different from thousands to tens of thousands). Hydrofluorocarbons were listed as greenhouse gases by the Kyoto protocol passed in 1997. As most hydrofluorochlorocarbons begin to gradually convert to hydrofluorocarbons, the sound of global cuts to hydrofluorocarbons begins to emerge. In 2016, 10/15 days, the 28 th book of the Montreal protocol agreed upon and agreed upon the reduction of the potent greenhouse gas Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) that contribute to global warming. According to the content of the amendments, more than 100 developing countries including China have made a definite schedule to cut down the usage of hydrofluorocarbons, and the consumption and production of frozen HFCs from 2024 to 2040 years, all countries are expected to consume HFCs not more than 15% -20% of their respective benchmark, and the selection of alternatives to hydrofluorocarbons will become one of the next major jobs. The alternatives currently under investigation worldwide need to meet simultaneously: the Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) is approximately O, the greenhouse effect potential (GWP) is as low as possible, and the atmospheric lifetime is as short as possible. The agreement has been signed to provide a challenge to the use of the above series of hydrofluorocarbon tobacco extender formulations.
The tobacco shred expanding agent provided by the patent has the characteristics of zero ODP value, very low GWP value, moderate boiling point, safety, low toxicity, incombustibility, volatility and the like, and is suitable for being used in the tobacco processing industry.

1. the tobacco shred swelling agent used by the invention has low solubility of raw materials in water, thus being beneficial to the separation and recycling of swelling substances and greatly reducing the cost of the tobacco shred swelling agent.
2. The ester compound used by the tobacco shred expanding agent is a small molecular compound, and because the tobacco shreds can be expanded by small pores, a plurality of large tobacco shred expanding compound molecules cannot enter micropores of the tobacco shreds at present, while the ester compound can smoothly enter the micropores to play a role in increasing the expansion efficiency, thereby greatly meeting the use requirements of the conventional tobacco shred expanding agent. Because the ODP index of the added ester compound is zero, the ODP index cannot be increased, and the damage to the ozone layer cannot be caused. In addition, the swelling agent of the ester compound does not undergo thermal decomposition or property change during the swelling process, and thus has good thermochemical stability and does not undergo thermal decomposition or thermal instability.
3. The halogenated olefin, the alcohol, the halogenated ether and the ester compound in the tobacco shred expanding agent are all nontoxic substances, so that the tobacco shred expanding agent does not cause toxic influence on the environment and human bodies, and the residual amount of the expanding agent is also low.
