Specifically, taking an electromechanical device as an example, the data acquisition category may refer to temperature and humidity in the electromechanical device, voltage and current of each component module (such as a lamp panel and a motor), a working state of a photoelectric sensor, a motion state of the motor, and the like, and for improvement and upgrade of actual operation and maintenance requirements and subsequent devices, the acquisition configuration file may support dynamic modification of the operation and maintenance data category to be acquired and monitored before the operation and maintenance data acquisition.
The effective data acquisition range refers to the data acquisition control unit which is used as a basis for judging whether the acquired data obtained by the primary calculation is triggered to be preferentially uploaded or trigger equipment fault alarm when the acquisition control unit acquires and calculates the data at a high frequency. For example, the data collection effective range sets an alarm when the effective value of the light receiving amount of the photosensor is less than 50%, and determines that the sensor is faulty when the effective value is less than 30%. And after receiving the corresponding acquisition configuration information, the acquisition control unit analyzes and calculates the acquired light receiving quantity data of the photoelectric sensor and compares whether the calculation result is in an effective range. According to the comparison result, if the light receiving quantity of the photoelectric sensor is lower than 50%, the collected data needs to be uploaded preferentially; if the light receiving quantity of the photoelectric sensor is lower than 30%, besides the need of preferentially uploading the collected data, the working state of the electromechanical device is required to be set to be in a service stop state or a fault state synchronously.
The data acquisition calculation parameters and the data acquisition calculation rules mainly provide calculation rules and basis for edge calculation of each acquisition control unit. By configuring the acquisition configuration parameters, the data processing calculation pressure and the data storage pressure of the upper operation and maintenance monitoring unit can be reduced, and the operation and maintenance data transmitted by the transmission network of the operation and maintenance monitoring system can be ensured to be more accurate and real-time. The data acquisition calculation parameters and the data acquisition calculation rules can be dynamically modified according to the utilization rate of the MCU of the acquisition control unit and actual operation and maintenance requirements, and the configuration corresponding to the data acquisition calculation parameters and the data acquisition calculation rules is carried out when the acquisition configuration file is configured on the operation monitoring unit according to the real-time operation and maintenance data acquisition requirements. For example, the operation and maintenance monitoring unit issues a collection voltage frequency of a certain collection control unit as 1kHZ, and starts a 12-bit AD converter. Assuming that the ratio of the divided voltage value of the sampling voltage point to the power voltage is 1: 5 and the ADC sampling reference voltage adopted by the acquisition control unit is 3.3V in the hardware design of the acquisition control unit, the acquisition control unit calculates the acquisition voltage value required to be uploaded according to the following calculation formula:

wherein A is the accumulated sum of 1000 digital quantities acquired by the acquisition control unit within 1 second, and 4096 is the maximum digital quantity corresponding to 12-bit AD.
In addition, the uploading priority of the operation and maintenance data divides the uploading priority of the operation and maintenance data category into three levels, namely high level, medium level and low level. When the acquisition control unit calculates, analyzes and judges that a plurality of types of acquired data need to be uploaded, the operation and maintenance data with the highest uploading priority is selected to be preferentially uploaded to the data collection unit according to the uploading priorities corresponding to the operation and maintenance data. Therefore, the real-time performance of the operation and maintenance monitoring system on the operation and maintenance data acquisition is enhanced, the problem that the data uploading is delayed when the operation and maintenance data amount needing to be acquired and uploaded is too large is avoided, and the important operation and maintenance data can be timely uploaded to the operation and maintenance monitoring unit.

On the other hand, in the operation and maintenance data transmission network of the operation and maintenance monitoring system in the embodiment of the application, the data collection unit is in signal connection with the corresponding acquisition control unit through the RS485 bus or the wireless communication module. Because the communication interface of the operation and maintenance data is reused with the original service communication interface for data transmission, the original service communication software protocol and code of each acquisition control unit need to be modified, the real-time performance and accuracy of the transmission of the operation and maintenance data and the original service data are influenced, and the later operation maintenance and software upgrading and updating of the equipment are not facilitated. Therefore, the operation and maintenance data transmission line and the original service data transmission interface are independently separated by adopting an operation and maintenance data transmission mode of the RS485 bus or the wireless communication module, so that the interference between data can be avoided, and the real-time performance and the accuracy of data transmission are ensured.
The operation and maintenance monitoring unit sends the corresponding acquisition configuration files to the data collection units according to the real-time operation and maintenance data acquisition requirements, the data collection units analyze the acquisition configuration information in the acquisition configuration files and send the acquisition configuration information to the corresponding acquisition control units, and the acquisition control units acquire and process the operation and maintenance data based on the corresponding acquisition configuration information and upload the operation and maintenance data to the operation and maintenance monitoring unit through the data collection units. By adopting the technical means, the acquisition control units can acquire, process and upload the operation and maintenance data according to the operation and maintenance data processing information and the uploading priority in the acquisition configuration information, so that the pertinence and effectiveness of the operation and maintenance data acquisition are ensured, the operation and maintenance data of the equipment are avoided from being complicated, the complex flow of effective data screening is avoided, and the operation and maintenance of the equipment are optimized.
In addition, in the transmission network of the operation and maintenance monitoring system in the embodiment of the application, the communication line between the acquisition control unit and the data collection unit is established by adopting the RS485 bus or the wireless communication module, the transmission line of the operation and maintenance data is distinguished from the original service data transmission line of the device, and the operation and maintenance data is collected to the data collection unit in an independent line transmission mode. Therefore, data interference in a transmission network can be avoided, and the accuracy and the real-time performance of the operation and maintenance data are ensured.

Referring to fig. 4, the data acquisition device of the operation and maintenance monitoring system provided in this embodiment specifically includes: the device comprises a configuration module, an analysis module, an acquisition module and a return module.
The configuration module is used for sending corresponding acquisition configuration files to each data collection unit through the operation and maintenance monitoring unit according to the real-time operation and maintenance data acquisition requirements;
the analysis module is used for receiving the corresponding acquisition configuration file through the data collection unit, analyzing the acquisition configuration file to obtain acquisition configuration information, and sending the corresponding acquisition configuration information to the corresponding acquisition control unit according to an acquisition task, wherein the acquisition configuration information comprises processing information corresponding to the operation and maintenance data and an uploading priority;
the acquisition module is used for receiving corresponding acquisition configuration information through the acquisition control unit, acquiring and processing operation and maintenance data based on the corresponding acquisition configuration information, and uploading the operation and maintenance data to the data collection unit;
and the return module is used for collecting the corresponding operation and maintenance data uploaded by the acquisition control unit through the data collection unit and returning the operation and maintenance data to the operation and maintenance monitoring unit.
The operation and maintenance monitoring unit sends the corresponding acquisition configuration files to the data collection units according to the real-time operation and maintenance data acquisition requirements, the data collection units analyze the acquisition configuration information in the acquisition configuration files and send the acquisition configuration information to the corresponding acquisition control units, and the acquisition control units acquire and process the operation and maintenance data based on the corresponding acquisition configuration information and upload the operation and maintenance data to the operation and maintenance monitoring unit through the data collection units. By adopting the technical means, the acquisition control units can acquire, process and upload the operation and maintenance data according to the operation and maintenance data processing information and the uploading priority in the acquisition configuration information, so that the pertinence and effectiveness of the operation and maintenance data acquisition are ensured, the operation and maintenance data of the equipment are avoided from being complicated, the complex flow of effective data screening is avoided, and the operation and maintenance of the equipment are optimized.
