the authority comprises five types of authority main bodies including functions, roles, users, groups and special attributes, wherein: the function is the smallest non-separable unit of authority in cross-domain authority management; the roles comprise a system administrator, a security administrator, an audit administrator and an application administrator; the groups correspond to different functional departments; the user corresponds to a specific worker; the special attribute is a special definition of a specific authority object, and can be endowed with a user or a role and used in combination with functions to realize different authority control functions;
3) and a cross-domain message bus is established in the automation systems of the main network and the distribution network and among different systems, when equipment of another domain is operated in the domain, the domain sends messages in the mode of messages in the other domain, and the other domain receives the messages in an undifferentiated mode, so that cross-domain mutual transmission of the messages is realized.

For example, if a device in the EMS system is blocked by remote access in the DMS, then the EMS device blocking message needs to be sent from the DMS to the EMS in a cross-domain message and processed by the EMS.
