s1: the upper end of the special tool is tightly held at a proper position of a vertical connecting rod at the upper part of the anchor ear, and the lower end of the special tool is fixed on a flange of the mechanism output, so that the mechanism output flange is fixedly connected with the vertical connecting rod through the special tool;
s2: marking the original positions of the vertical connecting rod and the mechanism flange of the fixed tool by using a marker pen, removing the original anchor ear, installing a new anchor ear with a locating pin back to the mechanism, and locking the new anchor ear according to the required moment;
s3: after the new anchor ear is locked, the special tool is dismantled, the mark is observed, and no displacement between the mechanism flange and the vertical connecting rod is ensured again, so that the isolating switch can normally operate.
