1. A method for recording a pain part of a patient body based on a human body diagram is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
when a pain recording request is received, displaying a three-dimensional human body image in a graphic area of a newly added pain interface, displaying labels of maximum category parts at all maximum category parts of a human body, and displaying menu bar options for recording pain conditions in a menu bar area of the newly added pain interface;
when a first trigger instruction generated after triggering the labeling of any maximum category part is received, displaying the sub-part of the maximum category part in the graphic area and displaying the labeling of the sub-part;
when a second trigger instruction generated after any sub-part is triggered is received, displaying a plurality of selectable directions of the sub-part in the graphic area;
generating a record display interface and displaying in the record display interface when receiving a position instruction generated after triggering any optional position and receiving a determination instruction: and establishing and displaying a pain mark pattern and pain condition description information corresponding to the sub-part and the selected position in the stereoscopic human body map and the selected position corresponding to the sub-part in the stereoscopic human body map.
2. The anthropometric chart-based method for recording pain regions of a patient's body as claimed in claim 1, wherein: further comprising:
providing a turning trigger interface;
when a pain recording request is received, displaying the front side of the three-dimensional human body diagram and displaying labels of various maximum category parts on the front side of the human body;
and when a turn-over instruction formed by clicking the turn-over trigger interface is received, displaying the reverse side of the three-dimensional human body figure and displaying the labels of the maximum category parts of the reverse side of the human body.

The anthropometric chart-based method for recording pain regions of a patient's body as claimed in claim 1, wherein: when the labels of the maximum category parts of the human body are displayed, if the maximum category parts do not contain the sub-parts, a marking frame is configured beside the maximum category parts, and the second trigger instruction is generated when the marking frame is selected so as to display a plurality of selectable directions of the sub-parts.

6. The anthropometric chart-based method for recording pain regions of a patient's body as claimed in claim 1, wherein: further comprising:
displaying a whole-body mark frame, an uncertain mark frame and other mark frames in the graphic area;
and generating corresponding marked characters when any one of the whole body marked frame, the uncertain marked frame and other marked frames is selected.

The anthropometric chart-based method for recording pain regions of a patient's body as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the menu bar region displaying menu bar options for recording pain conditions comprising: various combinations of onset time of pain, area of onset of disease, classification of pain, nature of pain; the pain condition description information displayed by the record display interface comprises pain current status information, pain background information, pain risk assessment information and suggestion information.
9. An electronic terminal, characterized by: the method comprises the following steps:
