In the embodiment of the invention, a 3D voiceprint model of the user can be stored in the body of the intelligent air conditioner, and the 3D voiceprint model is voice information sent out by the user at different orientations relative to the body of the intelligent air conditioner, for example, at the left orientation, the right orientation and the middle orientation relative to the body of the intelligent air conditioner. The voice message may include a registration word required when performing identity registration of the user, for example, "registration voiceprint information". Voiceprint information of the user can be extracted from the voice information to form a 3D voiceprint model of the user. When target voiceprint information matched with the voiceprint information extracted from the target voice information exists in the stored 3D voiceprint model of the user, the current user can be determined to be a legal user, namely, the user voiceprint registration is carried out in the body of the intelligent air conditioner, and therefore corresponding service can be provided for the current user.
In one embodiment of the present invention, when it is determined that the target voiceprint information is present,
before the executing the target request for requesting information from the external cloud server is sent to the cloud server, the method further includes:
s1: determining whether a first command word requesting information from an external cloud server exists in the at least one preset command word, if so, executing S2, otherwise, executing S3;
s2: executing the target request for requesting information from an external cloud server to be sent to the cloud server;
s3: and operating according to a second command word used for controlling the body of the intelligent air conditioner in the at least one preset command word.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the collected target sound information may be used to request a corresponding service from the cloud server, or may be an instruction for controlling the body of the intelligent air conditioner, so that the target request may be sent to the cloud server based on a command word in the sound information, or the body of the intelligent air conditioner may be operated according to the target sound information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after the operating according to the second command word used for controlling the body of the intelligent air conditioner in the at least one preset command word, the method further includes:
storing the second command word;
when the target sound information is used for awakening the intelligent air conditioner, determining whether a working mode of the intelligent air conditioner set by the current user exists in the stored second command words;
and when the working mode of the intelligent air conditioner set by the current user exists, the intelligent air conditioner operates according to the working mode set by the current user last time.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the target sound information is used for controlling the body of the intelligent air conditioner, the second command word in the target sound information can be stored, so that when the target sound information is only used for waking up the body of the intelligent air conditioner and other controls are not performed on the body of the intelligent air conditioner, the working mode of the body of the intelligent air conditioner which is adjusted last time can be determined based on the stored second command word, and then the intelligent air conditioner operates according to the working mode which is adjusted last time by the current user, so that more humanized service is provided for the user.
In order to facilitate the user to manage the 3D voiceprint model, in an embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
determining a corresponding identifier of each 3D voiceprint model;
and sending the identification to the cloud server so that the cloud server stores the identification, an external intelligent terminal can manage the identification stored by the cloud server conveniently, and the identification managed by the intelligent terminal is updated.
In embodiments of the present invention, the 3D voiceprint model for each user may be encoded, for example, based on the sequential encoding of the user's registered voiceprints, to determine the corresponding identity. And then uploading the identification to a cloud server so that the user can manage the identification of the 3D voiceprint model of the user through the intelligent terminal to change and the like. For example, the identification of user a's 3D voiceprint model is "023", the user can visit the cloud server through the smart phone to change the identification of 3D voiceprint model into "certain liu" for "023", so that the cloud server changes the identification of 3D voiceprint model into "certain liu" from "023" and sends the body of intelligent air conditioner, so that the body of intelligent air conditioner changes the identification of the 3D voiceprint model stored into "certain liu" from "023", and when the user corresponding to the certain "liu" of 3D voiceprint model is controlling the body of intelligent air conditioner, the typeface of the 3D voiceprint model "certain liu" is displayed, so that the interest of user interaction is increased.
In order to facilitate a user to operate and control the intelligent air conditioner through other intelligent devices, in an embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
when a networking instruction input by the current user is received, starting a Bluetooth function, so that an external intelligent terminal can be networked with the intelligent air conditioner body through the Bluetooth function;
when the intelligent air conditioner is successfully networked, an indicator lamp used for indicating the success of the intelligent air conditioner networking is constantly on the intelligent air conditioner body.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the current user is an intelligent air conditioner and is in a network distribution, the Bluetooth function of the body of the intelligent air conditioner can be firstly started so as to realize the network connection of the body of the intelligent air conditioner through an intelligent terminal (such as a smart phone, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a tablet personal computer and the like), after the network connection of the body of the intelligent air conditioner is successful, the indicator lamp which can be used for indicating the network connection success on the equipment can be normally on, and when the network connection is disconnected, the indicator lamp which indicates the network connection condition of the equipment is turned off so as to ensure the network connection condition of the equipment through the indicator lamp by the user.
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent air conditioner, including:
the information identification module 201 is configured to determine whether at least one piece of target sound information exists in sound information collected by at least three microphones when sound information input by a current user is collected by the at least three microphones, where the target sound information includes at least one preset command word;
a denoising processing module 202, configured to, when at least one piece of target sound information exists in the sound information respectively acquired by the at least three microphones, respectively denoise the target sound information determined by each piece of information identification module 201, to obtain denoised target sound information;
a voiceprint extracting module 203, configured to extract voiceprint information of the current user from the target sound information subjected to noise reduction by each of the noise reduction processing modules 202;
the information processing module 204 is configured to determine whether the current user has the authority to control the body of the intelligent air conditioner according to the voiceprint information extracted by the voiceprint extraction module 203; when the current user is determined to have the right of controlling the body of the intelligent air conditioner, sending a target request for requesting information from an external cloud server to the cloud server so as to enable the cloud server to store the target request, wherein the target request comprises at least one command word; and executing operation corresponding to an operation instruction returned by an external cloud server, wherein the operation instruction is determined by the cloud server according to the stored historical operation of the current user and the at least one preset command word in the target request.
In the embodiment of the invention, the voice information input by the current user is collected through the plurality of microphones, so that the voice information of the current user can be prevented from being missed; because different microphones are arranged at different positions on the intelligent air conditioner body, voice information input by a user may exist in sound information collected by different microphones, and also the distance between the current user and a certain microphone is relatively far, so that the sound information collected by the microphones is small and is not convenient to identify, and therefore whether target sound information comprising at least one command word exists in the collected sound information can be judged, and the sound information collected by the microphones is prevented from being sound generated by misoperation of the current user; when the target sound information is determined to exist, noise reduction processing can be performed on the target sound information firstly to reduce the influence of noise on the identification of the identity of the current user, then voiceprint information of the current user is extracted to determine the access authority of the current user based on the voiceprint information, and when the current user has the authority of accessing the intelligent air conditioner body, a target request can be sent to the cloud server based on a command word in the target sound information, so that the cloud server returns a corresponding operation instruction based on the historical operation of the current user and the current target request, the body of the intelligent air conditioner is enabled to operate according to the operation instruction, corresponding service is provided for the user, and the use experience of the user is improved.
It is understood that the illustrated structure of the embodiment of the present invention does not constitute a specific limitation to the intelligent air conditioner. In other embodiments of the invention, a smart air conditioner may include more or fewer components than shown, or combine certain components, or split certain components, or a different arrangement of components. The illustrated components may be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination of software and hardware.
As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a voice control system, including: at least one of the smart air conditioner 301 and the cloud server 302 in any of the above embodiments;
the cloud server is used for storing historical operation of at least one user corresponding to each intelligent air conditioner, storing the target request as the historical operation of the current user when receiving the target request sent by the intelligent air conditioner, determining an operation instruction executed by the intelligent air conditioner according to the historical operation of the current user and the target request, and sending the operation instruction to the intelligent air conditioner.

In fig. 3, 3 smart air conditioners are shown.
In order to facilitate a user to control the body of the intelligent air conditioner when the user is far away from the body of the intelligent air conditioner, in an embodiment of the present invention, the voice control system further includes: at least one intelligent terminal;
the intelligent terminal is used for sending a control request for requesting a UI (user interface) corresponding to the intelligent air conditioner to the cloud server when receiving a control instruction input by the current user, and analyzing the UI package to obtain at least one UI when obtaining the UI package corresponding to the control request returned by the cloud server so that the current user can control the intelligent air conditioner through functions in each UI interface;
and the cloud server is used for acquiring the UI packet from the intelligent air conditioner and sending the UI packet to the intelligent terminal when receiving the control request.
In the embodiment of the invention, if a user needs to control the body of the intelligent air conditioner through the intelligent terminal, the intelligent terminal can request the UI interface corresponding to the body of the intelligent air conditioner from the cloud server, so that the cloud server can return the UI package corresponding to the body of the intelligent air conditioner, and the intelligent terminal can enter the UI interface for controlling the body of the intelligent air conditioner by operating the UI package so as to control equipment through each function in the UI interface.
As shown in fig. 4, in order to more clearly illustrate the technical solution and advantages of the present invention, the following takes a smart phone a401, a notebook computer b402, an intelligent air conditioner c403, and an intelligent air conditioner d404 as an example, and the voice control system provided by the present invention is described in detail, which specifically includes the following steps:
the cloud server 405 is connected with the smart phone a401, the notebook computer b402, the smart air conditioner c403 and the smart air conditioner d404 respectively.
Specifically, a high in the clouds server can connect an intelligent terminal and also can connect many intelligent terminals, and likewise, can connect an intelligent air conditioner and also can connect many intelligent air conditioners to the user controls different intelligent air conditioners through different intelligent terminals.
The intelligent air conditioner c403 and the intelligent air conditioner d404 are respectively provided with at least three in-line microphones, each microphone is arranged on the front of the intelligent air conditioner c403 and the front of the body of the intelligent air conditioner d404, and the at least three microphones arranged on each device are parallel to the ground level surface.
Specifically, in order to guarantee that the intelligent air conditioner can collect the sound information sent by the user in different directions, the body of the intelligent air conditioner is usually placed close to the wall, and the voice is collected mainly from the front 180 degrees of the air conditioner, so that the front of the body of the intelligent air conditioner can be provided with a plurality of microphones, and each microphone is in a linear array.
When at least one loudspeaker is arranged on each of the intelligent air conditioner c403 and the intelligent air conditioner d404, the linear distance between the loudspeaker on the intelligent air conditioner c403 and the microphone on the intelligent air conditioner c403 is not less than a preset threshold value; the linear distance between the loudspeaker on the intelligent air conditioner d404 and the microphone on the intelligent air conditioner d404 is not less than the preset threshold value.
In particular, in order to facilitate interaction with a user through voice, a speaker, for example, a horn, may be further provided on the body of the smart air conditioner. The linear distance between the microphone on the speaker on the body of intelligence air conditioner and this equipment is not less than predetermined threshold value to avoid the speaker to cause the interference to the voiceprint collection of microphone when carrying out voice broadcast.
And the intelligent air conditioner c403 is used for starting the Bluetooth function when receiving the networking instruction input by the current user.
Specifically, the current user may control the smart air conditioner c403 to turn on the bluetooth function by operating a button on the smart air conditioner c403 or by a networking instruction in a voice form.
The smart phone a401 is used for establishing connection with the bluetooth of the smart air conditioner c403 and distributing a network for the smart air conditioner c403, so that the smart air conditioner c403 can be connected with the network.
And the intelligent air conditioner c403 is used for enabling an indicator lamp used for indicating the success of the networking of the intelligent air conditioner c403 to be always on when the networking is successful. Storing 3D voiceprint models of a user 'triquette' and a user 'minor graduate', wherein the 3D voiceprint models are composed of voiceprints in voice information sent by the user in different directions relative to the body of the intelligent air conditioner c 403; and respectively corresponding identifications of the user 'trivia' and the user 'trivia' 3D voiceprint models are determined, and the determined identifications are sent to the cloud server 405.
Specifically, for the convenience of the user controls intelligent air conditioner through other intelligent equipment, the user accessible has networking function's intelligent equipment when networking for intelligent air conditioner, for example, cell-phone, panel computer etc. intelligent air conditioner can show networking state through the pilot lamp that instructs networking state after the networking is successful. In order to provide different personalized services for different users, when the user initially controls the intelligent air conditioner, the user can register a corresponding 3D voiceprint model on the intelligent air conditioner, namely preset registration words are input in different directions and different distances relative to the intelligent air conditioner, so that the intelligent air conditioner can collect voiceprint information of the user from voice information input by the user to form a three-dimensional 3D voiceprint model, an identifier set by a system is determined for the 3D voiceprint model, the identifier of the 3D voiceprint model is sent to a cloud server, and meanwhile, a VIP indicator light for indicating successful voiceprint information registration of the user can be lightened, so that the user can clearly determine successful voiceprint information registration.
The cloud server 405 is configured to store an identifier corresponding to the 3D voiceprint model of the user "triquette" sent by the intelligent air conditioner c403, and an identifier corresponding to the 3D voiceprint model of the user "triquette", and store historical operations of the user "triquette" and the user "triquette" on the intelligent air conditioner c 403.
Specifically, the cloud server may store identifiers corresponding to 3D voiceprint models of different users, may also store an operation of requesting data from the cloud server by the user as a history operation, so that the user performs operations such as changing and deleting on the identifiers corresponding to the stored 3D voiceprint models, and is further convenient for the user to provide corresponding services to the user based on the history operation corresponding to the user when requesting data again, for example, when the user requests to play a song again and does not indicate a specific name of the song, the song in 80 s or 90 s among 90% of songs played in the history operation of the user "little tret" may be selected as an operation instruction to be returned to the intelligent air conditioner c403 based on the history operation of the user, so that the intelligent air conditioner c403 plays the song.
The smart phone is configured to send a control request for requesting a UI interface corresponding to the smart air conditioner to the cloud server 405 when receiving a control instruction sent by the user "subthread", and parse the UI package to obtain at least one UI interface when obtaining the UI package corresponding to the control request returned by the cloud server 405, so that the user "subthread" controls the smart air conditioner c403 through functions in each UI interface.
And the cloud server 405 is configured to obtain the UI package from the smart air conditioner c403 and send the UI package to the smart phone when receiving a control request from the smart phone.
Specifically, the UI interfaces corresponding to different intelligent air conditioners may be different, and therefore, after the user determines the intelligent air conditioner to be controlled, the cloud server may return the UI interface corresponding to the intelligent air conditioner to the smart phone.
A smart air conditioner c403 for performing:
when sound information input by a current user is collected through at least three microphones, whether at least one piece of target sound information exists in the sound information collected by the at least three microphones is determined, wherein the target sound information comprises at least one preset command word.
Specifically, a user can input corresponding command words to the intelligent air conditioner if the user needs to control the intelligent air conditioner, so that the intelligent air conditioner can collect voice information of the user, because the plurality of microphones are arranged at different positions on the body of the intelligent air conditioner, and the directions of the bodies of the corresponding intelligent air conditioners are different when the user sends the voice information, some microphones can collect the voice information, but the voice of the user in the voice information is very small, and some microphones can collect the voice information with relatively large voice, therefore, effective target voice information needs to be determined from the voice information collected by the different microphones, that is, whether the command words for controlling the intelligent air conditioner exist in the collected voice information is determined, after the target voice information exists, the target voice information can be determined to be the effective information, and therefore, the collected target voice information can be subjected to noise reduction processing, so as to extract the voiceprint information of the current user and determine whether the identity of the current user is legal or not.
When at least one piece of target sound information exists in the sound information respectively collected by the at least three microphones, collecting the environmental noise of the environment where the current user is located.
Specifically, when the collected sound information is determined to be valid information, the environmental noise of the environment where the current user is located may be collected, so as to remove the environmental noise from the target sound information, and obtain the voiceprint information of the current user.
The collection of the environmental noise of the current environment where the user is located may be performed after the collection of the voice information input by the user, or may be performed continuously by collecting the environmental noise of the current user through a microphone. If the ambient noise of the current user is continuously collected through the microphone, after the sound information of the current user is collected, the collected sound information can be subjected to noise reduction processing based on the ambient noise in a period of time before the sound information is collected.
And respectively removing the environmental noise from each piece of target sound information to obtain the target sound information subjected to noise reduction.
And respectively extracting the voiceprint information of the current user from each piece of denoised target sound information.
Specifically, in order to improve the accuracy of voiceprint recognition of the user, each piece of target sound information may be subjected to noise reduction processing, so that voiceprint information of the user is extracted from different pieces of target sound information, and whether the identity of the user is legal or not is judged based on a plurality of pieces of voiceprint information of the user.
And determining whether the extracted voiceprint information contains target voiceprint information, wherein the similarity between the target voiceprint information and a target voiceprint model in the stored 3D voiceprint model is larger than a preset similarity value.
Specifically, since the sound information sent by the user in different directions may have slight differences, and the voiceprint information sent by the user in different states also has slight differences, when the extracted voiceprint information is compared with the stored 3D voiceprint model, and a target voiceprint model having a similarity reaching a preset similarity value with any one of the extracted target voiceprint models exists in the stored 3D voiceprint model, it can be determined that the identity of the current user is legal, and the intelligent air conditioner has an authority to control the body of the intelligent air conditioner. If the stored 3D voiceprint model does not have the target voiceprint model with the similarity reaching the similarity value with the extracted voiceprint model, the current user can be requested to register the voiceprint information so as to control the equipment.
When it is determined that the target voiceprint information exists, performing:
a1: and determining whether a first command word requesting information from the cloud server 405 exists in at least one preset command word, if so, executing A2, and otherwise, executing A4.
A2: a target request for requesting information from the cloud server 405 is sent to the cloud server 405, where the target request includes at least one first command word.
Specifically, the command word in the voice information input by the current user may be used to control the body of the intelligent air conditioner, for example, to increase the temperature, decrease the wind speed, or the like, and may also be used to request data from the cloud server.
A2: and executing an operation corresponding to an operation instruction returned by the cloud server 405, wherein the operation instruction is an instruction determined by the cloud server 405 according to at least one preset command word in the stored historical operation and target request of the current user.
Specifically, when the cloud server returns an operation instruction, the operation is performed according to the operation instruction, and one user provides corresponding service.
A4: and operating according to a second command word for controlling the body of the intelligent air conditioner in the at least one preset command word, storing the second command word, and executing A5.
Specifically, if the target sound information is not information for sending the request to the cloud server, corresponding operation may be performed according to the second command word in the target sound information, so as to provide a corresponding service for the user.
A5: when the target sound information is used to wake up the smart air conditioner, it is determined whether the operating mode of the smart air conditioner currently set by the user exists in the stored second command word, and a6 is performed.
A6: and when the working mode of the intelligent air conditioner set by the current user exists, the intelligent air conditioner operates according to the working mode set by the current user last time.
Specifically, if the target sound information is only used for waking up the smart air conditioner, and other control operations are not performed on the smart air conditioner, the body of the smart air conditioner may determine, based on the second command word corresponding to the user stored in history, the operation mode of the smart air conditioner that was last adjusted by the user, and provide corresponding services to the user according to the latest operation mode.
For example, in the second command word stored by the user, there is an operation mode "deliver cool air, 25 °" set by the user last time, and the operation can be performed according to "deliver cool air, 25 °".
Because the information interaction, execution process, and other contents between the units in the device are based on the same concept as the method embodiment of the present invention, specific contents may refer to the description in the method embodiment of the present invention, and are not described herein again.
In addition, the microphone can detect the voiceprint orientation in the voice information input by the user and display the voiceprint orientation through the state of the indicator light, when the user wakes up the command word 'wind moves along with the voice', the air conditioner starts the air supply mode, and meanwhile, the wind direction changes along with the voiceprint orientation. For example: when the system judges that the sound stripe direction is the left position, a left position lamp is lightened, and the air conditioner swinging page deviates leftwards;
specifically, in recognizing the voiceprint position of the voice information input by the user, the determination may be made according to the sizes of the voice information collected by different microphones, for example, in the body of the smart air conditioner, the microphone 1, the microphone 2, and the microphone 3 are respectively arranged from left to right, and the sizes of the voice information collected by the three microphones are sequentially the microphone 3, the microphone 2, and the microphone 1, so that it may be determined that the voice of the user is emitted from the right position of the body of the smart air conditioner, and based on the current operating mode of the smart air conditioner, for example, a cooling mode or a heating mode, it is determined whether to supply air to the "right position" or to avoid the "right position". For example, if the current working mode is the "refrigeration mode", the cold air is conveyed, so that the cold air can be conveyed to other directions by avoiding the "right direction" in order to avoid the cold catching of the user; if the current working mode is the heating mode, hot air is conveyed out, and then the hot air can be conveyed to the right position to supply heat for a user.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium, including: at least one memory and at least one processor;
the at least one memory to store a machine readable program;
the at least one processor is configured to invoke the machine readable program to perform the voice control method in any embodiment of the invention.
Embodiments of the present invention further provide a computer-readable medium, where computer instructions are stored, and when executed by a processor, cause the processor to execute a voice control method in any embodiment of the present invention.
Specifically, a system or an apparatus equipped with a storage medium on which software program codes that realize the functions of any of the above-described embodiments are stored may be provided, and a computer (or a CPU or MPU) of the system or the apparatus is caused to read out and execute the program codes stored in the storage medium.
In this case, the program code itself read from the storage medium can realize the functions of any of the above-described embodiments, and thus the program code and the storage medium storing the program code constitute a part of the present invention.
Examples of the storage medium for supplying the program code include a floppy disk, a hard disk, a magneto-optical disk, an optical disk (e.g., CD-ROM, CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-ROM, DVD-RAM, DVD-RW, DVD + RW), a magnetic tape, a nonvolatile memory card, and a ROM. Alternatively, the program code may be downloaded from a server computer via a communications network.
Further, it should be clear that the functions of any one of the above-described embodiments may be implemented not only by executing the program code read out by the computer, but also by causing an operating system or the like operating on the computer to perform a part or all of the actual operations based on instructions of the program code.
Further, it is to be understood that the program code read out from the storage medium is written to a memory provided in an expansion board inserted into the computer or to a memory provided in an expansion unit connected to the computer, and then causes a CPU or the like mounted on the expansion board or the expansion unit to perform part or all of the actual operations based on instructions of the program code, thereby realizing the functions of any of the above-described embodiments.
It should be noted that not all steps and modules in the above flows and system structure diagrams are necessary, and some steps or modules may be omitted according to actual needs. The execution order of the steps is not fixed and can be adjusted as required. The system structure described in the above embodiments may be a physical structure or a logical structure, that is, some modules may be implemented by the same physical entity, or some modules may be implemented by a plurality of physical entities, or some components in a plurality of independent devices may be implemented together.
In the above embodiments, the hardware unit may be implemented mechanically or electrically. Claims (10)

1. The voice control method is characterized by being applied to an intelligent air conditioner and comprising the following steps:
when sound information input by a current user is collected through at least three microphones, determining whether at least one piece of target sound information exists in the sound information collected by the at least three microphones, wherein the target sound information comprises at least one preset command word;
when at least one piece of target sound information exists in the sound information respectively collected by the at least three microphones, denoising each piece of target sound information respectively to obtain denoised target sound information;
extracting voiceprint information of the current user from each piece of denoised target sound information respectively;
determining whether the current user has the authority to control the body of the intelligent air conditioner or not according to the extracted voiceprint information;
when the current user is determined to have the right of controlling the body of the intelligent air conditioner, sending a target request for requesting information from an external cloud server to the cloud server so as to enable the cloud server to store the target request, wherein the target request comprises at least one command word;
and executing operation corresponding to an operation instruction returned by an external cloud server, wherein the operation instruction is determined by the cloud server according to the stored historical operation of the current user and the at least one preset command word in the target request.
2. The voice control method according to claim 1,
before the denoising each piece of the target sound information respectively to obtain the denoised target sound information, further comprising:
collecting the environmental noise of the environment where the current user is located;
the denoising of each piece of target sound information is performed respectively to obtain denoised target sound information, and the denoising method includes:
and removing the environmental noise from each piece of target sound information respectively to obtain the target sound information subjected to noise reduction.
3. The voice control method according to claim 1,
before the determining whether the current user has the authority to control the body of the intelligent air conditioner according to the extracted voiceprint information, the method further includes:
storing a 3D voiceprint model of at least one user, wherein the 3D voiceprint model is composed of voiceprints in voice information sent out by the user in different directions relative to the body of the intelligent air conditioner;
the determining, according to the extracted voiceprint information, whether the current user has a right to control the body of the intelligent air conditioner, and when it is determined that the current user has the right to control the body of the intelligent air conditioner, sending a target request for requesting information to an external cloud server to the cloud server, including:
determining whether target voiceprint information exists in the extracted voiceprint information, wherein the similarity between the target voiceprint information and a target voiceprint model in the stored 3D voiceprint model is larger than a preset similarity value;
and when the target voiceprint information is determined to exist, executing the target request for requesting the information from the external cloud server to be sent to the cloud server.
4. The voice control method according to claim 3,
when it is determined that the target voiceprint information exists,
before the executing the target request for requesting information from the external cloud server is sent to the cloud server, the method further includes:
s1: determining whether a first command word requesting information from an external cloud server exists in the at least one preset command word, if so, executing S2, otherwise, executing S3;
s2: executing the target request for requesting information from an external cloud server to be sent to the cloud server;
s3: and operating according to a second command word used for controlling the body of the intelligent air conditioner in the at least one preset command word.
5. The voice control method according to claim 4,
after the second command word for controlling the body of the intelligent air conditioner is operated according to the at least one preset command word, the method further includes:
storing the second command word;
when the target sound information is used for awakening the intelligent air conditioner, determining whether a working mode of the intelligent air conditioner set by the current user exists in the stored second command words;
and when the working mode of the intelligent air conditioner set by the current user exists, the intelligent air conditioner operates according to the working mode set by the current user last time.
6. The voice control method according to claim 3, further comprising:
determining a corresponding identifier of each 3D voiceprint model;
and sending the identification to the cloud server so that the cloud server stores the identification, an external intelligent terminal can manage the identification stored by the cloud server conveniently, and the identification managed by the intelligent terminal is updated.
7. The voice control method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by further comprising:
when a networking instruction input by the current user is received, starting a Bluetooth function, so that an external intelligent terminal can be networked with the intelligent air conditioner body through the Bluetooth function;
when the intelligent air conditioner is successfully networked, an indicator lamp used for indicating the success of the networking of the intelligent air conditioner is always on the intelligent air conditioner body;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the at least three microphones are arranged on the front surface of the intelligent air conditioner body in a straight line shape, wherein the at least three microphones after being arranged are parallel to the ground level surface;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
when the intelligent air conditioner is provided with at least one loudspeaker on the body, the linear distance between each loudspeaker and each microphone is not less than a preset threshold value.

the information identification module is used for determining whether at least one piece of target sound information exists in the sound information collected by at least three microphones when the sound information input by the current user is collected by the at least three microphones, wherein the target sound information comprises at least one preset command word;
the noise reduction processing module is configured to, when at least one piece of target sound information exists in the sound information respectively acquired by the at least three microphones, respectively perform noise reduction on the target sound information determined by each piece of information identification module to obtain the target sound information subjected to noise reduction;
the voiceprint extraction module is used for extracting the voiceprint information of the current user from the target sound information subjected to noise reduction by each noise reduction processing module;
the information processing module is used for determining whether the current user has the authority to control the body of the intelligent air conditioner according to the voiceprint information extracted by the voiceprint extraction module; when the current user is determined to have the right of controlling the body of the intelligent air conditioner, sending a target request for requesting information from an external cloud server to the cloud server so as to enable the cloud server to store the target request, wherein the target request comprises at least one command word; and executing operation corresponding to an operation instruction returned by an external cloud server, wherein the operation instruction is determined by the cloud server according to the stored historical operation of the current user and the at least one preset command word in the target request.
9. A voice control system, comprising: at least one of the smart air conditioner and cloud server of claim 8;
the cloud server is used for storing historical operation of at least one user corresponding to each intelligent air conditioner, storing the target request as the historical operation of the current user when receiving the target request sent by the intelligent air conditioner, determining an operation instruction executed by the intelligent air conditioner according to the historical operation of the current user and the target request, and sending the operation instruction to the intelligent air conditioner.
10. The voice control system of claim 9, further comprising: at least one intelligent terminal;
the intelligent terminal is used for sending a control request for requesting a UI (user interface) corresponding to the intelligent air conditioner to the cloud server when receiving a control instruction input by the current user, and analyzing the UI package to obtain at least one UI when obtaining the UI package corresponding to the control request returned by the cloud server so that the current user can control the intelligent air conditioner through functions in each UI interface;
and the cloud server is used for acquiring the UI packet from the intelligent air conditioner and sending the UI packet to the intelligent terminal when receiving the control request.
