Abstract
The application discloses a lottery delegation service system and method. A lottery delegation service method comprising: starting a lottery buyer terminal and starting a commission request; calculating the amount of money required for purchasing the lottery ticket according to the information related to the lottery ticket in the entrusting request and locking the corresponding amount of money in the wallet of the lottery player terminal; sending a request to a site terminal; receiving a commission purchased lottery returned from the site terminal; verifying the entrusted purchased lottery; and if the verification is passed, transferring the corresponding amount locked in the wallet to the site terminal.
Description
This application is a divisional application of chinese patent application 201610737118.1 entitled "lottery delegation service system and method" filed on 26/8/2016.
Technical Field
The present application relates to an information integrated management system and method, and more particularly, to a lottery information integrated management system and method.
Background
The welfare lottery, the sports lottery and the like are measures which are implemented in China and are beneficial to the nation and the people. The issuance of these tickets can raise funds to help the society with many solitary old people living in a stranded, hopeless, handicapped, orphan and other socially disadvantaged group, or to build large numbers of stadiums and settings. In addition, the issuance of lottery tickets is also significant for further establishing and perfecting a guarantee system, promoting the next employment of the personnel who go off duty and maintaining social stability.
At present, a large number of betting sites are established in China so as to facilitate people to purchase welfare lottery tickets or sports lottery tickets. However, as more and more people begin to purchase lottery tickets, problems with the sale, purchase, and redemption of lottery tickets have also begun to emerge. One of the outstanding problems associated with lottery ticket purchases is the dispute resulting from the commission of lottery ticket purchases. For trust of a frequently visited entrusted site or other reasons, the lottery players sometimes do not go to the site to purchase lottery tickets in person, but entrust site personnel to help purchase lottery tickets through telephone, short message or network and the like. This can create problems. One possible scenario is that the site personnel verbally accepts the commission service and promises to purchase the lottery ticket, however, in practice the lottery ticket may be forgotten or not printed at all, and once a prize is won, the player will not receive the prize. Since lottery sales regulations do not allow for credit sales, such a commission purchase essentially belongs to credit sales. Thus, the benefits of the player are not maintained when this occurs. There is also a possibility that the site personnel receives the commission of the player by telephone, short message or network, however, the lottery number selected by the player is wrongly played due to negligence, and in this case, the player may not check the lottery number in time, and once the lottery is won, dispute between both parties and loss of the player will be caused. In addition, the current prize exchanging mode has some defects, namely, players often need to go to a website for exchanging prizes under the condition of winning prizes. This is often inconvenient in situations where the player wins a smaller amount or is located further away from the station.
Therefore, a secure and reliable lottery information management system and method are needed to ensure that the lottery purchased by the lottery buyer is real and effective, so as to effectively reduce disputes between the lottery buyer and the lottery website and enable the lottery buyer to exchange the lottery safely, timely and conveniently under certain conditions.
Disclosure of Invention
In one aspect of the present invention, a lottery commission service system is provided. The system comprises: the system comprises a lottery buyer terminal, a site terminal and a comprehensive management server. The lottery player terminal comprises a delegation service module and a verification module, wherein the delegation service module is configured to generate and send a delegation request containing lottery ticket information, and the verification module is configured to receive a delegated purchased lottery ticket in an electronic form and make a verification request. The site terminal is in communication with the player terminal and includes a scanning module configured to scan the printed paper lottery ticket to generate a lottery ticket image and a site processor module configured to process the lottery ticket image to generate a commission purchased lottery ticket, the commission purchased lottery ticket being transmitted to the player terminal. An integrated management server in communication with the player terminal, the site terminal, and a lottery information database of a lottery central system, the integrated management server configured to verify whether the lottery information is stored in the lottery information database and generate a verification result, the verification result being sent to the player terminal.
In one example, the commission service module in the lottery terminal further comprises a lottery type selection module, a lottery number selection module, a betting mode selection module and a site information module.
In one example, the lottery number selection module provides at least three ways to select a lottery number: randomly generating a lottery number, player selection of a lottery number, and statistically recommending a lottery number.
In one example, the player terminal and the site terminal each further comprise an interaction module configured to instantly interact with other player terminals and/or site terminals for short messages, voice chat or video chat, or comment on the site.
In one example, the player terminal further includes a wallet function module configured to manage funds for purchasing lottery tickets and to make payments during the course of the commission service.
The invention further provides a lottery entrusted service method. The method comprises the following steps: starting a lottery buyer terminal and starting a commission request; calculating the amount of money required for purchasing the lottery ticket according to the information related to the lottery ticket in the entrusting request and locking the corresponding amount of money in the wallet of the lottery player terminal; sending a request to a site terminal; receiving a commission purchased lottery returned from the site terminal; verifying the entrusted purchased lottery; and if the verification is passed, transferring the corresponding amount locked in the wallet to the site terminal.
In one example, initiating the commission request includes selecting a lottery type, selecting a lottery number, selecting a wagering method, and selecting a wagering site.
In one example, the lottery numbers are selected in at least any one of three ways: randomly generating a lottery number, player selection of a lottery number, and statistically recommending a lottery number.
In one example, the commissioned purchased lottery ticket returned from the station terminal is an electronic form of a paper lottery ticket.
In one example, the verification includes checking the contents of the lottery ticket and verifying the authenticity of the lottery ticket.
In one example, the method further comprises: if the commission has purchased lottery tickets not received within the predetermined threshold time, a commission failure is prompted and the corresponding amount in the wallet is unlocked.

In yet another aspect of the present invention, a method for restricting the specification operation of a lottery site is provided. The method comprises the following steps: recording the condition that the website does not send the entrusted purchased lottery within the preset threshold time after receiving the entrusted request; the method comprises the steps of storing entrusted purchased lottery tickets sent by a site, and recording the condition that the entrusted purchased lottery tickets are not verified; and ranking the sites or giving out a warning to the sites based on the times of one or two of the records.
In one example, the method further comprises: if the consignment purchased lottery ticket sent by the site is identical to the originally stored consignment purchased lottery ticket, the sending of the consignment purchased lottery ticket is prevented and a warning is given to the site.

Detailed Description
Some embodiments of the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that various embodiments of the present invention may be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein; rather, these exemplary embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
Referring to fig. 1, a block diagram of an exemplary lottery delegation service system 100 in accordance with the present invention is illustrated. As shown in fig. 1, the lottery commission service system of the present application may include a player terminal 110, a site terminal 120, and an integrated management server 130. The player terminal 110 may include a commission service module 112 and a verification module 114. In one example, the commission service module 112 can further include a lottery type selection module, a lottery number selection module, a betting style module, and a site information module, wherein the lottery type selection module is configured to provide the player with the types of lottery tickets available for purchase. The lottery type may be, for example and without limitation, a lottery type (e.g., two-color ball, 3D, arrangement 3, etc.), a quiz type, or the like. The lottery number selection module is configured to provide the player with at least three lottery number selection modes, which are a random selection lottery number, a player selection lottery number, and a statistically recommended lottery number, respectively. The user may select one or more sets of numbers of the same type or different types for purchase through the lottery type selection module and the lottery number selection module. The bet mode module is configured to provide a type to bet (e.g., a double bet, etc.). The delegation service module 112 is configured to generate a delegation request containing lottery information and to transmit the delegation request to one or more site terminals selected by the user. The authentication module 114 is configured to receive the commission purchased lottery ticket in an electronic form from the station terminal, decode it to generate an electronic ticket in the same format as the paper lottery ticket and make an authentication request, and then transmit the authentication request to the integrated management server.
As shown in fig. 1, the site terminal 120 may be in communication with the player terminal 110 and may include a scanning module 122 and a site handler module 124. After receiving the commission request from the lottery buyer terminal, the site personnel prints paper lottery according to the lottery information in the commission request, and the printed lottery information is transmitted to the lottery information database 12 in the lottery central system 10 for storage. Then, the printed lottery ticket is scanned by the scanning module 122 to obtain a lottery ticket image. The site processor module is configured to process the lottery ticket images to generate a commission purchased lottery ticket. The commission purchased lottery ticket is encoded in a certain manner and transmitted to the player terminal.
As shown in fig. 1, the integrated management server 130 is configured to communicate with the lottery information database 12 of the lottery center system 10, the player terminal, and the site terminal. The integrated management server 130 verifies whether the lottery information has been stored in the lottery information database 12 and generates a verification result after receiving a lottery verification request from the player terminal. The verification result is sent to the player terminal.
In one example, the player terminal 110 may further include a wallet function module (not shown) configured to manage funds for purchasing lottery tickets and to pay in the course of the commission service. The user can recharge the wallet in the lottery player terminal in a manner of unionpay and the like, and can also transfer the balance in the wallet to a related unionpay account and the like. When the lottery buyer sends a delegation request, the wallet function module is configured to calculate the amount required by the delegation according to the information such as the lottery type, the number, the betting mode and the like, lock the corresponding amount in the wallet, and transfer the corresponding amount to the site terminal after the delegation is successful. In one example, the wallet functionality module in the player terminal may be further replaced with other account management modules associated or bound with the player terminal, such as a module associated with a union pay, and the like.
In one example, the player terminal 110 and/or the site terminal 120 may further include an interaction module (not shown) by which the player may instantly interact with other player terminals and/or site terminals for short messages, voice chat or video chat, or comment on a site, etc.
In one example, the site terminal 120 may further include an account management module (not shown) that may be configured to receive transfers from player terminals, and may transfer amounts in accounts to other accounts, and the like.
Referring now to fig. 2, a flow diagram of an exemplary lottery delegation service method 200 in accordance with the present invention is illustrated. The method 200 may be implemented in the system shown in fig. 1. The method 200 begins at step 202 by enabling a player client and initiating a commissioning request. Initiating the commission request includes selecting a lottery type, selecting a lottery number, selecting a wagering method, selecting a wagering site, etc. At step 204, the amount required for the request is calculated based on the lottery-related information in the request, and at step 206 it is determined whether the amount in the wallet is sufficient. If the amount is insufficient, the method 200 proceeds to step 220 where the player is prompted for the insufficient amount. The method may further comprise guiding the user to recharge in the event the wallet balance is insufficient or may allow the user to select other payment means. If the amount is sufficient, the method 200 proceeds to step 208 to lock the corresponding amount in the wallet. Next, a delegation request is transmitted and reception of a delegated purchased lottery ticket returned from the station terminal is awaited in step 210. If it is determined in step 212 that a commission purchased lottery ticket has not been received within the threshold time, the method 200 proceeds to 222, prompting a commission failure and unlocking the corresponding amount in the wallet. The threshold time may be, for example, 3-5 minutes. If the commission purchased lottery ticket is received within the threshold time, the method 200 proceeds to step 214 to verify the commission purchased lottery ticket. Depending on factors such as location, the verification may be initiated by the player or may be automatically verified. Specifically, the player may send a lottery ticket authentication request to the integrated management server via the player terminal, or may be automatically authenticated by the lottery ticket commission service system. And the comprehensive management server compares the received lottery information from the entrusted purchased lottery with the lottery information stored in the lottery information data. If the database stores information completely consistent with the received lottery information and the comprehensive management server judges that the lottery information has no verification record, the verification is considered to be passed (namely the lottery is valid), otherwise, the verification is considered to be failed. If it is determined in step 216 that the commission purchased lottery ticket is not validated, the method 200 proceeds to step 222 to prompt the commission for a failure (e.g., prompt "no matching lottery information found" or "this lottery ticket has been validated") and unlock the corresponding amount in the wallet. Otherwise, the method 200 proceeds to 218 to prompt the delegation to be successful and transfer the corresponding amount in the wallet to the corresponding site terminal account.
By the lottery entrusted service system and the method, the lottery buyer can be guaranteed to purchase real and effective lottery in time through the entrusted service, disputes between the lottery buyer and sites are reduced, and benefits of the lottery buyer are guaranteed.
Referring next to fig. 3, a block diagram of an exemplary lottery redemption service system in accordance with the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 3, the lottery redemption service system 300 may include a player terminal 310 and an integrated management server 320. The player terminal 310 is configured to communicate with the integrated management server 330. The player terminal 330 may include a scan resolution module 312, a verification module 314, a redemption module 316, and a wallet functionality module 318. The scan and parse module 312 is configured to scan and parse the two-dimensional code (or the code in the form of the two-dimensional code) included in the lottery ticket to obtain corresponding information. To prevent the player from scanning the two-dimensional code unrelated to the lottery ticket many times, the verification module 314 is configured to verify the parsed information, determine whether it is a lottery number (e.g., whether it conforms to the number rule of the lottery number), and generate an electronic ticket corresponding to a paper lottery ticket in case that it is determined that the parsed information is the lottery information, and then the player terminal issues a verification request. The verification may include: verifying whether the lottery number is true and valid, verifying whether the lottery number wins a prize, verifying whether the lottery number is rewarded, verifying whether the prize rewarding period of the lottery number is passed, and the like. In the case that the verification is passed (i.e., the lottery number is actually valid, won, not rewarded, and the redemption period is not passed), the player terminal 310 may transmit a redemption request to the integrated management server 320.
As shown in fig. 3, the integrated management server 320 may include an account management module 322. The integrated management server 320 verifies the lottery ticket based on the lottery ticket information database 12 and generates a verification result after receiving the verification request from the player terminal 310. The verification result is transmitted to the player terminal 310. Upon receipt of a redemption request from a player terminal, the integrated management server 320 may transfer the corresponding winning amount to the wallet or other associated account of the player terminal 310 via its account management module 322 or send the redemption request to the lottery central system 10 for processing of the redemption request by other modules in the lottery central system 10.
In one example, the wallet function module 316 in the player terminal 310 may be replaced with other account management modules associated/bound with the player terminal 110, such as a module associated with a union pay, and the like.
Fig. 4 is a flow diagram 400 of an exemplary redemption service method in accordance with the present invention. The method begins by enabling a player terminal and enabling a redemption service at step 402. Next, at step 404, the two-dimensional code is scanned and parsed by a scanning device (e.g., a camera of a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, etc.) to obtain lottery information. At step 406, it is determined whether the parsed information is lottery information (e.g., whether the numbering rules of the lottery numbers are met, etc.), and if not, the method 400 proceeds to step 418 to prompt the two-dimensional code to be invalid and ends. Otherwise, the method 400 proceeds to 408 to validate the lottery ticket. The verification at least comprises verifying whether the lottery number is true and valid, verifying whether the lottery number wins a prize, verifying whether the lottery number is rewarded, verifying whether the prize rewarding period of the lottery number is passed, and the like. Next, if it is determined at step 410 that the verification did not pass, the method 400 proceeds to step 420 to prompt the verification failed. Step 420 may further include prompting differently depending on the specific outcome of the verification. For example, the lottery numbers may be prompted to be absent, the lottery has not won, the lottery has been redeemed, the lottery has won but the redemption deadline has passed, etc. If it is determined at step 410 that the validation passed, the method 400 proceeds to 412 to provide winning information. The winning information includes winning grade, bonus amount, award exchanging time limit, award exchanging mode, etc. At step 414, a determination is made as to whether to redeem the prize via the lottery service of the player terminal, and if so, the method 400 proceeds to step 416 for redemption, otherwise the method 400 ends. In the event that the winning amount is greater, the method may also optionally include providing winning information to the user but not providing a redemption service, but rather prompting the user to go to a lottery center for redemption.
By the lottery ticket prize exchanging service system and the method, lottery players can exchange prizes under the condition that the prize winning amount is small or the lottery players are inconvenient to go to a website, and the lottery ticket prize exchanging service system and the method can effectively prevent lottery ticket prize exchanging by fake tickets.
FIG. 5 is a flow diagram 500 of an example method for constraining site specification operations in accordance with yet another aspect of the present invention. The method includes timing after receiving a commission service request at step 502, determining whether to issue a commission purchased lottery ticket within a threshold time at step 504, and recording the non-timely response of the site at step 512 if the commission purchased lottery ticket is not issued within the threshold time; if the commission purchased lottery ticket is transmitted within the threshold time, information of the commission purchased lottery ticket (lottery ticket type, number, betting mode, ticket drawing time, etc.) is stored and the verification result of the commission purchased lottery ticket is monitored at step 506. If it is determined at step 508 that the verification result is not passed, then at step 510, the site's violation is recorded. The method further includes ranking or alerting the site, even revoking the site, based on one or both of the number of times the site is not responding in time, the number of violations, etc.
In one example, the method 500 may further include monitoring whether the commission purchased lottery ticket sent by the site is identical to the stored commission purchased lottery ticket, and if so, preventing the commission purchased lottery ticket from being sent and alerting the site.
By the method, the station can be effectively prevented from taking out the tickets, taking out the fake tickets, sending the same consignment purchased lottery tickets to a plurality of lottery players and the like after receiving the consignment request, and the station is restrained from carrying out standard operation.
In one example, the present invention may further provide a lottery information integrated management service system. The system can implement a commission lottery ticket purchase service and a lottery ticket redemption service. The lottery buyer terminal comprises a consignation service module, a verification module, a scanning and analyzing module, a prize exchanging module and a wallet function module. The delegation service module is configured to generate and transmit a delegation request containing lottery information. The validation module is configured to receive a commission purchased lottery ticket in electronic form and to make a validation request in a commission service mode. The scanning and analyzing module is configured to scan and analyze the two-dimensional code to obtain corresponding information. The verification module is further configured to verify the analyzed information in the prize exchange service mode, judge whether the analyzed information is lottery information, and generate an electronic lottery corresponding to the paper lottery and send out a verification request if the analyzed information is determined to be the lottery information. The redemption module is configured to generate a redemption request and issue the redemption request. The site terminal communicates with the player terminal and includes a scanning module and a site processor module. The scanning module is configured to scan the printed paper lottery ticket to generate a lottery ticket image. The site processor module is configured to process the lottery ticket images to generate a commission purchased lottery ticket. The commission purchased lottery ticket is transmitted to the player terminal. The integrated management server is in communication with the lottery information database of the lottery central system, the lottery player terminal, and the site terminal. The integrated management server is configured to verify authenticity of the lottery ticket based on the lottery ticket information database and generate a verification result transmitted to the player terminal after receiving the verification request in the entrusted service mode. The integrated management server is further configured to verify the authenticity of the lottery ticket, the winning information, and the prize exchanging information based on the lottery ticket information database and generate a verification result transmitted to the player terminal upon receiving the verification request in the prize exchanging service mode. The integrated management server is further configured to perform corresponding prize exchanging processing after receiving a prize exchanging request.

Claims (13)
1. A lottery delegation service system, the system comprising:
the system comprises a lottery buyer terminal, a site terminal and a comprehensive management server;
the lottery buyer terminal comprises a delegation service module and a verification module, wherein the delegation service module is configured to generate a delegation request containing lottery information and send the delegation request to the site terminal, and the verification module is configured to receive a delegated purchased lottery in an electronic form from the site terminal and make a verification request to the comprehensive management server;
the site terminal communicating with the player terminal to receive the commission request and purchase a printed paper lottery ticket according to the commission request, the site terminal including a scanning module configured to scan the printed paper lottery ticket to generate a lottery ticket image and a site processor module configured to process the lottery ticket image to generate the commission purchased lottery ticket, the commission purchased lottery ticket being transmitted to the player terminal; and
the integrated management server is in communication with the player terminal, the site terminal, and a lottery information database of a lottery central system, the integrated management server configured to verify the lottery information and generate a verification result, the verification result being sent to the player terminal.
2. The lottery commission service system of claim 1 wherein the commission service module in the player terminal further comprises a lottery type selection module, a lottery number selection module, a betting style selection module, and a site information module.
3. The lottery commission service system of claim 1 wherein the lottery number selection module provides at least three ways to select a lottery number: randomly generating a lottery number, player selection of a lottery number, and statistically recommending a lottery number.
4. The lottery delegation service system of any of claims 1-3, wherein the player terminal and the site terminal each further comprise an interaction module configured to instantly interact with other player terminals and/or site terminals for short messages, voice chat or video chat, or comment on sites.
5. The lottery commission service system of claim 2 wherein the player terminal further comprises a wallet function module configured to manage funds for purchasing lottery tickets and to make payments during the commission service.
6. A lottery delegation service method, the method comprising:
starting a lottery buyer terminal and starting a commission request;
calculating the amount of money required for purchasing lottery tickets according to the information related to the lottery tickets in the entrusting request and locking the corresponding amount of money in the wallet of the lottery buyer terminal;
sending the request to a site terminal;
receiving a consignment purchased lottery ticket returned from the site terminal, wherein the consignment purchased lottery ticket is an electronic form of a printed paper lottery ticket purchased by the site terminal according to the consignment request;
requesting a comprehensive management server to verify the entrusted purchased lottery; and
and if the verification is passed, transferring the corresponding amount locked in the wallet to the site terminal.
7. The lottery delegation service method of claim 6, wherein the initiating delegation request includes selecting a lottery type, selecting a lottery number, selecting a wagering method, and selecting a wagering site.
8. The lottery commission service method of claim 7 wherein the lottery numbers are selected by at least any one of three means: randomly generating a lottery number, player selection of a lottery number, and statistically recommending a lottery number.
9. The lottery commission service method of claim 6 wherein the verification includes verifying the contents of the lottery ticket and verifying the authenticity of the lottery ticket.
10. The lottery delegation service method of any of claims 6-9, further comprising: if the commission has purchased lottery tickets within a predetermined threshold time, a commission failure is prompted and the corresponding amount in the wallet is unlocked.
11. The lottery delegation service method of any of claims 6-9, further comprising: if the lottery ticket is not validated, a commitment failure is prompted and the corresponding amount in the wallet is unlocked.
12. A method for constraining lottery site specification operations, the method comprising:
sending a commission request from a lottery player terminal to a site terminal of the lottery site;
calculating the amount of money required for purchasing lottery tickets according to the information related to the lottery tickets in the entrusting request and locking the corresponding amount of money in the wallet of the lottery buyer terminal;
verifying a consigned purchased lottery ticket returned from the site terminal, wherein the consigned purchased lottery ticket is an electronic form of a printed paper lottery ticket purchased by the site terminal according to the consignation request;
if the authorization is verified, the authorized purchased lottery is sent to the lottery buyer terminal, and the corresponding amount locked in the wallet is transferred to the site terminal;
recording the condition that the lottery website does not send the entrusted purchased lottery within the preset threshold time after receiving the entrusted request;
storing the entrusted purchased lottery sent by the lottery site, and recording the condition that the entrusted purchased lottery is not verified;
and ranking the sites or giving out warnings to the sites based on the times of one or two of the records.
13. The method of claim 12, further comprising: and if the consigned purchased lottery ticket sent by the lottery website is completely the same as the originally stored consigned purchased lottery ticket, preventing the consigned purchased lottery ticket from being sent and sending a warning to the lottery website.
