Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Example one
An embodiment of the present application provides a method for screening a whiteboard multi-person collaborative note, as shown in fig. 1, including:
s101, acquiring note data of N cooperative users, wherein N is a positive integer;
s102, counting the note data of the N cooperative users according to a preset rule to obtain the friendliness of each cooperative user, wherein the friendliness is determined based on the cooperation condition between the N cooperative users and the whiteboard user;
s103, determining M target cooperative users from the N cooperative users based on the friendliness of each cooperative user, wherein M is smaller than N;
and S104, displaying the note data of the M target cooperative users on the white board.
In particular embodiments, the method is also applicable to a variety of electronic devices, such as smartphones, tablets, desktop computers, (interactive) electronic whiteboards, and the like. The application scene can be an educational teaching scene or a scene discussed by multiple persons such as a video conference.
First, in S101, note data of N collaborators is acquired, where N is a positive integer.
In an optional implementation manner, the note data specifically includes user identification information and note content, a mapping relationship is established between the user identification information and the note content of the identified collaborating users, and the obtaining of the note data of the N collaborating users specifically includes:
and acquiring user identification information and note content uploaded to the whiteboard server by the N cooperative users from the whiteboard server.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, N collaborating users represent N clients, taking a current client of one collaborating user as an example, when one collaborating user inputs note data on an electronic whiteboard of the current client, the client sends the note data to a whiteboard server through a network, the whiteboard server has a database, the database is used for storing the note data sent by each client, and meanwhile, when the client sends the note content to the whiteboard server through the network, the client also sends user identification information of the collaborating user of the client, for example, a user name or a user ID, or fingerprint information of the user, or voice information of the user, or a facial image of the user. That is, not only the note content but also the user identification information of the collaborating user corresponding to the note content is stored in the database. Of course, when there are multiple clients such as A, B, C, the same transmission procedure exists.
Specifically, the user name or the user ID is directly obtained through user name information and user ID information stored in the client, the fingerprint information of the user can be obtained through an input device connected with the client, the input device may be a touch pen, and the like, and when the user provides note data through the touch pen, the fingerprint information of the user can be obtained; the voice information of the user can be obtained through the electronic device where the client is located, for example, a voice collector of the electronic device can obtain the voice information of the user; the facial image of the user may be obtained through an electronic device where the client is located, for example, a camera of the electronic device may obtain the facial image of the user.
Therefore, when the client acquires the note data, the client can determine the cooperative user corresponding to the note data. When the note data of the N cooperative users are displayed on the whiteboard, in order to distinguish the note data of different cooperative users, when the client acquires the note data of the N cooperative users through the whiteboard server, the note data are directly acquired through the service database, and finally, the note data are displayed through the display module of each client. Note data of different collaborating users can be displayed through different colors.
After the obtained note data of the N collaboration users, because the number of the collaboration users is large, if the collaboration users are displayed on the whiteboard at the same time, display confusion may be caused, and the whiteboard users are not favorable for viewing, and the whiteboard users are specifically users of the current whiteboard.
Therefore, S102 is executed, and the note data of the N collaboration users are counted according to a preset rule, so as to obtain the friendliness of each collaboration user, where the friendliness is determined based on the collaboration between the N collaboration users and the whiteboard user.
For example, the discussion between the N collaboration users and the whiteboard users is performed according to the content of the mathematical lesson, or the discussion between the N collaboration users and the whiteboard users is performed during the video conference.
Specifically, the friendliness is determined based on any one or more of the following collaboration situations between the N collaborative users and the whiteboard user:
the number of times of collaboration between the N collaboration users and the whiteboard users;
the collaboration time between the N collaboration users and the whiteboard users;
the collaboration duration between the N collaboration users and the whiteboard users;
the N cooperative users and the whiteboard users aim at the discussion point during cooperation.
In an optional implementation manner, the collaboration users with a large number of collaboration times with the whiteboard user in the N collaboration users are determined to be more friendly, and since the number of collaboration times may indicate the number of collaboration times between the collaboration users and the whiteboard user, and the importance of the collaboration user is determined according to the number of collaboration times, the whiteboard user may select the collaboration user with a higher importance as the collaboration user with a higher friendliness.
In an optional implementation manner, the collaborative users whose collaboration time with the whiteboard user in the N collaborative users meets the preset time period may be determined to be more friendly, since the collaboration time represents collaboration subjects and contents in different time periods, for example, 9 to 10 am are a math course, and 10 to 11 am are an english course, it can be reflected that collaboration contents targeted by the collaborative users at different times are different, and thus, the friendliness of the collaborative users can be determined according to the collaboration time.
In an optional implementation manner, the collaborative users whose collaborative duration with the whiteboard user in the N collaborative users meets the preset duration may be determined to be more friendly. For example, in a video discussion, some users spend 3 minutes in the discussion, some users spend 5 minutes in the discussion, some users spend tens of seconds in the discussion, and the less-expensive cooperative users may not make a selection, and the more-expensive cooperative users are regarded as the more-friendly cooperative users.
In an alternative embodiment, the collaborative users who participate in the preset discussion point when collaborating with the whiteboard user among the N collaborative users may be determined to be more friendly. For example, in a video conference, there are a plurality of discussion points, and some discussion points need to be recorded or viewed in a later stage, so that the discussion points can be preset, and the collaboration users can be determined according to the preset discussion points, so that the collaboration users participating in the preset discussion points are regarded as the collaboration users with higher friendliness.
By determining the friendliness of the collaboration users, the note data of the collaboration users with higher friendliness can be reserved, so that when the whiteboard users view the note data, the most effective note data or the most valuable note data which the whiteboard users expect to reserve are obtained.
Next, S103 is executed, and M target cooperative users are determined from the N cooperative users based on the friendliness of each cooperative user, where M is smaller than N. Therefore, through the screening of the friendliness degrees, note data of less than the previous N cooperative users are obtained.
In an optional implementation manner, when the friendliness is determined based on the number of times of collaboration, the N collaboration users are ranked in order of the number of times of collaboration from high to low, and M users ranked in the top are determined as M target collaboration users.
In a specific embodiment, statistical ranking is performed according to the number of collaboration times of note data of all collaboration users on the whiteboard, when a user of the current whiteboard cooperates with a plurality of collaboration users (collaboration user a, collaboration user B, collaboration user C) at the other end of the whiteboard, for example, the number of collaboration times of collaboration user a and the whiteboard user is 10, the number of collaboration times of collaboration user B and the whiteboard user is 5, the number of collaboration times of collaboration user C and the whiteboard user is 8, and so on, thereby the obtained friendship ranking of collaboration user a is rank 1, the friendship ranking of collaboration user B is rank 3, the friendship ranking of collaboration user C is rank 2, and of course, the ranking of other collaboration users is also performed, when M target collaboration users are determined, specifically, M users at the top of the ranking of the number of collaboration times are determined as M target collaboration users, and will not be described in detail herein.
In an optional implementation manner, when the friendliness is determined based on the collaboration time, the collaboration users corresponding to the collaboration time in the preset time period are determined as M target collaboration users.
In a specific embodiment, statistical ranking is performed according to the order of the collaboration time of the note data of all collaboration users on the whiteboard, for example, the collaboration time of the collaboration user a is 23 days in 2017, 9 months in 9 months, 24 days in 2017, 9 months in 24 days in 2017, the collaboration time of the collaboration user C is 3 days in 2017, 10 months in 3 days in 2017, if ranking is performed according to the time distance between the collaboration time and the current time, the collaboration time of the collaboration user C is closest to the current time, then the collaboration user B is then the collaboration user a, of course, ranking of other collaboration users is also performed, for example, M users who collaborate with the whiteboard user in 2019 in 10 months are determined as M target collaboration users, and thus M users in a preset time period are determined as M target collaboration users.
In an optional implementation manner, when the friendliness is determined based on the collaboration duration, the collaboration users corresponding to the collaboration duration meeting the preset duration are determined as M target collaboration users.
In a specific embodiment, according to statistics of the collaboration duration of the note data of all collaboration users on the whiteboard, for example, the collaboration duration of the collaboration user a and the whiteboard user is 10 minutes, the collaboration duration of the collaboration user B and the whiteboard user is 30 minutes, and the collaboration duration of the collaboration user C and the whiteboard user is 1 hour. If the collaborative duration is ranked from high to low, ranking results of the collaborative users C, B and A are obtained, and the ranking of other collaborative users is obtained, and the collaborative users with collaborative duration less than 30 minutes are determined as the M target collaborative users. And obtaining M target cooperative users corresponding to the preset time length.
In an alternative embodiment, when the friendship is determined based on the targeted discussion point, a preset discussion point is obtained; and determining users participating in discussion aiming at the preset discussion point as M target cooperative users.
In a specific embodiment, there may be a plurality of discussion points for collaboration between the collaboration user and the whiteboard user. For example, in a video conference for multiple people, there are 7 people participating in the conference, and these 7 people are all cooperative users, and in the conference, discussion is performed on 5 discussion points. And if the preset discussion points are the 1 st discussion point and the 3 rd discussion point, determining the cooperative users participating in the 1 st discussion point and the 3 rd discussion point as the M target cooperative users.
Of course, the friendliness of the cooperative user may also be determined by any two or more of the above-mentioned cooperation situations, which are not described in detail in the embodiments of the present application.
In an optional implementation manner, before performing S103, the method further includes:
and determining the number M of target cooperative users based on the setting operation of the whiteboard users.
In one case, the number of the target collaborating users may be set manually by the whiteboard user, for example, if the whiteboard user manually sets the number of the target collaborating users to be 3, the notes of the 3 collaborating users are displayed after final filtering, and if the number is set to be 5, the notes of the 5 collaborating users are displayed after final filtering.
In another case, the number of the target collaborating users is determined by a preset discussion point, for example, the whiteboard user selects the first two discussion points of all discussion points, and determines the number of the target collaborating users based on the number of the collaborating users participating in the selected discussion point.
After the M target collaborating users are determined, S104 is executed to display the note data of the M target collaborating users on the whiteboard.
In a possible implementation manner, a mapping relationship is established between the user identification information stored in the client and the note data of the identified collaborating user, where the user identification information is specifically any one of the following: a user name and a user ID.
When the note data of the M target cooperative users are displayed on the whiteboard, the note data of the M target cooperative users corresponding to the M user identification information can be obtained according to the M user identification information corresponding to the M target cooperative users, and displayed on the whiteboard.
In an optional implementation manner, after S101, the method further includes: displaying respective user identification information of N cooperative users in a preset area of the whiteboard;
when the selection operation of more than one arbitrary user identification information is received, the first marking data corresponding to the selected first user identification information is reserved, and the second note data corresponding to the unselected second user identification information is hidden or deleted.
By adopting a hidden mode, the user can conveniently check the data, and the hidden note data can be displayed quickly when the hidden note data needs to be displayed.
Specifically, the respective user identification information of the N collaborative users is displayed, and the whiteboard user selects the user identification information to be reserved through manual selection operation, so that the corresponding note data is reserved and displayed, and the note data corresponding to the unselected user identification information is hidden or deleted.
A mapping relationship is established between the user identification information and the note content of the identified collaboration user, and the user identification information is specifically any one of the following: a user name and a user ID.
According to the method, the notes can be screened based on the friendliness degree, the notes can be screened manually, and the manual screening can be performed after the notes are screened based on the friendliness degree.
After the friendship-based screening, the manual screening method is specifically as follows:
because the note data of the M target collaborative users determined by the final screening are retained by the intelligent screening in S104, on this basis, the user can also screen the note data after the intelligent screening again, that is, manually screen the note data, so that the retained note data more meets the requirement of the user for checking.
And displaying the respective user identification information of the M target cooperative users in a left area or a right area on the whiteboard. For example, the right area of the current whiteboard page displays the user identification information of 5 collaboration users retained after the intelligent screening, that is, the user names of the 5 collaboration users, xiaoming, xiaohong, xiaolan, xiaoqing, and xiaohei. The user names corresponding to the 5 collaborative users are preceded by a selection box which can be checked by the current user.
And then, when the selection operation of any more than one user identification information is received, reserving the first note data of the first cooperative user identified by the selected first user identification information, and deleting the second note data of the second cooperative user identified by the unselected second user identification information.
Specifically, when it is detected that an operation of checking a selection frame before a user name exists, it is determined that note data of a collaborative user corresponding to the checked user name needs to be reserved, and note data of a collaborative user corresponding to a user name that is not checked is deleted or hidden. Therefore, only the note data required by the user is reserved, so that the note data on the whiteboard is concise and clear. The display effect of the whiteboard multi-person cooperative interaction is improved.
