Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a refrigerator 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a control block diagram of the refrigerator 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention. The refrigerator 100 of the present embodiment generally includes a cabinet 110, a door (not shown), a door opening detector 210, a camera 220, an odor sensor 230, and a controller 240.
The cabinet 110 defines therein at least one storage compartment, typically a plurality of compartments, such as a refrigerating compartment, a freezing compartment, a temperature-changing compartment, and the like, having an open front side. The number and the functions of the specific storage compartments can be configured according to the preset requirements, and in some embodiments, the preservation temperature of the refrigerating compartment can be 2-9 ℃, or 4-7 ℃; the preservation temperature of the freezing chamber can be-22 to-14 ℃, or can be-20 to 16 ℃. The temperature-changing chamber can be adjusted according to the requirement to store proper food or be used as a fresh-keeping storage chamber. The distribution of the refrigerating chamber, the freezing chamber and the temperature-changing chamber can be flexibly adjusted, for example, the refrigerator can be configured as a double-door refrigerator, a three-door refrigerator, a side-by-side refrigerator, a T-shaped refrigerator and the like, and the structures of the refrigerators are known by persons skilled in the art, and are not described herein.
The storage compartment may be divided into a plurality of storage regions by space partitions such as shelves and drawers, and one or more odor sensors 230 may be disposed in each storage region. That is, each storage compartment may be provided with a plurality of odor sensors 230, each odor sensor 230 being configured to measure a volatile odor parameter of the storage area in which it is located. For example, the protein decomposition products include amines, hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans, indole, skatole, etc., and the fatty rancidity produces aldehydes, ketones, etc. The detection of these substances can determine whether spoiled food is present in the area of the reservoir.
Each storage compartment may be correspondingly provided with one or more cameras 220, for example, the camera 220 may be arranged on the top of the storage compartment. The shooting device 220 can be controlled to open to shoot the image of the corresponding storage compartment, for example, the shooting device 220 is arranged at the top of the storage compartment. The shooting device 220 can shoot when the storage chamber is opened (after the door body is opened), so as to obtain a storage image and a fetching image. The storage images and the fetching images captured by the capturing device 220 are identified and used to determine the specific storage areas to be taken and placed and the types of the stored objects to be taken and placed.
The door body can set up the anterior one side of box 110 through articulated mode, through the open and close storing room of pivoted mode, the quantity of the door body can match with the quantity of storing room to can open alone one by one with the storing room. For example, a refrigerating chamber door body, a freezing chamber door body and a temperature changing chamber door body can be respectively arranged for the refrigerating chamber, the freezing chamber and the temperature changing chamber. In some alternative embodiments, the door body may also be in the form of a side hung door, a side sliding door, a sliding door, or the like.
The door opening detector 210 is configured to detect a signal that the door is opened. The door opening detector 210 may be implemented by a contact switch, and may also detect the opening and closing of the door body by means of a hall device, a magnetic sensor, and the like, as known to those skilled in the art. The door body switch detectors can be arranged in a plurality of ways and are matched with the door bodies.
The door body may further include keys, a screen, and the like for receiving a user's instruction and outputting a related interface and an image of the refrigerator 100, thereby displaying related information.
The controller 240 may include a processor 241 and a memory 242, and a computer program is installed in the memory 242, and when the computer program is executed by the processor 241, the controller may control and process data of the refrigerator 100, thereby implementing the method for managing the storage information of the refrigerator according to the present embodiment.
The controller 240 may be disposed on a main control panel at the top of the cabinet 110 and be in data connection with the door opening detector 210, the photographing device 220, and the odor sensor 230. In this embodiment, the specific connection medium between the controller 240 and the door opening detector 210 and the camera 220, and between the memory 242 and the processor 241 is not limited, and various signals may be exchanged by using various address buses, data buses, and control buses, for example.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a storage information management method of a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention, which can be implemented by the controller 240 of the refrigerator 100 described above through the processor 241 executing a computer program stored in the memory 242. The storage information management method of a refrigerator of the present embodiment may generally include:
step S302, determining the opened storage compartment according to the door opening signal of the refrigerator 100;
step S304, starting the shooting device 220 of the storage chamber, and acquiring a storage object storage image shot by the shooting device 220;
step S306, determining a storage area of the stored object according to the stored object storage image record; the storage image can be used to identify the type of the storage. Such as image recognition of the storage image to determine the category of the storage.
In step S308, after the storage is put in for a predetermined time, the measurement value of the odor sensor 230 at the storage area of the storage is acquired. The odor sensor 230 may be activated periodically after the stored item is placed in the storage for a predetermined period of time. In this way, since the stored material is fresh and the putrefaction process is gradually generated, the detection is performed only after the stored material is put in for a certain period of time in step S308, so as to reduce the number of detections by the odor sensor 230 and prolong the service life thereof. On the other hand, the method can avoid disturbing the user and avoid the user from receiving a large amount of unnecessary prompt information.
The predetermined time may be determined according to the type of the stored material, and may be set in advance according to the fresh-keeping time of different stored materials in the storage compartment environment, for example, the predetermined time for putting fresh vegetables is set to 2 days, the time for putting fresh fish is set to 1 day, and the time for freezing meat is set to one week.
Step S310, the storage state of the stored object is prompted according to the measured value. The prompting mode can be set to be different according to the size of the measured value. For example, whether the measured value exceeds a preset reminding threshold value can be judged; if yes, when detecting that the storage compartment is opened next time, outputting an overrun reminding signal. And for example, outputting a time-out reminding signal when the measured value does not exceed the preset reminding threshold value. The overrun reminding signal can be used for reminding the stored object that the putrefactive odor is given off and needs to be processed in time, and the overrun reminding signal can be used for reminding the stored object that the stored object is placed for a certain time but is not putrefactive.
The overrun reminding signal and the overtime reminding signal may be in different reminding manners, for example, the overtime reminding signal may remind the user by lighting an indicator lamp of a corresponding storage area or displaying a corresponding icon on a screen of the refrigerator 100. The over-limit reminding signal can adopt indicator lights with different colors or display more obvious graphs on the screen of the refrigerator 100, and in addition, the over-limit reminding signal can further prompt in a sound mode, so that the user can attach more importance to the over-limit reminding signal.
The storage information management method of the refrigerator of the embodiment of the present embodiment may start the presentation only after the door opening signal of the refrigerator 100 is detected. That is, a prompt is given when it is determined that the user is operating the refrigerator 100, preventing interference with the user at other times.
In the case where the measurement value does not exceed the preset reminding threshold, it is also possible to determine a repeated detection time, and after the repeated detection time is spaced, to re-acquire the measurement value of the odor sensor 230 at the storage area, so as to re-perform the step of determining whether the measurement value exceeds the preset reminding threshold. The repeated detection time can be set according to the difference value between the measured value and the reminding threshold value, and the repeated detection time is ensured to be reduced along with the reduction of the difference value. The arrangement can ensure that the possibility of the storage object to be decayed is gradually increased along with the extension of the storage time, and the decay of the storage object is detected as soon as possible by gradually reducing the repeated detection time.
After the storage compartment is opened each time, whether the stored objects are taken out or not can be determined by using the images shot by the shooting device 220, namely the images shot by the shooting device 220 for taking out the stored objects are obtained; and a prompt task of determining the taken out stored object and the taken out area thereof according to the stored object taking-out image record and then clearing the taken out stored object.
The last measurement of the odor sensor 230 in the retrieval area (i.e., the last measurement before the retrieval of the stored item) may also be obtained after the stored item is retrieved and the retrieval area is determined; the storage state of the storage is prompted according to the last measurement value of the odor sensor 230 in the retrieval area, for example, whether the storage is fresh or not is possible to be putrefied, so that the user can use the storage conveniently, that is, the storage state of the retrieved storage is reported.
Taking the refrigerator 100 shown in fig. 1 as an example, the refrigerator 100 may be a side-by-side combination refrigerator, and a refrigerating compartment and a freezing compartment are respectively disposed at two sides of the interior of the cabinet 110. The cold storage compartment and the freezing compartment are respectively provided with a door opening detector 210 and a camera 220, and have a plurality of storage areas, and each storage area can be provided with an odor sensor 230.
When the door is opened, the camera 220 of the cold room may be activated to determine whether to put in or take out the storage. If the storage object is placed, the storage area of the storage object can be determined according to the storage image, and the reminding time is determined according to the type of the storage object; after the storage is deposited for the reminder time, the volatile smell of the storage area is measured using the smell sensor 230 at the storage area. After the next time of opening the refrigeration door body, if the measurement value of the last odor sensor 230 exceeds the reminding threshold value, sound and an indicator lamp alarm can be simultaneously carried out so as to output an overrun reminding signal; if the last measurement value of the odor sensor 230 does not reach the reminding threshold value, the indicator light can be used for reminding only to output an overtime reminding signal, and in addition, when the overtime reminding signal is output for multiple times and a user does not process the overtime reminding signal, an alarm can be given. When the operation of taking out the stored articles is performed, the task of prompting the taken out stored articles and the taking-out area thereof are determined according to the stored article taking-out image record, and then the taken out stored articles are cleared, and in addition, the storage state of the stored articles can be further prompted according to the last measurement value of the odor sensor 230 in the taking-out area.
Similarly, when the freezer door is opened, the camera 220 of the freezer compartment can be activated to determine whether to insert or remove the contents. If the storage object is placed, the storage area of the storage object can be determined according to the storage image, and the reminding time is determined according to the type of the storage object; after the storage is deposited for the reminder time, the volatile smell of the storage area is measured using the smell sensor 230 at the storage area. After the next time of opening the freezing door body, if the measured value of the last odor sensor 230 exceeds the reminding threshold value, sound and an indicator lamp can be simultaneously given out for alarming so as to output an overrun reminding signal; if the last measurement value of the odor sensor 230 does not reach the reminding threshold value, the indicator light can be used for reminding only to output an overtime reminding signal, and in addition, when the overtime reminding signal is output for multiple times and a user does not process the overtime reminding signal, an alarm can be given.
